Location was the most exceptional we have ever encountered. You walk out the Train station & there was Alessandro Greeting is to walk us to our rooms across the street. Perfect for cleanliness, style and modern beauty. Alessandro and his sister Giulia recommended a phenomenal restaurant called La Nuova Spezia. So special we went back! They treated us like Queens and Kings.

Giulia and her brother were very sweet. They contacted us beforehand and were prepared for our late arrival. They had a chilled bottle of prosecco for us and the rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Perfect location. Right across the road from La Spezia train station but incredibly quiet. Did not hear any trains or street noise. Excellent base to use to explore La Spezia but also Cinque Terra - The Best way to get to Cinque Terra towns and hiking is by train - right across the road. The room was perfectly clean, looked brand new and had all amenities we needed. It’s also close to lots of shops and restaurants, even a cafe just on the nearby corner. . Giulia and her brother met us on time as arranged to checkin and were lovely and friendly to deal with. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly and would definitely stay there again.
