Beautiful spot and so convenient to the beautiful streets at night!

Great location right on the plaza!!!

Parking was a bit difficult. Parked at train station which is only a couple of blocks away. Host super helpful and did offer a space but we had trouble finding it. The streets come alive at night with lights and people!

Would high recommend

As soon as I walked in I was thrilled to see space. The room was large and spacious. I loved the antique furniture and the way the room was set up. I really felt like I was in Italy. The manager was very easy to contact and left me a delicious jar of pesto on my departure. The cleaner came in each day which was great and the bathroom was large with a washing machine. Just a short walk to the train station and directly across from great restaurants and shops.

Lovely stay in la spezia.

Right in the heart of the town. Near the station and walkable to the ferry. No keys needed as all by code which was useful.

Road was a little noisy but can't be helped.

the bed was hard I know that some people appreciate it that way but I didn’t also there many locks on the doors it yes it is easy to pass with password but it felt like I am a prisoner more than a resident as well as small bathrooms area moreover there was many valuable antiques that give adults a since of luxury but if you have kids or irresponsible people along with you should be cautious

I understood I was going to a hotel, especially for the cost €235 per night No reception or person to meet on arrival No lift- had to take luggage up 3 flights of stairs and have an existing back injury Could hear everything in both adjoining rooms Room had double bed and also a bunk bed - which crowded the space On check out, did leave luggage in a container at the back of a carpark….. lock was broken and didnt feel safe. As my flight wasnt until 21.45, I didnt have much options This is advertised as a Glam Resort but is similar to a B& B Didn’t meet 1 person from Glam Resort during my stay, which was poor given the cost. I have a lot of experience of traveling, and the advertising for accommodation is misleading

Great location close to main restaurant area and train station. Room was spacious and comfortable -Sandra was very helpful (communication by what’s app)

First of all we did not stay in the location or room we booked - we were contacted by Sandra via WhatsApp and directed to a nearby location which while nice was inferior to what we booked. We were informed that the appt we booked was not available although we had booked it that day on booking.com

The hotel has a great location, it's right between the central Station and center city... the host was amazing in giving all details for easy check in and helping out with doubts. The breakfast was the best on our whole trip through Italy. If I'm ever back in the area and I definitely will be back, I'll stay there again:)

The room is large and clean. This place is close to the railway station, if you like to take the train, it is very convenient to get to the Cinque Terre

The hotel address is not the place they published on booking.com. The place on the booking.com is very easy to find, which is a big and nice building. However, it is not the hotel we stayed. The real place is inside of another building.

The staff was really nice and helpful! They let us do an earlier check-in and even a late check out for free. The room was really clean and the bed supercomfortable. The location is also ideal as it is 4 mins walk to the station, so perfect for exploring Cinque Terre!

Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Cinque Terre.

Clean and good rooms within all you need. 2 minutes to the station of la spezia, from where you can escape to the Cinque Terre. 1 Minute to the City with many of restaurants and Coffee Bistros. In 15 minutes you are at the harbour to make shipping tours around and to the Cinque Terre area. The position of the rooms are very good.

The breakfast is very simple and only things with much of sugar. You have the option to go to a italian Cafe to have breakfast. But only one Croissant and one Coffee. That is not what i think about " Breakfast included " and not enough to say breakfast. The option breakfast has much of capacity to become better. If they will change to better breakfast, not only sweet Cookies, better some good ciabatta or bread, it will be a very good accomodation in La Spezia.

Great apartment. Looks to be a network of different apartments. Contact only by sms (Whats App), but very helpful and clear. Great breakfast in the room with small coffee machine. Perfect localization close to the railway to take train to Cinque Terre.

I like everything in the room, very clean and well kept especially the everyday housekeeping. Spotless! Great Staff. They will take of the guest including answering any calls 24/7. I’ll recommend this place to everyone!!! Thanks a lot for the great accommodation.

朝食は近くのBARでブリオッシュとオレンジジュース、かフェかカプチーノです。BARの店員さんがとても明るく親切で良かったです。

ダブルベット1だいとシングルベッド1台とありますが、シングルベッドは鏡のしたのソファを自分で開け整える必要がありました。チェックインは全てメールで通知され一切顔を合わせる事はありませんでした。宿泊先のスタッフとコミュニケーションが取りづらく感じました。

השם היה ריזורט וזה מעלה צפיה. זה לא מלון ולא ריזורט . זו דירה בבנין עתיק עם מעלית מלפני עשרות שנים. קטנה וממצוקמקת. הדירה לא היתה נקיה. על הכסא היו פרורים מעוגיות של אורחים. ושיער על הכרית. בבוקר לא היו מים חמים..ארוחת בוקר לא היתה ממש רק כוס מיץ קפה וקרואסון אחד. מה שרצינו יותר שילמנו. היה רעש נוראי שהפריע לישון.

Hôtel au top pour faire les 5 terres en train!!!

Très jolie déco, super bien placé! Très facile pour se garer et prendre le petit dej tout est très bien organisé à distance ….

Dommage que l’accueil au café du coin ne soit vraiment pas terrible et le petit dej très très juste.

Camera accogliente,pulita ,comodissima e silenziosa,che in pieno centro,non è da tutti !essendo vicinissima alla stazione di La Spezia ,le 5 terre sono prticamemte dietro l angolo!ma la cosa che più mi ha colpito è stata la professionalità e disponibilità della ns referente Delia che ci ha inviato tantissimi link utili e consigliato ottimi ristoranti !consigliatissimo!spero di trovare disponibilità qualora tornassi in città !Grazie di cuore

Bon séjour

La chambre est agréable avec l'équipement nécessaire (cafetière, télé, sèche-cheveux). L'emplacement est très bien car à côté de restaurants, boutiques et à 5min de la gare pour visiter les Cinque Terre. Un parking gratuit est situé à 15min à pied et toujours mieux que de payer les 20euros pour une place de parking à la journée.

La chambre etait situé côté rue donc très bruyante. Et le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre est vraiment bas de gamme. Il faut aller dans un café à côté où le personnel est moyement sympathique et te propose une boisson chaude (plutôt bonne), un croissant plutôt bon quand il ne te mette pas un croissant de la veille, et un jus d'orange très mauvais. Donc ça dépanne mais quel dommage de proposer ce petit-déjeuner quand il y a un si mauvais service.
