Very nice place to stay, their focaccia and capuchino in the morning are amazing and staff is super nice

Excellent location, the rooms are beautifull, you don't really hear the noise from the trains

They should improve their cleaning, as I was leaving I saw under the bed to see that I wasn't leaving anything behind and the amount of dust was too much, and there was a sock that had surely been left by some previous guest

There was a person in the room next to us that that made this horrible coughing gagging sound continually when we were in the room. Sounded like they were dying. At first it was comical because it was so loud then it just became annoying g because they never stopped.

Great value and convenient location near the station, though the breakfast could be improved.

The location was excellent, being very close to the train station. I appreciated having on-site parking available, even though it came with an additional fee. Overall, the room was clean and offered great value for the price.

Communication with the staff was a bit difficult at times, likely due to a language barrier. The breakfast options were extremely simple and perhaps not worth the cost, although the croissants were quite nice.

Great location

Location perfect, 5 mins walk from the train station. Staff very friendly, had a pastry and juice in the morning and was able to store luggage for 5€ for the day. Room was clean and cute

The air con made loud noises every 20mins like it was about to rip itself off the wall so didnt sleep well

Good hospitality and nice breakfast on the terrace. New bathroom with all necessities and an extra door to the room which gave extra space. All very clean and comfortable.

Nothing, parking can be hard due to the narrow street but they do have parking spots available.

Large room near the trainstation

Large and modern rooms, very close to trainstation so you can travel to Cinque Terre, private parking, friendly staff.

In the rooms closest to the railway, you can hear the trains passing through. I would advise to wear earplugs (offered by the hotel) if you sleep lightly.

It was a lovely, up to date place, very conveniently located by train station!

The property was beautiful, modern, decorated very pretty! Great location to train station and Cinque Terre!

It was very loud the first of 2 nights due to a family party right outside our room. That was frustrating but the owner apologized and said it would not happen again. The next night was quiet.

Amazing stay in La Spezia!

The location was ideal—just a short walk from the train station, making it super convenient to get around. If you're planning to visit Cinque Terre, La Spezia is definitely the best place to stay. The room was spotless, the shower was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They answered all our questions promptly and were always ready to help. As a lovely touch, they even gave us a small gift at the end of our stay, which was really thoughtful.

The breakfast was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement. While the quality was good, the selection was quite limited. Adding more variety—such as fresh fruits, different types of bread or pastries, and perhaps some local specialties—would really enhance the overall experience and better cater to different tastes.

Location is very convenient for train station access and close to the centre.

Directions to this location need to be improved from the bridge The breakfast was continental (basic: 1 piece of focaccia & 1 croissant, 1 glass of jice and one coffee). A second cup of coffee required extra payment.

The place is really nice, super close to the city center and the train station that accesses cinque terre. The people managing the place are super nice and always ready to help 😊 the bed is comfortable and the breakfast adds a nice touch: focaccia, croissant and cappuccino, all fresh! Highly recommend

I went there right after the storm there was no internet for 2 days in a row. the lady in charge was super helpful and was trying to solve the issue even tho there was language barrier between I and her she tried her best to help me discover around keep me updated.

The best room of my trip!

The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The hostess was really friendly and brought a generous breakfast directly to the room in the morning. The train station is 5 minutes away, but with the windows closed we hardly hear the trains. Also, good wifi connection.

Railway 74 is better than your expectations.

It was a great location, you don't even hear the train at night, unless your a light sleeper. My wife is but she didn't hear it either. I had some car trouble, but they helped me to get to a garage that was maybe a little unreliable at first but they kept in touch so my anxiety didn't explode and helped me to the end. The room/shower/bathroom is super clean and well put togheter. The hostes explains everything clearly in Italian but also uses an app to hear it in English or your preferred language. Breakfast is not much but a good amount of food and coffee to get going until lunch. Security is great, Parking is tricky but at least there is a spot if you ask fot it, and free parking. The AC is an absolute best, no complains there. The scenery at the entrance is lovely at day as wel at nights. They are very helpful and trustworthy people with a great place to stay.

It was hard to find after getting out of the car. There are signs but a bit to small and you could easily miss it at night. The fridge is like a mini fridge and doesn't really cool your stuff. The room is not soundproof but you can talk normally without anyone hearing you. The window has a foil on it so there is nothing to see outside but you do get enough sunlight in the room. There was not much else to dislike.

This is the ideal place to stay if you want to explore Cinque Terre. It is located close to the train station which is reachable by foot. The parking space is arranged by the host and it is located right next to building. The breakfast is simple but enough to get your day started. The apartment is clean and the host is nice and informative.

The hostess was very nice and speak English, she gave us tips of the best places and restaurants to visit. The hotel is so close to the train station that take you to cinq terre.

I booked a room with two full beds, the thing that they don't have it the facility, but exist in the website. The sun was so bright in the morning, and you can do anything about it because they were no curtains.

Most comfortable bed but little hot water

The bed was so soft- best bed we've found in Italy. The staff was super nice. So close to the train station but still nice and quiet. Great location for seeing the town and the Cinque Terre.

The shower had great water pressure but would only stay hot for 4 minutes. If you turned the water off, and back on again, it would give you another 4 minutes of hot water. The internet worked great in the hall and even our bathroom, but not our actual room. Both days we were there, we had to have someone come and restart the heater. It was taken care of quickly but not sure why it quit working 2 days in a row.
