Very large and charming room at a great price.

The rock wall was so charming and the room very large and comfortable for the price.

The bathroom was a bit tiny and outdated, but it didn’t bother us.

Really a nice place to stay if the Internet is fixed

Check-in was very well organized by the host. The apartment is greatly located within 5 min walk from the main touristic streets. Despite the central location, the room was very quiet. The apartment is cozy and clean, very big and really worth the money - for two people it is even a lot, as there are two big double beds on two floors. Small kitchen I also an advantage.

First, it is not easy to find parking - you can shortly park is front of the apartment to unpack, but for long term stay you need to.look for a public parking. The bathroom is a bit old. There is only one tiny garbage bin, which is unclear how to clean. During our stay there was no internet in the whole apartment and the host was unfortunately helpless.

Good

the location is good to be near the train station and the city center. There are several bus stops to move around. The room is big and well decorated. Easy for checkin and checkout.

The room we stayed in is used as laundry room for the apartments, so there are some washing machines that can be in use while guest are out of the room. It is an apartment size but not kitchen or plates to use. Altough there is option for hot water (with an electric boiler machine,) not option to cook or something more complex. Due to the room size it could be good to have some microwave to use , as there is space for it.

Esperienza da non ripetere

L’unica cosa che mi è piaciuta della struttura é la posizione ottima: esci dalla via e ti trovi nel centro storico. Oltretutto eravamo a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione.

Accoglienza pessima. L’host Andrea inesistente e non professionale. Abbiamo chiesto se era possibile ricevere della carta igienica in quanto ci era stato fornito un solo rotolo, e dopo aver visualizzato il messaggio ha risposto solamente 3 ore dopo con un “si” secco. Abbiamo atteso altre ore ma poi più nessun messaggio. Siamo tornati a casa alle 18 passate di sera e carta igienica non ne abbiamo vista. Gli riscrivo per sapere dove era stata messa, e in maniera secca mi ha risposto “Guardate nell’armadio a muro”: un armadio al di fuori della stanza in un passaggio pubblico che non sapevamo nemmeno di poter aprire ( probabilmente era sempre stata lì dalla mattina). Spazi angusti ma non sono questi il problema. Lenzuolo macchiato di sangue, pavimento sporco e mobili un po’ impolverati. Pressione dell’acqua della doccia pari a zero, e oltretutto c’era solo acqua gelida… farsi la doccia era un incubo. Inoltre sul soffitto sopra la doccia c’erano evidenti perdite di acqua che si mostravano con grosse gocce sparse su tutta la superficie. Ti offrono una televisione che non funziona, e non abbiamo nemmeno chiesto di risolvere il problema perché non ne valeva davvero la pena. Al momento del check out l’Host Andrea non si è minimamente fatto sentire per un semplice ringraziamento o saluto come sarebbe usuale fare. Molto poco professionale e non presente. Esperienza da non ripetere…. Ottimo solo per la posizione vicinissima al centro!

Gute Lage- gute Kommunikation

Die Lage ist sehr gut- nah dem Bahnhof und dem Stadtzentrum. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in waren freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir durften etwas länger bleiben, weil mein Sohn krank wurde.

Die Wohnung ist schon etwas düster. Es fehlt ein freier Blick hinaus. Uns fehlte auch eine Kochmöglichkeit und etwas Geschirr, aber es auch vorher klar, dass es diese nicht gibt. Die Temperatur in der Dusche ließ nur schlecht regulieren.

Do głównego dworca kolejowego 300m/przystanków autobusowych 150m. W bliskiej okolicy restauracje/bary/kawiarnie, kilka sklepów - Carefour Express 150m. Wyposażenie zgodne z opisem, wygodne łóżka, czysta pościel, ręczniki, klima, WiFi. Zameldowanie (późne/nocne) bezkontaktowe, instrukcje/kody/hasła na telefon. Płatność App (nie przechodziła)/gotówka.

