Great Cinque Terre & splendid La Spezia Sopranos.

Great B&B. The best host ever met. So caring, do it with joy. Very clean, the rooms is amazing, any of it is different on colour and setting. If you drive and need parking, best stay in La Spezia. Only 5 minutes to train station.

Anna Maria est une hôtesse chaleureuse et serviable qui fait tout pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. Son petit-déjeuner est royal et copieux (salé et sucré, toutes sortes de fougasses, de gâteaux et de confitures faites maison...). L'hébergement est très confortable et pratique, à proximité de la gare centrale et du centre ville avec tous ses restaurants...

Il s’agit de chambres situés dans un appartement comme la plupart des hébergements à La Spezia ! L’appartement et les chambres sont magnifiques, dans le style baroque italien ! L’hébergement est situé à 5 minutes de la gare, à 2 pas du centre historique pour se restaurer, divertir … et accéder aux Cinque Terre, ou Portovenere ! L’établissement dispose d’un parking sécurisé à un tarif très attractif pour la région ! Anna Maria, notre hôte est un amour, elle est très avenante, de très bons conseils pour visiter les alentours. Elle prépare le petit déjeuner tous les matins avec un très grand soin. Anna Maria a le cœur sur la main, et a vraiment couronné ce magnifique séjour ! Encore merci 🙏🏽

Un goloso soggiorno a La Spezia (lo consiglio!)

La disponibilità e gentilezza di Anna Maria e Antonella hanno nobilitato ulteriormente un'esperienza che già di per sé sarebbe stata molto positiva. Ci hanno fatto sentire molto accolti e ci hanno dato numerose indicazioni e consigli sui luoghi da visitare i i locali in cui mangiare. La colazione è a dir poco strepitosa: i punti forti sono i formaggi freschi, la focaccia ligure appena sfornata, le marmellate artigianali e la torta fatta in casa. La posizione strategica accanto alla stazione e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il checkout hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Anche il molo è agevolmente raggiungibile a piedi dal B&B, quindi è un perfetto punto di appoggio per partire con il battello. Si percepisce la cura che viene messa nella gestione, dalla pulizia della stanza ai piccoli gesti come lasciare bottigliette d'acqua nel freezer per gli ospiti. Abbiamo dormito bene nonostante i treni un po' rumorosi, ma l'insonorizzazione della stanza è risultata sufficiente. La TV è smart quindi c'è la possibilità di guardare Netflix collegando il proprio account. In bagno erano presenti shampoo e bagnoschiuma e sapone per le mani, phon e alcune veline.

Anfitriã muito educada, atenciosa e prestativa, realmente uma pessoa fantástica. As acomodações são confortáveis e muito bem arrumadas. O café da manhã é ótimo. Muito perto do centro, com acesso ao metro, ônibus e barcos. Fizemos passeios maravilhosos.
