Great location and comfortable room
Property advertised tea and coffee facilities, but only had tea on offer.

Location - love the fact that it was in the middle of a pedestrian only area - felt safe and so many things to see and do without going very far - like places to shop, to eat, to watch people
Not enough storage and and places to put shampoo, conditioner, make up , etc. and to hang towels and clothes in the bathroom

Liked the fact that it had an elevator, a cool old one. Very inviting with a cool double door like I've never seen. Location was good, room was spacious.
Our room happened to be the orange room which is my least favorite color. Having a choice of color would've been nice if it were possible Since being in your least favorite color for a few days is not ideal.

the location
from the moment I made the booking, they sent me an SMS to check in online, and even after I checked in online, they continued to send me SMS to check in online.
after I reconfirmed with an SMS, they sent me a link to pay the city tax, while I had not yet arrived at the hotel
again on the day I was to arrive, they sent me another SMS that if you come after 7 pm you will pay an extra 20 euros for check in, while I had checked in online and the door was completely unlocked with a keypad.
there was no one at the property, or I would not bother anyone to wait for me, I would open everything myself. However, when I spoke on the phone, the lady was polite, but the whole day was very stressful for that room, they sent endless SMS, when will you arrive, when will you arrive, while giving me the door opening codes and everything would be so simple. I hope you don't bother the vacationers so much in the future.
