Well furnished, but definietly not comfortable as experience, loud noises coming from every side.

Apartment itself is well furnished and newly renovated, this part gets a positive note.

It was very noisy, noise coming from the upper floor: loud music, running and walking until late, and the worst part is the other apartment that is connected with one door, from where you can hear literally even low conversations of the other guests. Sad to say, but having a proper sleep in this place, was nearly impossible because of the noise.

Fint boende, verkade ganska nytt. Fanns det vi behövde för vår vistelse.

För långt avstånd från centrum men det kunde vi kollat upp före bokningen. Det värsta var lyhördheten och att det lät som djur i väggarna som skrapade högt så det gick inte att sova, började varje natt vid 2-tiden, trodde först att det var en fågel som fastnat. Lät i sovrummet på båda väggarna slutade när vi bankade.

Great flat well placed 10 minutes on the bus to the centre. Very handy.

Flat refurbished to high standards with great coffee machine and not forgetting the best pizza parlor in town...chez pipeo. Great communication from the rental people and reactive. Can't fault the flat apart from the other half was rented also even tho I thought I had rented it all, only separated by a thin door with a 1cm gap at the bottom so you their every word and movement. Our "flatmates" coming home late every night and started cooking about midnight. So beware if you are people who bed at reasonable times...shame.

Fantastico, se dovessimo ritornare a La spezia sapremo chi contattare

Ho trascorso alcuni giorni in questa casa vacanza e mi sono trovata davvero molto bene. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile e gentile, pronto a rispondere rapidamente via messaggio a qualsiasi esigenza o dubbio. La casa era accogliente, ben tenuta e praticamente nuova. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza di tutto l’occorrente di base: sapone, olio, sale, pentole e altri utensili utili tra cui anche la macchinetta del caffe, che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Anche la posizione è abbastanza comoda: nei dintorni ci sono pizzerie, ristoranti e un supermercato facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Inoltre, la fermata dell'autobus è molto vicina , utile per raggiungere il centro città o la stazione, ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le Cinque Terre. Consigliatissima!

Non c'è un parcheggio riservato ma comunque nella via parallela o nei dintorni è possibile trovarlo facilmente

Brilliant holiday let 10/10

Holiday let finished to high standard. Thoughtful host had lots of comforts including a stocked real coffee machine which I really appreciate after a long day on bike. Comfy bed. Great communication. Highly recommend and would return. Also pizza place 2 mins walk is really good 👍 👌 😋

El Hospedaje estaba impecable. Hasta el más mínimo detalle para hacerte sentir agasajado. Todo nuevo, limpio. Servicio de limpieza diario, ella un amor. El anfitrión muy amable y atento. Lo vamos a recomendar a amigos y familia!

Idéal pour les 5 terres

Si vous recherchez où loger avec cuisine et SDB privées à la spezia pour 2 personnes et un enfant max 10 ans car petit canapé (ils ont une chambre communicante si vous êtes 4/5) n'hésitez pas !!!!! Beau logement tout neuf avec tout le nécessaire, extrêmement bien situé avec le bus en face pour la gare centrale à 8min/5 arrêts (20min a pied) 15 min pour le port, carrefour à 5min et la cerise sur le gâteau nous avons pu nous garer dans des emplacements libres dans la rue d'à côté !! Propriétaires adorables et comme à l'hôtel, le ménage est fait par leurs soins (leurs photos ne mentent pas) sans oublier toutes les explications sur votre arrivée par WhatsApp très bien fait. Encore merci à vous pour votre accueil, buona fortuna !

Manque de lumière car en RDC mais on est dehors toute la journée et une petite terrasse privée avec table et transats
