Location

No natural light, not being given proper instructions on how to get in. Which meant it took us 2 hours to try and get in after a long travel day. Fourth bed was out of a cupboard. Beds were old and had sink holes where people have slept before

Great place for sleeping well and having a good shower after long walks in Cinque Terre

Close to the train station and city center. Staff was super helpful when we had an issue with the keys. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and a good warm shower.

No view from the room and no way to open the windows - there was a construction site outside

Great location to visit Cinque Terre

Location is really good to visit Cinque Terre and close to restaurants in La Spezia, check in process was very easy

Since there was no proper front desk, extra towels and toilet paper were supposed to be available but there weren’t any when we needed some extra.

Very clean. The method to receive rooms keys, was very clever, and wasn't necessary to meet someone

I ask for room NOT to the basement. They answer, "ok, your request is confirmed". Finally all the rooms was at the basement, very very closed to the pedestrian ,so it was very noisy

it was clean and had bidet

it had no light very, was very dark and small with no space to open the travel bags . we felt that it was too expensive for what it was. the reasonable fee for this room should have been less than 100euros. we expected better accommodations for 150 euros as we had in other places we didn’t see anyone who greeted or allowed us to express our concerns and displeasure

Location near the train station, this was a big plus for us. Nearby we also found a Carrefour which was open until late. Getting in was kind of difficult - no idea why, but I could not open the building door from outside, so I put my hand between the gates and opened it from inside. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Overpriced in a sketchy neighborhood

Close walk to the train station visit the Cinque Terre The room itself was acceptable

Grossly overpriced. Bad area, dirty outside. The building was dirty and the hallway had a horrible smell. The parking was adequate.. located about a five minute walk from the hotel. The space was very small and took quite a bit of maneuvering. Matteo was helpful using WhatsApp. I would not stay here again due to the area and the price of the hotel.

Super amable y muy cerca de la parte viva de la spezia

No hay zonas para entrar al mar cerca, hay que ir un poco caminando y o usar transporte público , pero el camino es agradable

Uma boa experiência

A atenção do Matteo. Sempre prestável e atencioso. Pedi para reservar uma mesa num restaurante sempre cheio e em 5 minutos consegui. O processo de check in e check-out parecia confuso mas foi super fácil. A localização é ótima. Perto da estação de comboio e de restaurantes. Melhor ficar em La Spezia do que numa das Cinque Terre.

Mosquitos! Muito cuidado em não deixar as janelas abertas. Os repelentes de parede não pareceram resultar. Mesmo em La Spezia, usar sempre repelente. O quarto é muito pequeno para 4 pessoas.
