Great balcony, great location to the train-just a short walk. Shopping was fun and lots of choices to eat...seemed kid friendly too! Room was clean and everything worked well.

I did not like that they wanted me to share my passport info over Whatsapp which is not safe. I had to take a taxi to go to their other hotel to check in and then get another taxi to get to the rooms 10 min away...it wasn't that big of a deal but was still a pain.

No coffee, no water, television did not work as per Netflix and YouTube. We might as well have had no tv

from the moment I made the booking, they sent me an SMS to check in online, and even after I checked in online, they continued to send me SMS to check in online. after I reconfirmed with an SMS, they sent me a link to pay the city tax, while I had not yet arrived at the hotel again on the day I was to arrive, they sent me another SMS that if you come after 7 pm you will pay an extra 20 euros for check in, while I had checked in online and the door was completely unlocked with a keypad. there was no one at the property, or I would not bother anyone to wait for me, I would open everything myself. However, when I spoke on the phone, the lady was polite, but the whole day was very stressful for that room, they sent endless SMS, when will you arrive, when will you arrive, while giving me the door opening codes and everything would be so simple. I hope you don't bother the vacationers so much in the future.
