Loved everything including the quality of linen, toiletries, tea/coffee, the cleanliness, PLUS the warmth of our host Giovanna.

L’appartement est très bien placé à proximité de la gare. Nous avions réservé un parking en supplément. Situé au rez de chaussée, nos chambres étaient calmes mais avec vue sur une cour. (Peu importe quand on vient pour visiter les Cinque Terre) Giovanna est aussi agréable que dynamique.

Location
The property doesn't have an easily accessible receptionist. It was annoying to arrive from a trip and have to wait to contact the manager to access the accommodation. I don't use mobile internet since I'm on vacation, and it was inconvenient. There's no internet in my room—a disaster. One day, my room wasn't cleaned. This needs improvement.
