Nagyon szép a Villa udvara, rengeteg zöld növény, citromfák, yukkák, pálma egy igazi kis paradicsom. Nyugodt csendes utcában található a Villa. Gyalogosan pár perc alatt lesétálltunk a közeli sétállóutcába ahol rengeteg étterem közül lehet választani. A személyzet nagyon kedves, érkezés előtt WhatsApp minden fontos információt elküldtek. Nagyon finom volt a reggeli amit a közös teraszon fogyasztottunk el. Kb. 5 perc gyalog a vasútállomás ami szintén pozitívum.

Lovely setting, beautiful views and a fantastic breakfast

The room was clean, quite small but had amazing view. The breakfast, served outside in the courtyard, was fantastic, really set us up for the day. There are no communal areas here, it is more 'rooms' than a hotel. All communication was through WhatsApp, very efficient and always a quick response. Check in was via code. Really good location, quiet, no noise at night (other than neighbours).

The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbours. There are a lot of steps up to the property. No communal areas, even the outside relaxation space was locked with a code, so assume you had to pay extra to access.

Soggiorno per visitare le 5 Terre

Il nostro soggiorno è stato a dir poco perfetto. Fin dalla prenotazione siamo stati accolti con grande calore dal personale, che ci ha guidato con messaggi WhatsApp sempre disponibile e cordiale. La nostra stanza e il bagno erano impeccabili, molto puliti e ben curati. La colazione merita una menzione speciale: un buffet abbondante e vario, con un tocco davvero unico. Il personale farciva i croissant al momento con crema, marmellata o cioccolato, rendendoli deliziosi e freschissimi. Un'attenzione che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. La posizione dell'hotel è un altro punto di forza. Si trova a soli tre minuti a piedi dalla stazione, il che ci ha permesso di raggiungere le Cinque Terre in modo comodo e veloce in treno. Abbiamo visitato la zona nella prima settimana di settembre e siamo rimasti incantati: il mare era di un incredibile colore verde smeraldo e l'acqua era pulitissima. Siamo partiti con il desiderio di tornare al più presto. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia godersi un'esperienza indimenticabile, unendo un soggiorno di qualità con la comodità di visitare le meraviglie delle Cinque Terre.

Die Lage

1. wir hatten Zimmer Nr. 5. Morgens 6:30 begann der Aufbau für das Frühstück direkt vor unserer Tür ( und gleichzeitig einziger Lichtquelle) Ausschlafen war nicht möglich wegen Lärm. 2. Billigste Möblierung, abgewohnt und mindere Qualität 3. Waschbecken im Bad etwa handtellergroß. Der Toilettendeckel fällt bei Benutzung auf den Rücken. Keinerlei Ablage im Bad, da man sich kaum darin umdrehen kann. 4. Frühstücksgäste kamen auch aus anderen Hotels direkt vor unsere Schlafzimmertür. 5. Die total verdreckte Matratze des Kinderbettes haben wir glücklicherweise nicht benötigt- die ganze Unterkunft wirkte deshalb abstoßend.

Für eine städtische Unterkunft war es sehr ruhig, hatte einen sehr schönen begrünten Innenhof mit Tischen und Stühlen, für italienische Verhältnisse war das Frühstück außergewöhnlich gut, die Mitarbeiter außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

La gentilezza delle ragazze della colazione

Come ho già riferito in altra sede (mail) senza aver ricevuto alcun riscontro dalla struttura, non siamo riusciti a dormire per un rumore in camera di un aspiratore/ventilatore che non sono riuscito a spegnere, come ho fatto notare alla ragazza della colazione. Tra l'altro, non ho ricevuto neppure le scuse ne da parte della struttura ne da booking. Dopo la recensione, la responsabile, con questi toni molto discutibili, mi a inoltrato questo messaggio : Buonasera Felice Mi spiace che non abbia atteso i tempi tecnici di gestione della sua richiesta... Avevo convinto il mio responsabile ad emettere un voucher dell'importo dell'intera notte e stavo solo attendendo che l'amministrazione me lo inviasse... Buona serata Asia Purtroppo, ho dovuto rispondere come segue; dopodichè la sig.ra Asia non mi ha più risposto ed ha bloccato il mio numero con Whatsapp: Non ho bisogno di riconoscimenti a condizioni non so di che cosa. Non si permetta di parlarmi con questo tono. Sono stato danneggiato e lei è i suoi responsabili avrebbero dovuto almeno chiedere scusa con immediatezza. Buona serata. Felice Lilli

Espectacular

La habitación es muy linda y cómoda. Tiene aire acondicionado y baño privado, además de limpieza todos los días. El desayuno es muy completo y lo sirven en el patio o la habitación. Nos asesoró Delia que fue muy amable y atenta. Incluso coordinó para que nos lleváramos el desayuno el último día, que nos fuimos muy temprano.

El aire acondicionado goteaba, por lo cual había que prenderlo y apagarlo para que no se moje el mueble de abajo.

Le suivi des clients par whatsapp et le personnel de l’établissement qui étaient aux petits soins. Le jardin terrasse.

L’accès à cet hôtel la rue est en pente raide et ensuite vous devez monter des marches pour arriver à votre chambre … autant dire qu’avec de grosses valises ce n’est vraiment pas une partie de plaisir !!! Ensuite la literie …. Quand vous réservez une chambre double avec un grand lit et que vous vous retrouvez avec un lit en 140 plus un petit lit , vous êtes assez mécontents … bref est-ce Booking.com qui a mal pris la réservation ou bien l’hôtel je ne sais pas . Quant au parking vous avez intérêt à indiquer la longueur et la largeur de votre voiture lors de votre réservation car il est exigu…

Aucun contact humain , que des échanges écrits et très mal rédigé relevant de l’impolitesse Personne ne répond au téléphone et la manière de s’adresser par écrit est d’une incorrection sans nom , j’ai conservé tous les échanges L’on doit être filmé dans l’espace extérieur , parce que l’on m’a reproché d’avoir parlé avec une personne au petit déjeuner et d’autre part, il faut également savoir qu’il y a de nombreuses marches pour rejoindre les chambres !!! Et pas d’aide et surtout savoir qu’il faut régler le parking à l’avance D’autre part, la chambre est louée avec un soit disant lit King size… il n’en est rien , un simple double lit

Je kunt genieten van een Italiaans ontbijt dat in de tuin wordt geserveerd. dit staat op booking.com ! daarvoor reserveren wij deze accomodatie, zodat we met onze hondjes lekker buiten kunnen ontbijten. kregen in plaats daarvan 's ochtends 2 crossaint aan de deur gehangen ! tevens de ligging : geografisch is de ligging prima ten op zichte van het centrum. echter als je niet goed ter been bent, heb je een groot probleem, want je moet behoorlijk kllimmen, Tevens staan er verschillende faciliteiten aangegeven in het appartement die er helemaal niet zijn ?? al met al prijs/kwaliteit laat zeer te wensen over.

Obiekt spełnił oczekiwania w zupełności, przemiła opiekunka zakwaterowania, kontakt przez WhatsApp, bardzo dobre wskazówki odnośnie samego zakwaterowania jak i tego co można robić w okolicy, kilka poleconych restauracji, kontakt na najwyższym poziomie, co do samego obiektu nie ma się do czego przyczepić, czysto, wygodnie, stosunek jakości do ceny na plus. Śniadanie proste, typowo włoskie na słodko, ale bardzo smaczne (można było rozszerzyć o gotowane jajko ;) ). Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, lekko na wzniesieniu, więc trzeba troszkę podejść.
