Excellent host, wonderful room - I recommend wholeheartedly

The host was excellent and very helpful which was greatly appreciated after an atrocious experience at a nearby affittacamere. Everything was very easy and we managed to book and enter within the space of 30 minutes; which was a lifesaver when trucking around bags with an easily bored four year old. The room was much larger than I was expecting, and my daughter was ecstatic to get her first experience of a bunk bed when we discovered there was this option (she could have slept on the normal bed provided... but it's a bunk bed!). I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.

Spacious, modern and comfortable with an amazing shower

Modern room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Loved the shower. Location is right at shops and restaurants. Short walk to the ferry to see the Cinque Terre. Host Matteo was so lovely and great communication

Fantastic accomodation in a perfect location.

This is a great place to stay. The room is large enough (separate room with twin beds) for 4 adults and a really good bathroom and shower. Everything you need is here including English tea! Air conditioning is excellent with loads of easy to use settings. Host is excellent - good communication. Very very clean. Comfortable. 2 mins walk from the station and in the best part of town for food and drinks. Breakfast place next door is incredible - don’t miss it out! Would 100% stay here again. Thank you.

Beautiful shower and rooms. Everything you need is there. The king-size bed is amazing. AC is working great.

The other two beds are in the front hallway and if anyone from the other room needs to go to the bathroom or leave the place - they will pass by and potentially wake you up. All the lights are on the other side of the room and you can mistakenly turn on other lights.

Execellent place for exploring Cinque Terre

The apartment was clean and very functional. It had all we needed. The host Tommy was very polite and helpful. He explained and set up every things(door codes) for us.

A place for four but only one chair. Some folding chairs would have been nice.

Very modern/updated, clean and spacious.

Very modern, clean and spacious! Bathrooms were great size; especially the nice hot shower with great water pressure. They were very accommodating as we came in late, online check-in was slick and communications was good. Great location, 5 min walk to the train station. 22 min walk to the pier and within minutes walking to lots of great food and shops.

Posizione centralissima per muoversi a piedi in centro e comodità per la stazione per chi vuole raggiungere le 5 terre. Proprietario super disponibile e chiarissimo nelle indicazioni.

Abbiamo avuto dei piccoli problemi di pulizia con la camera ma il proprietario Matteo si è scusato per l’accaduto offrendoci la colazione , che non era inclusa,nel bar sotto il b&b

Todo impecable !! Muy cerca de la estación de trenes caminando. La decoración es moderna y todo está muy nuevo. El tamaño de la habitación y la cama muy cómoda. El baño precioso! Me encantó todo! Lo recomiendo al 100%

Mooi en modern appartement in het centrum van La Spezia

De kamers zijn schoon en ruim opgezet. Alles ziet er keurig uit. Internet werkt goed. Waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat aanwezig. Ligging is perfect in La Spezia: dichtbij het centrum, centraal station en allerlei restaurants.

We hadden veel last van muggen. De schoonmakers deden telkens de ramen open en dat zorgde voor nog meer muggen. Een kamer grensde aan de voorkant van het plein waar er tot laat in de nacht muziek werd gedraaid.

Gente ! Podem escolher sem medo dessa hospedagem em La Spezia. Localização perfeita, você desce e ja está na vilinha charmosa cheio de restaurantes a noite e vai andando pra estação de trem que leva pra vilas de cinque Terre. A fachada e o hall do prédio é lindo! arquitetura antiga super charmoso e quando você entra no corredor/hall do apartamento tem o contraste. Tudo moderno, limpo, clean, e muito cheiroso. Realmente o quarto 2 (que ficamos) é enorme, muito bonito e de bom gosto a decoração. A única preocupação que tivemos foi ao chegar perceber que os restaurantes de frente poderiam fazer barulho mas eles pensaram nisso e colocaram janelas de isolamento acústico. Além disso o anfitrião foi muito simpático e atendeu um pedido nosso e foi muito atencioso. O checkin foi self, então foi passado pelo whats todo o passo a passo, desde fotos do endereço, as senhas e contato direto pra duvidas. Enfim, podem fechar !

Sinceramente ? zero a reclamar. Faltou apenas um edredom.. sentimentos frio mesmo com ar desligado.

Parfait !

Cet établissement est FANTASTIQUE. Le propriétaire est très gentil et très disponible ! Nous avons été à trois entre filles et c’était super agréable de séjourner dans cet établissement qui est situé au bout d’une rue piétonne ce qui est PARFAIT ! La propriété était au rendez-vous, la qualité du lit, les équipements, TOUT était PARFAIT. Un GRAND MERCI à la femme de chambre qui a très bien fais son travail 😊

De beste locatie voor een kort verblijf als je La Spezia en Cinque Terre wilt bezoeken

Hele fijne kamer met alle benodigde faciliteiten + airco. Locatie is 10/10. Binnen 5 min ben je op het treinstation van La Spezia waar je zo op de trein stapt naar Cinque Terre. Om de hoek van de accomodatie ligt de drukste en gezelligste straat van La Spezia met allerlei winkels en restaurants. Eigen afgesloten parkeerplek ligt op 5/10 min lopen, maar is heel erg prettig aangezien parkeren vrijwel onmogelijk is in La Spezia nabij de accommodatie. Bovendien heb je geen auto nodig voor La Spezia en Cinque Terre. Matteo heeft ons super goed geholpen met zijn duidelijke instructies voor de parkeerplek en toegang tot de accomodatie