To niezależne od wynajmującego, ale ponieważ to centrum - trzeba szukać parkingu w okolicy.

La posizione comoda alla stazione

La camera non era pulita bene. Ho trovato capelli di ospiti precedenti. Sono arrivata in camera alle 20 dopo aver trascorso la giornata alle cinque Terre. Ho trovato il phon deformato e privo della griglia di sicurezza anteriore. Il phon funzionava ma non mi sentivo tranquilla ad usarlo. Ho segnalato il problema e mi è stato risposto che alle 20 di sabato sera non poteva esserci soluzione. Ho inviato le foto delle condizioni del phon. Mi è stato subito detto che se il phon funzionava andava bene e che comunque fortunatamente non eravamo in inverno quindi il phon non è Indispensabile. Questa risposta non mi è piaciuta per niente. Se si acquista una camera con la disponibilità di alcuni comfort, l'host deve consentirne la fruizione in qualsiasi giorno e in qualsiasi orario, visto che il cliente paga per tutti i servizi che vengono indicati. Soprattutto se c'è di mezzo la sicurezza. Il bagno è piccolo.

Appartement de 2 chambres avec sdb et toilettes privée qui se trouve dans une impasse au calme et proche de la gare et des restos. linge de maison fournis. le frigo dans la chambre, un évier et machine à café. La chambre pour 4 personnes est avec une mezzanine. le boîtier clé est celui de gauche.

difficulté à me connecter au wifi le fait de devoir payer l’hôte en espèce. pas de stationnement gratuit à proximité, le plus proche que j'ai trouvé était le long du canal

Sehr Zentral gelegen. Aus der Tür eine Minute in der Fußgängerzone und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof. Perfekt

Es gab Unstimmigkeiten mit der Bezahlung. Laut Buchungsunterlagen sollte die erste Nacht von meinem Konto abgebucht werden und die zweite Hälfte in bar bezahlt werden. Vor Ort wollte man von mir das ich die gesamte Summe vor Ort überweise. Zum Schluss haben wir uns so geeinigt dass jemand vorbei gekommen ist dem wir gegen schriftlicher Bescheinigung das komplette Geld geben haben. Da muss auf jedem Fall bei dem Angebot von Booking.com nachgebessert werden.

El baño era algo incómodo, el apartamento no daba mucha sensación de seguridad por la calle en la que se encontraba. Para 4 personas, se quedaba algo pequeño.

OTTIMA POSIZIONE

Ottima posizione, molto vicina alla stazione e quindi comoda, per chi come noi, il giorno successivo era diretto alla Cinque Terre La ragazza che ci ha accolti molto cortese, però cambiate le modalità di pagamento su booking; c'è scritto solo contanti, ma non è così.

Capisco sfruttare al meglio lo spazio, ma davvero seduti sul wc non sai dove mettere le gambe.....e io sono bassa..... Fuori c'erano i lavori di ristrutturazione del palazzo e quindi non era possibile aprire le griglie, fortunatamente siamo rimasti solo a dormire una notte, ma per stare lì qualche ora durante il giorno sarebbe stato veramente claustrofobico.

No es un apartamento, es una habitación con altillo y baño, no tiene nada para poder hacer ni el desayuno, entonces no es un apartamento no? Estan los exteriores en obras y no se puede ni abrir las ventanas. Esta cerca de la estación, pero como todo es zona azul, hay que mover el coche lejos igualmente para coger el tren.

Il bagno scomodissimo e poco funzionale, senza acqua calda il primo giorno e con l'acqua calda a intermittenza nei giorni successivi. Il lavabo nel quale era quasi impossibile lavarsi, col rubinetto che gettava acqua in tutte le direzioni. Anche il bidet aveva un getto d'acqua debole e non consentiva un'igiene adeguata. Water mal posizionato, una volta seduti si finiva con i piedi nella doccia. Stanza praticamente murata, con finestre difficili da aprire, pulizia degli ambienti appena accettabile. Televisore non utilizzabile perché mancava il cavo dell'antenna.
