bien situé pour se rendre à la gare et visiter les CinqueTerre . Studio bien équipé, hôte disponible

studio confortable, literie de qualité, hôte disponible et agréable, parlant le français. L'équipement de la cuisine était suffisant. Parking pour notre voiture, ce qui est vraiment un plus . Le petit déjeuner est génereux.

Si la salle de bain était plutôt bien équipée, la douche est vraiment petite, et le pommeau coulait même robinet fermé. Du coup, de l'eau passait sur le sol de la pièce. On est vraiment proche de la voie ferrée, on entend les trains.

Le personnel est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner très correct. Le logement est spacieux et très propre. Le parking qui permet d’avoir son véhicule en sécurité.

L appartement ne correspondait pas aux photos, la porte d entree se fermait tres difficilement, pas de volet dans le salon donc lumiere du jour a 06h00 du matin. Le prix payé a la fin ne correspondait pas au prix booking avec 1 partie paye en especes obligatoirement. 1ere fois que je vois cela !

Posso capire che ci si dimentica di lasciare la biancheria pulita ma ho cercato con un sacco di chiamate di comunicare la mancanza della biancheria non riuscendo a comunicare con i proprietari sono dovuta andare io a recuperare quello che serviva, stanze piene di ragnatele balcone sporchisssimo, box doccia sporco di calcare bagno senza finestra solo con un oblò per fare entrare la luce, lamento questo per il costo eccessivo rispetto al servizio dato. Grazie

Agréable séjour

L’appartement était vraiment très beau, très fonctionnel pour 5 personnes et climatisé. Giacomo est très arrangeant et nous a permis de nous garer mais aussi d’accéder à l’appartement dès 9h du matin (nous souhaitions laisser la voiture en sécurité durant notre visite). Il nous a également montré comment prendre en ligne le pass journée pour le train ce qui est très appréciable et il parle français ce qui est très pratique quand on ne maîtrise pas l’italien. La résidence est à 15 grosses minutes à pieds de la gare, nous l’avons fait sans difficulté avec 3 enfants (9, 7 et 2 ans).

Le petit-déjeuner est succinct mais cela semble être commun à la plupart des hôtels/résidences que nous avons eu l’occasion de fréquenter. La résidence est un peu isolée, il n’y a pas grand chose autour (pour dîner nous vous recommandons la pizzeria Pachino à 5 grosses minutes en voiture).

Zelo velika , svetla in cista soba. Prazaprav celo stanovanje s kuhinjo, jedilnico, dnevnim prostorom, spalnico, kopalnici in velikim balkonom. Visoki stropovi, klimatizirano. Podzemna garaza.

Logement situé juste à côté de la voie ferrée, ce qui engendre des nuisances sonores. L’appartement est vétuste et ne correspondait pas aux photos. Propreté insuffisante à notre arrivée. Puis volets défectueux. Le quartier est peu rassurant.

Tágas lakás, hatalmas beltérrel. Sok ágy, szuper hűs lakás (jól müködő légkondi). Wifi szuper. A zárt parkoló nagyon jó, a reggeli is.

A fürdőszoba jó tágas, de kicsit felújitásra szorúl. A hűtő jó nagy, de nagyon hangos. Fagyasztó rész sajnos nincs benne.

Very friendly and helpful staff, thanks Giacomo for the great recommendations!!! Free and extra safe parking place, train station 10 minutes walk. It's a good spot if you want to explore Cinque Terre and beaches like Lerici nearby. Possible to cook, excellent WiFi.

Nothing serious to mention. If someone prefers complete silence during the night, the train and the neighbour's dogs might be challenging. If you have a bigger car, I recommend contacting the staff prior to arrival. For breakfast, if you prefer some fruits, vegetables, or some vegan sandwich, I recommend taking your own. They offer a good variety of croissants, sandwiches, boiled eggs, water/soft drinks and a very good Italian coffee to have a good start for the day!!

Bardzo wygodne lóżko, a miałem okazję testować już trzy pokoje. Generalnie czysto, z wygodnym parkingiem pod obiektem. Dla zmotoryzowanych świetna lokalizacja, blisko centrum i 5terre. Bardzo sympatyczny gospodarz, dobre wyposażenie kuchni, choć lekko brakowało zwykłego ostrego noża.

W niektórych pokojach, trochę przeszkadza przejeżdżający pociąg, jednak nie jest to wyjątkowo upierdliwe. Wyjazd czasami wymaga uwagi, ze względu na parkujące zbyt blisko bramy pojazdy, jednak jest to typowe we Włoszech, więc nie powinno stanowić wady.

I was neither disappointed nor exited about this apartment

I appreciated the convenient parking, and the room was quite spacious. Giacomo, the host, provided helpful information about Cinque Terre and the nearby town of Portovenere. He was always available and responsive when needed.

The trains pass right by the balcony quite frequently, and the building isn't very well soundproofed. I recommend grabbing breakfast at the market.

Unser Appartement (Loft) war geräumig mit separatem Schlaf- und Küchenbereich. Bad ausreichend groß, Dusche auch. Alles sauber. Ausstattung ausreichend. Balkon.

Wir haben uns für das Objekt wegen der Nähe zum Bahnhof (Besuch Cinque Terre) und Parkplatz entschieden. Die Appartements befinden sich in einem normalen Wohnhaus in einer hässlichen Gewerbeumgebung. Die Garage im Untergeschoss bietet kaum genügend Parkplätze; der Betonboden ist weitgehend zerstört und voller Betonstaub, der alles verdreckt. Die Rezeption ist ein Klapptisch. Der Frühstücksbereich ist im Freien und spartanisch. Wir haben das Frühstück aufs Zimmer mitgenommen. Es gab Croissant, Sandwich, Brot, Kochei, dazu abgepackt Butter, Marmelade, Honig - o.k.. Der Abfluss im Badezimmer war verstopft.

Placé à environ 15mn à pied de la gare. Parking sécurisé, mériterait que le sol soit arrangé. L'appartement est bien équipé, propre. Comme il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde, c'était calme. Certainement différent avec beaucoup de locataires. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Notre séjour à été très agréable. Tout s'est bien passé.
