Good enough, could be great with upgrades.

Good location. Clean. Friendly host. Modern

The light coming through the front door and windows woke us up early each morning. Needs to put black out curtains and a curtain over the door. There was no full length mirror in the room only a smaller one in the bathroom. One evening we came home and there was football hooligans setting of smoke cannons, chanting. Setting off fireworks and smashing glass bottles right outside the apartment. It felt pretty unsafe and it stopped but then continued after the match until early hours of the morning keeping us awake once again as there is no cover on the door and you can hear all the noise of the road. The saving grace was the air con on full could block out some of the noise. Not being able to use the garden was strange as the name is secret garden... a little bit misleading. The shower was also falling apart but not sure what was going on there but we got around it lol.

Cómoda habitación a dos pasos del centro y estación central

Habitación muy amplia, decorada con buen gusto, con lo necesario para la estancia. Al lado del centro con supermercados cerca, restaurantes y tiendas. Cerca también del mercado central y a unos 5 minutos andando de la estación de tren.

Lo único menos atrayente es la entrada al lugar, muy estrecha la puerta y pasillo de entrada que comunica con la puerta de atrás de la tienda de quesos y embutidos que queda al lado. Por la noche no está iluminado y yendo sola fue algo que no me gustó, pero bueno, use la linterna del móvil para iluminar el pasillo y subir las escaleras hasta la habitación. Sería algo a tener en cuenta.

Comoda e spaziosa, ideale per visitare le Cinque Terre

Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza molto comoda e spaziosa, perfetta per chi vuole visitare le Cinque Terre grazie alla vicinanza alla stazione. L’accoglienza è stata cordiale e l’ambiente pulito e ordinato. Un’ottima scelta per praticità e comfort.

Abbiamo notato un leggero odore di umido.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja (blisko dworca kolejowego i centrum). Czysto. Ładnie urządzone i przestronne mieszkanie. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Za oknem ogródek.

Po ciemku wchodząc przez furtkę i idąc do drzwi apartamentu warto mieć latarkę( brak lampy). Po przyjeździe mieszkanie wychłodzone. Szkoda że nie można korzystać z ogródka za oknem.

Tutto perfetto!

Stanza super carina e accogliente in una delle vie principali di La Spezia, proprio davanti alla fermata del bus e a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni. La camera si affaccia su un grazioso giardino interno. Francesca, la proprietaria, gentilissima e disponibile a fornirti tutte le info di cui hai bisogno, ci ha anche accolto con un’ottima focaccia ligure di benvenuto. Davvero ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Alloggio super consigliato, in particolare per chi desidera visitare le 5 terre!
