Great if you don’t want to spend a lot and don’t expect much

Nice location

There were two towels even though we made a reservation for 3, when contacting the personel, she would not help. Insist on a strict period for check in even though no one is here to open the door. The bathroom is shared with the other room and someone was clearing their throat in the shower 🤢

Comfortable stay for a budget.

Our recent stay was comfortable and met all our needs. The room itself was spacious and, most importantly, clean so as the shared bathroom. We were particularly impressed with the modern conveniences provided. The large screen TV with integrated streaming apps was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliably stable throughout our visit, allowing us to stay easily connected. The thoughtful in-room amenities added a lovely touch—we appreciated having a kettle, along with a supply of tea, coffee, and mugs ready for use. Furthermore, the staff provided cleaning services during our stay, which kept the room feeling fresh and tidy. We had a good experience.

The thing to improve a little bit could be the soundproofing and heating for the cold season

Great Cinque Terre option

The check-in was easy with lock box for key collection, photos, and written instructions. Communication was great, via WhatsApp. The location is perfect for Cinque Terre - 5 minutes walk (with minimal incline) to the train station. A bus stop for multiple routes to downtown La Spezia is on the main road, 1 or 2 minutes away. The room was lovely - warm, an extra blanket, spacious, tea/coffee facilities provided, and a mini-fridge too! The shared bathroom was nice - exactly what was needed - extra thought with shampoo sachets and mini soap bars. I would absolutely stay again, if I were to visit the region, and will recommend it to those who do.

2 minor recommendations - a shelf in the shower cubicle (so you can have your products in easy reach) and a lamp for the bedroom (the main light was too bright for relaxing and light off was too sleepy - whereas a lamp would allow a chilled and relaxed mood for first thing in the morning and last thing at night).

Need to detour to check in at another place near town and return to railway station for accommodation. Wasn't told until half a day before checking in.

Perfect for the stay we needed !

Location was great and room was perfect for what we needed.

We got take out one night and wanted to put the rubbish in an outside bin so it didn’t leave a smell in the room but there wasn’t one available. Aside from this minor issue everything else was great

the dishonesty and the tax of stay 5 euros per person when in hotels 3 stars or more is 2 euros max a price for the dog per night at 15 euros when in a normal hotel is at 5 euros! then they cancel my booking 1 hours before my arrival and because I called the customer support of booking they came back to me saying that it was all good! so too much dishonesty with this property. no transparency at all

Okay value

The staff were lovely and friendly for the short time we met them. They were able to accommodate an early check in so we could catch a train, which we appreciated it! Great location for access to train station / Cinque Terre.

For the price, the place was barely up to standards. The socket on the bed wasn’t working, the rack for towels kept coming off the wall, the shower head continuously fell while washing your hair which was very annoying, the door handle getting into the room kept coming off. There is a kettle there, but no tea or coffee. We messaged to ask if we could control the AC but got no reply, the room was cold at night but we couldn’t seem to find a remote to turn on heat. The place was very clean though, but for the price it could be in better condition

There is only one bathroom meaning that the toilet, the shower and the only source of water is in one room. There was almost always a queue. Also, we didn’t really understand why charge 20-30 euros for a check in after 6PM?

Best hostel in town and in Italy!!

One whole room with 3 beds only for one person!! Hot water 24hrs, very big shower, open central heating system, very close to La Spezia centrale, very clean, one cupboard with hunger, one small private refrigerator, very quiet, very comfortable, I can sleep and rest finally! This room is like a 2** Stars 🏨 hotel!! I felt like I am in my house, it is very quiet like an abandoned place.

There is no reception, you have to call somebody to come. But because of the above advantages this is nothing. The girl who came can not speak very well English but she came fast in just 5 minutes when I called. They charge 20 euros after 6p.m and this is a throwback, but if you come early it is ok.

Bad

The owner never showed to bring me the key. I tried every way to get in contact but every call was denied/not answered. Eventually I needed to book another hotel. Heard also from another guest that the key service was bad.

Very good

Location is great, slightly outside the city centre but just a 5 to 10 min walk. Clean and spacious room with clean shared bathroom. The lady who helped with check in is lovely and helpful and made good recommendations. Because there is no reception, the lady made sure she made arrangement for check in :-) Anything more, would need to spend to stay at a 5-star hotel else this accommodation is great!

bad, uncomfortable

I don’t know who is the property but when we arrived I called and the girl said me “you don’t tell me what time you will do the check in, so wait me 20 minutes” I was trying speak with here but she stop the call. I try again call here but every time she said me… wait me and she stop the call. when she arrived she should me the apartment very very quickly and with a bad behavior. when she left the room I call her because de air contusionar it was on and my friend had a cold. so she said me it’s no my problem and stop the call.

The building had a lift. Room was on 3rd floor. 15 min walk to train station.

Shared a bathroom with one other room with two ladies who had more than their share. Shower was cold after my partner had her 4 minute shower. not happy.
