Perfect for short stays in the city center !

Very spacious room and close by the city centrer ! Loved the access to the terrasse.

The fridge was not working well - but we stayed for a short stay so it was not a big deal

A perfect stay — clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The room was spotless, very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. It had all the facilities I needed — everything was thoughtfully provided to make the stay easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Would stay again!

The location was perfect! East to find, super close to La Spezia train station, and quick walk to the ferry. The room was comfortable and clean, and the shared balcony was a great bonus!

Check-in and communication happened solely via WhatsApp which was a challenge for someone like me who didn’t have international data. It would have been nice to be able to talk with someone directly in reception. The WhatsApp messages were always received and responded to very quickly.

Big spacious room with high ceiling, Nice location which is close to railway station 7 minutes on foot (it is really important if you plan to visit Chinque Terre) Close to the street Via Fiume where you can find really good cafe/restaurants, Helpful staff of the hotel (we get an assistance for late check-in after 21:00), Cool terrace on the second floor of the building, Comfortable bed. Mini Bar/fridge.

Must schedule your check in time in advance with the host directly! But a great room and location.

The room itself was clean, the showers are excellent.

There is no reception. You must arrange for the host to be present for your time of arrival. This was not made clear to us until the day of our stay, but we did not receive the hosts message because we had no cell service. Therefore we had to wait a long time in the heat to access the hotel. Also, the air conditioning only works when the room key is inside the room. So you always come back to a hot room if it’s warm outside.

Everything was wonderful. Espresso/Coffee machine jus outside the door in a public space. The shared terrace was fantastic - loved a glass of wine overlooking the city evening.

Lovely stay that made our time in La Spezia even better. Highly recommend.

Lovely, spacious room. Friendly staff and check in process. Our room had a balcony with a view of the beautiful streets. We also received a welcome package which was very kind. Only stayed 2 nights and room was cleaned. The security works with a card system which is also very practical.

non lift was a problem as my suitcases were pretty heavy! the lady help me with them when I arrived, but check out was alone , so I had to deal with them all by myself. Anyway I still recommend this place 1000000%

Well located and comfortable

The place was centrally located. Internally it was spacious and clean and comfortable. It was also very secure and noise free.

Since my wife has bad ankle, it would have been helpful if the lift operated to our floor ( first floor ) .

Have to wait on street in front of building to check in The fridge and A/C was not working We had 4 people the extra bed for the 4th person was uncomfortable 3rd bed and 4th bed block the Place where the hangers located. At about 3pm on Sunday Sept 12th when we came back from very hot weather outside expected to drink our cold drink in the fridge but when we opened the fridge strange odors fill up the hot room quickly, we couldn't get in touch with staff by phone (the same number we called to check-in) about the fridge smelled, luckily we can open to the terrace and sit outside until the smell gone, I tried to send the messages thru booking.com we got response next day which was already too late we decided to leave without getting refunded. The room was not uncomfortable with not enough A/C for the whole room with no cold drink it became uncomfortable to stay we have to keep walking to the store nearby to get cold drinks all the times. Which is not practical. Outside terrace was comfortable if the next door neighbors is not smoking, also very noisy at night if the others staying late we can hear people chatting and laughing until late night.

Fresh and tidy hotel with good amenities and attentive personnel. There's no view as windows overlook big terrace shared with 3 or 4 other rooms and separated only by small fence from terrace of the building in front (so in case you are looking for privacy, not exactly the case). Quiet area just few minutes from train station and historical center.

The shower was quite good. Friendly staff. Convenient location

1. WiFi: The WiFi does not work well (constant disconnections) and no improvement after reporting to the property owner. 2. Communication: Communication with the property owner was a but stressful because we were requested to notify when exactly we will arrive one day in advance. (Reception was not always open) 3. Short check out window: check out is between 9 and 10 in the morning. A bit earlier and the window is pretty short 4. Parking is not so easy around the property. Free parking is 15-20 minute boring walk away. 5. Not very clean, e.g. greasy TV remote control

The location is perfect :) close to everything you need. Even the fresh market which was amazing. The room was clean and quiet. Although the location is not quiet. The terrace is noce to chill.
