Three Nights is Not Enough!

It is easy to say that the mattress was the best we have slept on. It is obvious that the location is close to the train station. Many would admire the decor in the room. But the most outstanding part of the whole experience was "Marina" the hostess!! She was not only friendly, but she bent over backward to make sure we had every possible service that we needed. ~ We'll be back!!

There is really nothing to put in this category, except there is no elevator. (One flight of stairs.) And I'm glad that Booking.com didn't tell me there was no lift, or we would not have had a chance to stay there and meet Marina.

Would be fine for a night

The owner, Marina, was charming, helpful, full of positive energy and gave us excellent recommendations on what to do and where go. The rooms were clean and very well located for public transport options and meals.

In terms of functionality and comfort, the bed was sagging, worn out, and absolutely terrible and caused both of us pain to sleep in it. There were some issues with the lighting/electricity. But main issue was the noise caused by the upstairs residents was completely unacceptable (the rooms are located in a residential building). People banging and yelling randomly until after midnight and then early in the morning meant we were tired, drained and irritable for most of our 3 days in this beautiful part of the world.

Excellent starting point to Cinque Terre with a boat and train

It's a lovely, small but well-organized room. Marina has been a very helpful and supportive host.

There is no elevator; the apartment is on the first floor. Secondly, the historical district makes it hard to (un)load or park a vehicle nearby. I parked the car in the central station garage (for 45 euros for 26 hours).

A comfortable stay with a kind host and great location — perfect for exploring Cinque Terre

We loved the location — very close to both the train station and the city center, which made it perfect for our trip to Cinque Terre. We mainly stayed there to sleep, and it was incredibly convenient. Marina, the host, was absolutely lovely. She waited for us, warmly welcomed us, and took the time to show us everything in the room. She also kindly provided coffee, tea, juice, bottled water, and snacks — such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. We were even able to leave our luggage there after check-out and pick it up later in the afternoon, which was really helpful.

I wish there had been a better view from the window, and an elevator would have been helpful — especially with luggage. But since the room was on the first floor, it wasn’t a big issue.

The room was really big, very well clean and equiped. The street was quiet so no noise at night. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. Location is super close to La Spezia Train Station which is super convenient to visit Cinque Terre

Great room, close to the train station and the pietonal area of the city and the Harbour. The host was very friendly and helpful, talked a lot about what to see and visit, where to have Great Italian food or gelateria artigianale. Had a great time in LA Spezia.

Very nice base station for tour of Cinque Terrell.

Very close to the La Spezia central station. Has a manager in the building during the day time and make the early luggages deposit very smooth. Room is clean, size moderate. Some bread, cookies and water are provided daily.

Need to climb up one floor, which might be tough for some people but stair is wide foe access. No kitchen facility as stated.

Super nice host and perfectly located to visit Cinque Terre

Our host host Marina was super pleasant and helpful, she helped us to find a proper a place to park our car and provided us with plenty of informations and local tips in order to make our stay great. She is native German speaker and her English was good, so for us communication was super easy. The room is sweet and well equipped, there's Nespresso machine and kettle with plenty of capsules, tee choices and snacks. The location is great, central station is just around the corner which is perfect choice for visiting Cinque Terre with a train. There are couple super markets which are also open late, and plenty of restaurant choices nearby (a bit cheaper compared to Cinque Terre with better service).

Nice decorative touches which shows the host's thoughtfulness. Very clean and comfortable too. Tea, coffee and little snacks provided.
