Easy to reach, safe parking nearby, exceptional room and staff

Perfect location to visit cinque terre by train or boat. Directly on the road that becomes the pedestrian area closer to the Harbour. The city of La spezia can be perfectly visited by foot. The staff is super friendly, check in and check out is super easy. We forgot a jacket, which will be send to us via post. Parking in darmi park is recommended, 15 minutes by foot! Make sure to activate the 1 or 2 day option at the payment automat directly after parking (5 euro per day). You can leave an reenter the parking space with the ticket multiple times. Total recommendation!

Good experience at Tre Vele!

Elena was really nice and predisposed. The room was clean and in good conditions, there was tea and coffe offered on the desk. There was a mini-fridge and shampoo and body lotion on the bathroom (that not all places offer). The location is really good as it is at a walking-distance from the train station but also from the city center. I would definitely come back for a short trip!

Even if it's only on the second floor, there's no elevator and that's something to consider. There was not a lot of room for big luggage or a wardrobe, but for a couple days stay I think is still a good option.

La Spezia e le Cinque Terre

Ho soggiornato 5 notti in questa struttura. Praticamente un appartamento condiviso ma senza una zona in comune, a parte l'ingresso, ma con stanze ad uso personale con bagno privato. La camera discretamente ampia con tavolino munito di bollitore e macchina da caffè con tisane e cialde in dotazione e un piccolo frigo, molto utile, soprattutto in estate. Il bagno molto grande, pulito, e dotato di doccia. È ubicato molto vicino alla stazione dei treni, circa 5 minuti a piedi, quindi super comodo per spostarsi a visitare le Cinque Terre. Dal centro invece, diciamo che la distanza è circa di 15/20 minuti, anche se subito dopo la stazione, si trova praticamente l'inizio della zona pedonale. Ottima soluzione per spostarsi appunto in treno e un po' più economico rispetto alle strutture dei paesi delle Cinque Terre. Consigliato!

Forse un po' carente per quanto riguarda il guardaroba, nel senso che non c'è un armadio, ma solo una scaffalatura aperta a ripiani.

Prime location on a budget

A Elena foi super preocupada e atenciosa. Localização espectacular, perto da estação central de La Spezia, com todos os serviços necessários muito próximos: supermercados, lavandaria, padaria, tabacaria. Boa àrea de quarto e bom isolamento do som, dada a proximidade aos comboios. Boa limpeza, quarto equipado com mini frigorífico, chaleira e cafeteira. Troca de toalhas essencial dado o número do dias que ficamos.

A porta do prédio estava avariada e, por isso, constantemente aberta, apesar disso não ter sido um problema.

Чисто. Свежий ремонт. Большая удобная ванная

расположение объекта не соответствует указанному. Карта показывет, что апартаменты находятся в 300 метрах от вокзала по направлению к центру города и рядом пешеходные улицы с магазинами и ресторанами. На самом деле расоложение объекта значительно хуже заявленного. Он находится в 300метрах в противоположную от центра сторону на пересечении железнодорожного моста и оживленной магистрали с соответствующим уровнем шума.Окна выходят непосредственно на железную дорогу..Реальное расположение посылается за 1 час до заезда . Открыть окно невозможно. Даже с закрытым окном слышен шум. Выдаются беруши

Tout était magnifique, Merci a Clara qui m'a récupéré de la gare à 23h30 pour un check in tardif! La chambre est propre, appartement tres beau! Y avait des voisins a côté mais j'entendais rien du tt ! Immeuble bien située a cote du centre et de la gare ce qui facilite les deplacements notamment pour se rendre aux 5 terres! N'hesitez pas vraiment surtt si vous etes solo traveler!!

Soggiorno perfetto a La Spezia

Soggiorno piacevole, la signora Elena è stata gentilissima e molto accogliente. La camera era pulita, ordinata e confortevole. Ottima posizione, a due passi dalla stazione dei treni. Consigliatissimo!

la signora è davvero molto gentile e disponibile, la struttura è a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale e dal centro. facilmente raggiungibile anche con i bus . lo consiglio a chi vuole rilassarsi, un soggiorno davvero piacevole
