Great location, responsive and helpful host, highly recommended!

Great location, close enough to the Central Station and well served by supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants and bars. Alessandro is very responsive and helpful and his istructions are very clear. Highly recommendend for those who want to easily reach the Cinque Terre!

Throughly enjoyed our 2 day stay.

Good location. Host was very helpful and accommodating. There is a wet market behind the property. Supermarkets, bakery and shops are also close by. Eat well and slept well, couldn’t ask for more.

Definitely a good choice.

Very spacious rooms, good WC and kitchen. The staff was excepcionally good in every aspect of our stay.

Tables and surfaces could have been better cleaned. It's a pitty there is not that much natural light, but at least there is plenty of windows in the apt. You may need earcaps to sleep bcause of the people chatting in the streets.

The localization was great, there's a lovely market nearby with literally everything, also there are bakery, butcher, coffee shop, everything what you need. The apartment was really nice, rooms have a lot of place and are clean.

There's a little bit too little place in the kitchen, 'cause we couldn't eat the breakfast together (4 people).

Great room and location, poor management

Great room and location, everything perfect!

No instruction on how to get in the apartment. The manager only speaks Italian and is only little understandable by phone. Beds were not ready. Manager asked for a copy of ID by phone (amateurish). Manager also very late asked to leave tax money on table, so had to react quickly.

Nice place, parking horrendous.

Comfy beds, clean sheets and towels . Located next to the interesting market.

Finding the place was difficult and parking was horrendous. Had to park 10 minutes walk away in a free car park at the top of Viale Fieschi. The owner lives next door but can’t speak English but we managed to communicate with simple words. He didn’t like that we had already paid online. When you arrive, press the 4th intercom button which says Da Euro. Hold down the button for a long time as it may take the owner some time to answer.

房东友善，入住方便，价格实惠，性价比极高。位置距离火车站走路十多分钟，楼下有公交车很便利。内部是新装修的，卫生间现代干净，卫生良好无灰尘。Wi-Fi信号不错。额外提供了免费的咖啡和小面包及果酱。

隔音效果还有待提升，水温偶尔会忽冷忽热。

Muy buena ubicación, está fuera de la ZTL de La Spezia por lo que se puede aparcar cerca, pero aún así céntrico. A 15 minutos andando de la estación de tren.

Las toallas tenían manchas. La Spezia como tal sirve para visitar Cinque Terre y poco más.

Camera moderna confortevole e pulita, la zona è ottima a 2 min dal centro e 5 min dalla stazione a piedi, ottima insonorizzazione delle stanze (tenendo in considerazione che sotto la finestra della nostra stanza c'era il mercato)

Il palazzo è un pó attempato, anche la strada fronte palazzo non è il massimo, insegna dell'affitta camere poco visibile

Il nostro soggiorno a La Spezia è stato bellissimo. Abbiamo visitato la città e le Cinque terre spo.

Stanza carina e confortevole dotata di piccolo frigo che a noi è stato molto utile. Posizione ottima, vicinissima al centro e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Tanti bar e ristoranti nei dintorni. Ho tanto gradito che, dopo il ceck out, ci è stata data la possibilità di lasciare gli zaini in struttura fino alla nostra ripartenza.

8 főre teljesen jó elosztású 4 külön szobával, füdőszobával, szóval nagyon megfelelő volt számunkra

Közösségi tér lehetne kicsit nagyobb, ott nem tudtunk 8-an lelülni az esti élménybeszámolóra.

Séjour parfait dans un établissement bien situé avec un accueil chaleureux et un service réactif.

L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la gare centrale de La Spezia, ce qui est très pratique pour explorer les Cinque Terre. Le gérant est vraiment adorable, il parle bien français, ce qui facilite énormément la communication. Nous avons eu un petit souci pendant le séjour, et il est intervenu immédiatement pour le résoudre : très professionnel et réactif. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour serein et agréable.

Host improvvisato, camera sporca e non sicura!

Mi è piaciuta solo la posizione vicina al centro

Host improvvisato. Camera non sicura, la porta d'ingresso con chiave a portata di chiunque. Camera sporca, polvere dappertutto, capelli sul pavimento, copriletto sporco. Bagno sporco con rubinetto doccia rotto. Finestra senza tenda quindi oltrepassava la luce, molto rumore dall'esterno, eravamo in due ma c'era solo una capsula di caffè.
