Just regular apartment

In any case, the accommodation is good, convenient in terms of location both for visiting Cinque Terre and the center of La Spezia, and it was also very simple and clear how to find the apartment and collect the keys.

The accommodation is okay for an overnight stay if you spend the whole day outside the apartment, although there are a couple of things that really mattered to us and could be improved. We stayed three nights and only got two paper cups for coffee, which we then had to somehow wash and reuse for the other two days. You can probably imagine that they can’t really be cleaned properly, and cardboard isn’t exactly the best material for washing 😂 I don’t think it would be a big investment to provide two regular porcelain cups and two glass glasses instead of paper ones. Also, the Bluetooth lock doesn’t work very well because it often loses connection, so you have to try several times. My boyfriend and I even turned it into a guessing game each time we came back to the apartment, betting on how many tries it would take to open the door.

A goo spot for a weekend stay

Great location by the station, and 5 min walk into main town, 10 to the harbour. Very clean, modern room with new facilities. Gianluca was very helpful with check in and responses to messages

Die Lage ist sehr gut

Die Aussicht in den verschmutzten Hinterhof und die Mückenstiche. Zudem ist der Eintritt ins Zimmer ungefähr so schwer wie bei einer Grabkammer in einer Pyramide.

Encargado/ anfitrión Hostil.

Llegamos dentro del horario de check-in (publicado entre 15:00 y 22:00) y seguimos las indicaciones enviadas, pero por mala conexión no pudimos ver completo el video de acceso. Al tocar el timbre, (como indica el primer paso en el video) el encargado le gritó a mi pareja y cortó la comunicación. Al llamarlo para pedir ayuda, siguió gritándome y no me permitió explicar la situación. Nos sentimos incómodos, nada bienvenidos y sin disposición alguna para ayudar, pese a que en la descripción indican que se puede contactar para resolver dudas. Nuestra estadía en la spezia fue arruinada por el maltrato y los gritos recibidos, dificultando nuestro descanso y poder disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones. No volvería a este lugar y tampoco lo recomiendo. Adjunto imágenes de lo comentado.

Ótima localização!

A acomodação no Old Station é perfeita para quem quer passear em Cinque Terre pois está ao lado da estação e isso facilita muito o deslocamento. Além disso, também tem opções de mercado e restaurantes próximos. Há uma máquina de café e um frigobar também que são muito úteis. Recomendo bastante!

Como me hospedei apenas por um fim de semana, não tenho nada a reclamar.
