Very satisfied with our stay！

This hotel boasts an exceptional location, just steps from the train station, making it the perfect base for exploring the breathtaking Cinque Terre. The room was immaculately clean and spotless, with a supremely comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. We were warmly greeted by Luca, whose friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay truly memorable. We cannot recommend this property highly enough to anyone visiting La Spezia!

Great spot next to the train station and the Main Street with lots of restaurants, staff were very helpful and kind and let me put my bags in the room before they were cleaned as the check in is great and early at 10am, good if you want to explore the day you arrive

The accommodation is in a great location. One minute walk from the train station and very close to the city. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The staff is excellent. They were very polite and helpful, explained everything and gave us information from where we could park to what to do in the town and the Cinque Terre. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location with good value

The location is their biggest strength. The check-in time begins at 10 am, which allows visitors to unload their luggage and then go on their trip. The staff are kind and informed me a lot about the Cinque Terre.

The sound insulation is a bit poor, I can hear the sound of the corridor, but it's okay if you just stay at night

The room was large, clean and had the added bonus of a separate storage cupboard to put all our bags, clothes, shoes etc. Out host was very welcoming and gave us some great local info for things to see. The hotel is located conveniently close to the train station so has easy access if you’re looking to visit the Cinque Terre villages.
