Très bel établissement ... très bon accueil. L'établissement est près du centre de la Spezia et très calme. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et les espaces très agréables... Nous recommandons ce lieu. Nous sommes reçus par une personne adorable et qui nous explique les endroits sympas à visiter et est de très bons conseils

- Hard to find (we came at night, no sign on the road, ended up somewhere else) - Apartment Not family-friendly (steep stairs, not shown in listing images) - Superficial cleaning (overall mediocre cleaning but microwave oven was a mess, basically threw away food because we couldn’t heat it inside) - Poor breakfast (bread, some jam and nutella, and coffee) - No english-speaking people on-site (had to use Google translate) - Privacy concerns (the apartment hallway could also be accessed by host, which came at 10pm unannounced)
