What a lovely comfortable place to spend some time. The decor is modern, simple, bright and uncluttered. Overlooking the Piazza Sant'Agostino in the historical centre (Centro Storico) you feel connected to the heart of the city bustling with shops and restaurants ...and it is easy walking distance to a beautiful park at the water's edge and the marina.
They've thought of just about everything (but could use some hooks and towel racks in the bathroom). The bathroom is spacious and bright with an excellent roomy shower -- no banging your elbows to wash your back.
I should mention that it is almost in a straight line (along Via Fiume becoming Via Del Prione) from the train station (La Spezia Centrale) and easily walkable in about 15 minutes if not burdened with too much luggage. It's a nice, interesting walk mostly on traffic free roads except for closer to the train station. This is handy if you want to use La Spezia as a base to explore the 5 villages Cinque Terre. Trains leave every 20 minutes bound for Cinque Terre and you can buy day passes to hop on and off as you explore the villages.

A localização era perfeita, perto de restaurantes e cafés. O banheiro era amplo e havia dois chuveiros. Tudo estava bem organizado e limpo.

It didn’t have a clothing iron the property also couldn’t provide one.
It’s a little stuffy because you not allowed to open the doors or windows
