One day stay in La Spezia

The room was in a great and central location close to the market, restaurants and the train station. The stay was comfortable and the host also greeted and waited for us for the check in.. It is recommended

A lovely place to stay

Room is in a lovely old building - close to the train station, cafes, supermarkets and shops. Spacious, spotlessly clean with lots of thoughtful touches to make your stay comfortable. Greeted in person and given lots of information about the local area

Nice place, very convienite to the train stations to visit the Cinque Terre.

Location was very good. Owner was very nice and let us check in early as the rooms were empty. It was close to one of the best pizza places I have ever had. Pizzeria Masaniello.

There could have been a chair in the room. The Refrigerator did NOT get cold after two days. Was about 55 degrees. No Microwave or utensils. Neither of our booked studio apartments had a working fridge, or microwave!

Great location, charming historical building, and wonderful host

A very spacious room with high soaring ceilings, located a short walk away from the La Spezia central station, and within walking distance of many attractions. Located in an old building, but with modern amenities to make the stay comfortable and cosy. The host, Vilma, was very warm and attentive (going above and beyond in helping us get back into our room when we accidentally left our keys inside), as well as giving plenty of tips on sightseeing and how to get around, and providing a lovely welcome pack for our stay. I would love to stay here again when I revisit La Spezia and Cinque Terre!

Amazing location only a very short walk to La Spezia Centrale making travel to the cinque Terre very convenient. Vilma and Sergio were wonderful hosts. Very happy to be contacted for any questions we had and offered great tips on places to visit/eat etc.

Of course it’s personal preference for each individual but the mattress was not particularly to my taste. But this was not an issue and would definitely still stay again

If you want to explore Cinque Terre stay here! Close to train station to see the towns and surrounded by heaps of restaurants and cafes. The room was beautiful and had aircon great to escape the summer heat

I couldn’t ask for a better place and host. Wilma is really helpful and gave us a lot of information about the area around. The room is very clean and always tidy when were back from our walks. Very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Highly recommended for the place!!

Nothing negative about the place 🤗 only limited access if you are arriving by car and with a lot of luggage was like us 😂

Fabulous modern clean comfortable apartment.

The apartment is within easy walking distance from the train station approx 5mins. It is within a large building on the second floor, there is an elevator, it is so cool when you step inside from the heat, Vilma met us early and allowed us to check in , her husband very kindly helped us with our luggage, the red room was beautiful very large with very high ceiling which meant the room stayed cool, everything was within easy walking distance, there was a cafe just outside and many many restaurants on the same street with many shops also close, it was only a short walk to the ferry port which we took out to PortoVerner which is fabulous. The bathroom is very spacious modern and spotless clean. There is a small fridge and a small kettle in the room and the beds are very, very comfortable. Vilma was extremely helpful and a very friendly lady and advised us on restaurants etc. We visited the Chinque Terre from here. Just a few minutes to the towns by train. I can definitely recommend this property.

Beautifully fitted out room close to the train station and restaurants and shopping. Easy 15-20 minute walk to the Cinque Terre ferry. Our host provided lots of information about the area. Very helpful.

Affittacamere Angel 2 Review

Good location and nice room. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Building was undergoing work so we were not able to open the window at all during our stay. Room felt small and enclosed because of this. Fridge barely got cold so drinks were not cold either. Shower is small.

Charming stay in La Spezia

the property is well located, short walk from train station, and the room charming. I had the balcony overlooking very active plaza in evening. bathroom and shower were good. Vilma, though not on the property, is almost immediate on messaging. The Gold Room, is just as the photo shows.

I prefer a harder mattress. if you are bothered my noise, which I am not, the balcony room is not for you.

Everything! The place is just amazing. We were in the Red room and was brilliant. Plenty of space, spotless, comfortable, just amazing. The location is perfect, so close from Train station. Also Vilma's attention was lovely. You must stay here if you're going to La Spezia

Great location near the train station and plenty of restaurants. There's also free parking on Piazza D'Armi, 1 km away. The room is spacious and comfortable. There's also a mini fridge. Overall a great deal.

Some things about the bathroom could be improved: shower drain was a bit clogged, and it would've been better to have a hook for the hand towel.

It was In the very center, 2 minute walk from the train station, Many restaurants around. That was amazing! The staff were so awesome and very good communicating thank you so much for that. Check in was easy, And we were able to check in 2 hours before actual time.

we have 2 kids so at night time when it was time for bed, it was a bit loud. Cars and bikes were the only issue. The bathroom drain was a bit clogged up but that’s fixable, the fridge took a long time to get everything inside cold, I think a microwave would’ve been perfect because we have a small child and we needed to warm up milk at times.

La atención por parte de Vilma fue maravillosa. Nos dio consejos para visitar la zona y comer de calidad a buen precio. Siempre estaba atenta a cualquier petición o pregunta que tuviéramos y no tuvo ningún problema es solventarlas todas. La habitación es preciosa y está ubicada en un edifico increíble. Todo muy tranquilo, limpio y cómodo. Ojalá volver pronto a La Spezia para encontrarnos de nuevo!

Escale pour les Cinque Terres réussie

L'emplacement top à cote de la gare à quelques minutes à pied du port et au début de la rue animée de La Spezia. Parking de la gare a 10 min à pied chère ! Mais facile d'accès. Le style très joli.

Le manque de porte serviette et la literie pas top sinon logement spacieux.
