Very clean and convenient for the station

The property was very clean and well located for the station and bars and restaurants. Paolo the owner was very helpful and in regular contact to make sure everything was ok. We had a great stay.

It was very clean, great location and the manager of the property was so helpful and kind.

The apartment was larger than expected and very clean. The beds were also very comfortable, I think they were memory foam. The manager of the apartment was also very lovely and went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. The location was very close to La Spezia Central train station which was very convenient, especially with lots of luggage. Would highly recommend for travellers looking to stay in La Spezia for a couple of nights.

Very good

The room was clean and had very good air conditioning which is great for the summer heat. Paolo was very helpful during check in and was quick with replying. Excellent location - 5 minute walk to La Spezia station. Water pressure in the shower was very good. You definitely get what you pay for and value for money.

The neighbourhood at night time is slightly noisy but that's expected as you are in central La Spezia

The property was a 5-min walk to La Spezia station. We’re a family of 3 and there was a single bed provided for my child, with enough space for us. Paolo the host was also kind to give tips and recommendations for our visit. Communication was clear and efficient.

Very good

Our stay at Platform One was brief but good. The room was clean and our host, Paulo was helpful and quick to communicate. Our purpose in La Spezia was to visit Cinque Terre by boat and we were able to do this easily. We did enjoy the plazas, cafes and waterfront of La Spezia!

The location was excellent! Right by the town square, 3-5 minutes walking to the train station. There's a nice Coop ( grocery store) 2 minutes walking. We visited Cinque Terre. Very convenient and extremely clean facilities. Beds are very comfortable, nice showers, and air conditioning worked wonderfully. Great food and shopping close by the square. Pablo (staff) offered to help us with parking, although we were lucky enough to find a spot on the street in front of the apartment. I believe the garage is not too far or there's other parking available. Pablo also was attentive and offered us recommendations for restaurants. Very value for the reasonable price. Thank you!

overall the facilities were good. we were given clear instructions on how to enter the property. we never saw the host.

Lovely apartment right near the station in an area that felt a bit sketchy

We wanted an apartment close to the train station to allow easy access to the Cinque Terre train line and in this regard this apartment was right on the money. It was also a great size having an additional room between the bedroom and bathroom that was a great place to keep bags. Apartment was clean and comfortable and comms in advance of arrival were excellent.

This is not a fault of the property and while its location was super convenient to the station that is the only location aspect we liked. The walk to the centre of town is quite long and the area the property is located in just did not feel safe after dark, and was subject to a lot noise from the nearby square until late at night. Walking back from the town centre (which was great) late in the evening it just did not feel secure - my partner noted she would not walk alone in the area after dark.

Location was perfect as it was only a short walk from the train station. The host Paolo was welcoming and responsive over text. When we couldn't find the remote control for the air conditioner/heater he offered to come over to help us find it while we were out for the day - really appreciate it!

Just wonderful

We were so happy to stay in the lovely and very clean room. It was close to the train station and shopping center. It was quiet and pleasant. It is easy and convenient to communicate with the manager on WhatsApp. It is a pleasure to have a coffee and tea kettle for drinking. The whole experience was perfect, we couldn't have asked for more.

The room was very clean and renovated, there was everything I needed, easy self check in, very good shower with hot water and wifi, the neighborhood is very calm, silent and very close to the train station! Great communication and convenient base to visit for Cinque terre

The host contacted me via mobile a day before check in where he explained the check in process. This helps in the communication between us and the host. The location is reasonably close to the train station. It is possible to leave your luggage within the apartment premises after checking out if you inform the host way beforehand.

We can hear music and noises at night in our room as the location is near to night pubs.

Great location, comfortable rooms and great communication

Paolo was an incredibly attentive host, always available via text message or phone call. The accomodation is very conveniently located close to the town centre and train station which is perfect for hiking Cinque Terre and staying out of the hustle and bustle. It has everything you need including a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee facilities and an air conditioner.

Everything was as described except perhaps the bed is not a queen bed but two single beds pushed together. My only suggestion would be a larger bin and perhaps some cutlery in the room and perhaps complimentary milk to go with the tea and coffee
