Excellent pre-arrival and arrival information management. Assignment of a personal assistant to facilitate communications with their guests is certainly a very nice touch. Our room was situated on a very quiet street which is very close to restaurants and La Spezia Centrale. Breakfast is delicious. Loved their chocolate croissant. Most of all, the staff members from their hospitality team to breakfast crew and cleaners were absolutely there to help and please their guests. Shall stay again for our next visit to Cinque Terre
The water presssure for our shower can vary. Perhaps it is due to number of concurrent users in the building (purely speculative). Certainly not a deal breaker.

Room was lovely and clean, Breakfast very nice.
Walk from station to property includes climbing very steep hill, not suitable for everyone. Once inside property gates you are met with many steep stairs to climb, having read on website rooms were on Ground Floor this was not the case and as I have a disability found this quite difficult.
