Very clean, comfortable room. Ms Stefani was very warm and explained everything we wanted. She provided us with cards for every person for breakfast. We took breakfast from a shop in the other side of the road just near the room, coffee, panini and orange juice. The location was perfect, 100m from the train station and near the Piazza Garibaldi.

It was comfortable, beautiful and met all of her needs!!
There were a lot of keys and different doors to go through to get to the room!
It was easy to navigate though.

The room was nice, recently updated by an artist who painted it very nicely. The room was in very good condition. The owner was very nice and helpful
The entryway and inside lower floors and stairs leading to the room were very unappealing and some dangerous, as the motion sensor for the light didn't always come on or if it did, it would shut off when we were in the middle of climbing the stairs, we needed to bring flashlight to see the way.
