The room was very convenient for our stay, very clean and comfy ! Our host was very responsive and answered our questions very quickly ! As we traveled by plane to come to La Spezia, the fact that we had access to utilities like towels, soap/shampoo was very useful ! Thank you for that. The location was good too, 20min from the train station and 10min from the supermarket! However, it was a bit far from the city center by foot (30min), but we could access it by bus if we wanted.

Walls are thin, but if you have earplugs, everything will be fine !

Perfect No Frills Stay

Just as described. Clean, fridge, smart TV, great location only 15 minutes walk from La Spezia Centrale and the town center. Comfy bed, quieter part of town. Nothing to fault

IMMACULATE SPACIOUS ROOM

The room was very clean along with the bathroom, very modern bathroom. Great shower Great coffee machine ,very close to bus stop. We walked from train station to accommodation Lively owner who checked in daily to see how we were going. Gave us great choices for restaurants Kindly gave us a lift to train station on departing .

It probably would of been great to have a fan as air conditioning was controlled for the whole apartment. A little warm for the kiwis.🤣

Very nice stay at Fulvio's place

The room was very clean and the host was super nice, with good advice for restaurant, and helpful when we had problem with transport. Fulvio is really reactive.

The matress was a bit hard.

Un séjour très reposant et ressourçant.

L’emplacement du logement était idéal et accessible à pied depuis la gare centrale. Le propriétaire était très disponible en cas de questions ou pour donner d’excellentes recommandations. Logement très propre avec beaucoup de petites attentions pour nous permettre de passer un meilleur séjour, notamment café et thé, sèche cheveux, etc. Vraiment rien a redire pour un logement parfait et très bien entretenu par les propriétaires ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Verblijf was perfect!

Het was een heel fijn verblijf! We mochten eerder dan de inchecktijd langskomen om onze koffers veilig achter te laten. Het zit op loopafstand van het station en één straat verderop heb je een leuke goedkope ontbijtplek. De airco werkte goed, was de juiste temperatuur en bleef automatisch aanstaan, waardoor we elke keer fijn het verblijf in kwamen. Het was klein, maar dit was juist perfect voor een paar dagen. Het bed lag ook lekker.

Geen punten voor verbetering.

czysto, wygodne łóżko , cicho ekspres do kawy i czajnik 15 min od dworca centralnego przystanek bus zaraz obok budynku blisko do kawiarni i sklepu spożywczego winda :)

-mikro łazienka ale wszystko było -za ciepło w pokoju (klimatyzacja słabo działała sterowana z innego pomieszczenia ) -szafki na ubrania były ale zamknięte -dosyć mały pokój

Excelente!

Excelente estadia, numa boa localização (bairro tranquilo e calmo). A cerca de 15 minutos a pé da estação de comboios de La Spezia. Sitio perfeito para quem deseja conhecer bem La Spezia e Cinque Terre. Ótima comunicação com o proprietario. Gostámos muito e recomendamos bastante!

Tout était bien et très propre, endroit calme. Propriétaire très gentil.

Un peu retiré du centre ( 15min à pied) mais arrêt de bus juste devant. Tout dépend de ce que l’on recherche.
