A wonderful place to stay if visiting La Spezia and the Cinque Terre.

Perfect location to everything- city centre, trains, busses, restaurants and sights. Easy to walk around , safe and very vibey.

Great location, rooms with AC, cozy room

AC in the room is a must during summer in Italy so this was a very nice thing to have. Room was very clean, location was perfect (a 25m walk from train station but very central to the main streets of La Spezia). The room (Pink Room) had a great cozy vibe with snacks everyday from the property!

It is a bit expensive for an old apartment with no kitchen or common spaces. There is basically no view from the room so this should count in the final price.

good communication, easy to check-in, clean and tidy. had our own bathroom.

good location, easy to find, easy to get in, even very late. clean and tidy with two towels each. we got some extra cookie and a very delicious chocolate as a gift. it was a good start in the morning, thank you for that. There was tea selection on the table, some instant coffee available, excellent communication. We spent only one night here as it was a short stop before we started our hiking days on the Cinque Terre.

it was not a problem for us but might it would be better to have two covers instead of one big to share. just could use some extra cover.

Quirky & Quaint!

The room was pleasant and spacious enough. Quirky decor made this a fun overnight stay. The host was friendly and kind enough to allow us to drop our luggage off early. The proximity to dine out, shop, and the mariner was fantastic!

The bathroom could do with updating, but it was clean. A fridge in the room would be useful.

Nice little stay

The location is excellent. Very close to the sea. Sonia was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. Coffee and tea making facilities.

The street is quite noisy as the street cleaner and the recycling lorries come in front of the window of the room we stayed in. Shower is a bit small.

Great place for short trip

Clean, small room, very good connection to the boats and to the train station. Many shops, bars, restaurants in couple of meters. The lady was helpful to give all the information I needed.

Wished I had stayed longer

Everything about the room was great. Little touches (eg, hairdryer, kettle, coffee, cookies) were added to make the stay very comfortable. Location may be a lengthy 15-minute from the train station, however you walk down this long lively street filled with shops and restaurants. And it's not far from the boats to Cinque Terre.

Everything was perfect. Warm welcome and great availability. The room was prepared in the morning. Coffee, tea and small snacks available in the room. Very clean room with all the necessary equipment.

Good location, only a small room but cosy and better than expected with a decent size bathroom (better than what the photos look) air conditioning also worked very well. Lovely nonna doing the check in as well who was very helpful!

Really comfortable and clean room. Was a great location in La Spezia too. Lots of restaurants, shopping and supermarkets surrounding. 15-20 mins to the central train station. Staff were really friendly made my stay very pleasant. Room was cleaned daily.

There are places I'll remember.

Close to Restaurants,Parks by the sea and only 12 min walk to train station for Cinque Terre access. The host Sonia was excellent and always giving good ideas of places to visit.

Was looked after amazingly by Sonia who provided maps, advice on local trips AND fresh fruit and pastries.

Fab location and lovely big room with a balcony. Had a bakery on one side and a wine bar on the other - holiday essentials !

Great location near the waterfront. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. I would recommend staying here.

Great location and very clean room

Everything was wonderful. I was greeted by a very kind and hospitable hostess who allowed me to check in very early as my room was ready. She helped me plan me visit to Portovenere. The room was perfect for a solo traveller; very clean, bright, amazing location close to the Piazzas and the port. AC and wifi worked well. A very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend.
