Good apartment-like accommodation with very kind and helpful staff, free parking and breakfast

Very friendly and helpful staff, thanks Giacomo for the great recommendations!!! Free and extra safe parking place, train station 10 minutes walk. It's a good spot if you want to explore Cinque Terre and beaches like Lerici nearby. Possible to cook, excellent WiFi.

Nothing serious to mention. If someone prefers complete silence during the night, the train and the neighbour's dogs might be challenging. If you have a bigger car, I recommend contacting the staff prior to arrival. For breakfast, if you prefer some fruits, vegetables, or some vegan sandwich, I recommend taking your own. They offer a good variety of croissants, sandwiches, boiled eggs, water/soft drinks and a very good Italian coffee to have a good start for the day!!

I was neither disappointed nor exited about this apartment

I appreciated the convenient parking, and the room was quite spacious. Giacomo, the host, provided helpful information about Cinque Terre and the nearby town of Portovenere. He was always available and responsive when needed.

The trains pass right by the balcony quite frequently, and the building isn't very well soundproofed. I recommend grabbing breakfast at the market.

Affordable place to stay with moderate comfort.

In general it’s a good value of money. You can’t expect high level of comfort for this price.

The bed and reclining sofa are uncomfortable to sleep. They’ve been worn out and need to be replaced. The floor was dirty. Our kids walked in white socks and after few hours their white socks became dark grey.

Spacious room with a kitchen. Owner was very friendly! Basic but decent breakfast provided.

Loud and bright street all night, blind doesn’t block out much light. Floor was quite dirty when we arrived, asked for a clean but we’re provided with a mop and bucket to do it ourselves. 15m walk to train station

Great location, close to the train stations..it was very warm and coasy in the room. Friendly staff, gave us nice recomendations what to see. Breakfast wasnt ok, old croissants and cold toast.

Motel style.

The host was very kind and the location of the hotel was pretty close to the city center . There is a covered parking which is pretty good to have when you travel by car.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable, the rooms smelled like someone before us was smoking like a chimney, the appliances in the bathroom where mostly broken. Half role of toilet paper and obvisoulsy being 3 people we had to ask for more for 3 nighs. The bedsheets in the sofa bed were half ripped. Breakfast was very VERY basic. A croissant and 4 slices of bread with jam..that's it! The hitting made really loud thumbing noises every 4 minutes. The premises of the residence was under some kind of construction so every single corner of the hotel was full of dust . It is OK for something very basic or a really short overnight stay. I think the price was highly overrated and cleaning costs were asked after we arrived without it being stated in the page of Booking. We asked for the cleaner not to come on the second day because we had a dog in the room and they told that no cleaning would happen as long as we were there so I don't understand the extra cleaning costs! Is it to find our room clean ? Wouldn't they clean it otherwise?

- really big space - internet worked ok - parking space

Cleaning is terrible. Also someone who is repairing flats is doing terrible job. In our toilet there was plenty of mold (we got apartment with a basketball rim in it - which is by the way hanging now haha) spider nets etc. Also that Appartment is looking straight forward to the rails so it's very very noisy. On other hand we had our friends staying in some other Appartment at the same time and situation was much better. So i guess I'd you take others it should be fine. Breakfast is .. hahah it would be better that you don't have breakfast. Location is total disaster, as you need to walk 30 min to main station or center of the city (with bags if you are not by car) and in general La Spezia is dirty city, not well maintained so everything around some small rivers is so smelly that you need to cover your nose with it. But on other hand it's nice bcs it's close to 5 village's. For this amount of money, i would expect a lot of more. I mean in Tenerife you are almost getting all inclusive for the same amount. Tip: investigate a little bit more there is some other place which is way better to stay than this city.

Too far away from the city centre, it was a 20 min walk anywhere near the historic centre and 15 min walk to train station. Thankfully city is quite flat so with the suitcases was long but not strenuous. Also the shower could have been cleaner the shower head and door was covered in lime scale and that could have been better for sure.

There is free car park available, the water pressure was really good , not to far from the beach. air conditioning

cleanliness was a major issue, there were cobwebs and bugs everywhere. there is also a lot of mosquitos . the towels provided were dirty there was dirt on the towels and even hair . The layout of the house was also strange and lacked privacy, the upstairs bed was in the corridor and the downstairs bed was also just near the kitchen. It was odd. Breakfast was also very simple, the same thing everyday- toast and croissant. after using the shower, it would continue to leak for a good hour and the sink also floods really quickly. I’m pretty sure the bed have bed bugs i woke up in the middle of the night itchy and bites all over me as well as massive mosquito bites. The cutlery they provided in the apartment kitchen was also dirty and had hair on it. It was also freezing at night and we were given a really thin blanket. Finally the wi-fi doesn’t even work dont bother trying to type the password. The bad things definitely outweigh the goods. I’m not trying to bash this hotel but it is very poor for a three star hotel and I hope some of your guys reconsider your decision to stay.
