Comfortable and convenient

The room was spacious with a nice balcony. It was convenient to the train station. The waterfront was an easy 2 km walk straight down the street. There was a good cheap pizza place close by. The hostess was very nice and helpful on check in

Very good

Very friendly host! Was there on time to receive us and give us a lot of info about the places to see and eat. The room was not very big but it was comfortable and all new - the bathroom was a good size and pleasant. Although there was no fridge in the room there was one in the entry that we could use. The breakfast was very simple but the croissants very good. Very close by to the train station.

Although close to the train station - which was important for us - it's a little far from the center and the surroundings are not great.

Perfect stay! Totally recommend.

Simona is a lovely and very nice host! She greeted me and explained everything to me and also gave me all important and necessary information about the area and cinque terre. The room is very clean and huge. There is a kettle and some coffee and tee to make. Simona also puts some snacks on the table! There is also a shared fridge to keep drinks, etc. cool. I got a coupon for aperitivo and coupons for free breakfast (very good) at the bar nearby are also included. The place is very close to the train station which makes it very easy to travel Cinque Terre. Wifi was very good and Simona gives her number in case of any questions or emergency.

There is nothing I didn’t like. Felt very safe and comfortable!

Lovely appartment very close to the train station

The host Simona is wonderful! Due to a strike from the train personnel I had to come by FlixBus (which was a couple of hours delayed). Simona was so nice to pick me up from the bus station on the other side of La Spezia! I had a large room with a balcony, the accomodation is just a couple of minutes by foot to the station from where you can explore the beautiful Cinque Terre. I liked the breakfast in a bar (delicious coffee).

Friendly and helpful owner. We could check in early and could spend all day in cinque Terra.😀Location is great. The room was quite, too. If you have a car, a day ticket costs 10 Euro, or 0,75 cent for each hour. You can park on the street of the building. Highly recommended. Thank you:)

La propriétaire était très sympathique Ascenseur pour accéder au logement (3e étage) À dispo un frigo avec 3 étagères pour l'entrée commune 1 étagère par chambre idéale pour avoir de la boisson fraîche en partant le matin

Le petit déj se prenait en partenariat avec le bar qui se trouve à 50m de la chambre mais il n'était pas très copieux

Lokalizacja bliska dworca i sklepów, personel bardzo miły. Czajnik, kawa i herbata była, lodówka dostępna w korytarzu. Klimatyzacja - działa bez zarzutu!!!

Pokój widocznie już nie pierwszej świeżości, jakiś wieszak odpada, drzwi prysznica się chwieją, ale nie przeszkadza to w użytkowaniu pokoju. Brak udogodnień, np. lustra w pokoju.

Pulizia eccellente, cortesia e disponibilità della proprietaria, posizione comoda alla stazione e al porto per muoversi in treno e battello, presenza in camera di bollitore per té e tisane, colazione presso un bar vicino che serve ottimi cappuccini e paste discrete.

Bagno forse un po' piccolo, soprattutto il lavandino, ma per qualche notte ci si adatta.

La struttura si trova a due passi dalla stazione di La Spezia centrale, ottima per visitare le 5 Terre con l’apposito trenino. La struttura si è situata al terzo piano di un palazzo provvisto di ascensore.

Simona,la proprietaria della struttura è davvero unica,una persona gentilissima,sempre disponibile e soprattutto competente e professionale durante il check in. Ha fornito le varie mappe della città e le varie soluzioni per visitare al meglio la spezia,le cinque terre e porto venere. Davvero preziosi i suoi consigli. Inoltre,ogni giorno sistema la stanza, cosa assolutamente non dovuta, ci si sente in un piccolo hotel, e se necessario provvede al cambio degli asciugamani anche se non è compreso nel prezzo. Molto gradito un piccolo pensiero per noi che abbiamo soggiornato più giorni. La posizione della struttura è ottimale,a 5 minuti dalla stazione e a 10 minuti dal centro. È facilmente raggiungibile tutto pur non avendo l'auto.

L'unica nota negativa se così si può definire, almeno per quanto riguarda la camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato, è stato il bagno: più che altro il lavabo,davvero molto piccolo. Per il resto tutto in ordine e funzionale. Davvero carino.
