Great place

Great location in the city was 2 minutes from the train station. They use a cute little restaurant just down the road great place for breakfast ( great chocolate croissants). Room was very comfortable and had air conditioning which in itself is fantastic as well as a small fridge.

Stefania’s attention to details and quick response made our stay comfortable.

Great location, less than a 5 minute walk from La Spezia Station. It was the perfect place to visit Cinque Terre. The pictures match the descriptions. The bed was comfortable. The A/C was a welcome break from the summer heat. Stefania thought of all the small details to make our stay pleasant.

Very good option to stay

Very nice place and staff. We arrive sooner than check in time, but they managed to have the room ready by that time. The building it's just a block from the train station and two or three blocks from streets full of restaurants and bars.

Nice and comfortable

Conveniently located Near to train station and to the town centre. The property is clean and bed was comfortable. The host Stefania is very accommodating and communicates well. Bed is very comfortable and has a small fridge, tea and coffee corner.

Location near the railway station and city centre. It was clean and had everything I needed

I was not aware that there would not be someone there to meet me when I arrived. It was difficult to understand the instructions over the phone when I was standing in a busy and noisy street. I found that very stressful.

The room was super cute and clean, but the attention we had from Stefania was priceless. She actually drew us a path on the map of La Spezia and told us the best way to see Cinque Terre. My daughter and I wish we would have had another night to explore and stay in this cute room.

amazing. stephania has done such an incredible job of decorating the rooms to make you feel at home on your stay. the interior was gorgeous. the shower was the best we had in Italy!

i didn’t read the fine print and parking had to be booked in advance - we ended up paying to park in the station overnight.

Exquisite sea themed room with every comfort and perfect location

Exquisite sea themed room, equipped with every comfort and attention to the detail, just in front of the station where to access 5 terre. The window isolate every noise from the street. Communication was excellent and the host very kind. The decoration of the room in a under the sea setting is cheerful and relaxing

Very pleasant stay at Affittacamere La Risacca

The host is very kind, ready to answer any question and provide information about the area (transportation, how to get to, etc). The room is very nice, unique design, spacious and clean. The location is great, 5 mins walk from the train station, 10 mins walk to a bus station to Portovenere. We were allowed to keep the key for lobby for late check out, to pick up our suitcases.

Great choice to explore the area

Super close to the train station, which is very convenient as a base to visit Cinque-terre. The keys were ready in a keybox when we arrived. The room is nicely decorated, simulating being at the bottom of the sea. We found it very clean and there was coffee, tea and pastries. There is additional breakfast included (coffee, bakery & juice) located in a coffee shop in front of the apartment. The heating was working well. Our host was very communicative and helpful, giving some details to make the most of our stay. We enjoyed reading the guest book!

Just to mention something, the water pump in the toilet made some weird noises from time to time

We came to La Spezia to visit Cinque Terre. The location was great - it was a 4min walk to the train station. Even though some people complained about the breakfast - for our needs it was good enough (it was in the cafe vis a vis the apartment). And, what is very important, Stefania was a really great host, who provided us with all the information we needed. It was a really good stay :)

Stefania is a very nice host, the rooms are pretty, nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast is served in the nearby café, very tasty (pastry, coffee and juice). The location is few steps from the main train station and few minutes walk from the seaside.

The place was really clean. From outside the building is nothing special, but I take cleanliness over it for sure. Room was nice. Don’t have anything bad to say really. Breakfast is across the street, very fast and pleasant service. Not really a breakfast though in Nordic terms. They serve one bun/brioche and drinks. We bought a panini (cost 4 euros) on top.

Amplitud de la habitación y el baño, limpio, y con sábanas y toallas de calidad. Tranquilo, pero tuvimos la habitación de atrás.

Según el anuncio se ofrece un desayuno en el alojamiento, o así se entiende, pero realmente es en una cafetería cercana, bebida, pasta y zumito, pero tuvimos que esperar más de 15m, a qué nos atendieran, había mucha cola, y es un lugar muy pequeño, y otras personas con tickets se iban "colando"para coger mesa, y al final tuvimos que tomarlo fuera, en una terraza y hacia frío.

Samozameldowanie bez problemu. Właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Pokój czysty, dobre włoskie śniadanie serwowane po drugiej stronie ulicy w cafeterii Znakomita miejscówka do zwiedzania Cinque Terre (pokój znajduje się przy samym dworcu kolejowym). Parking darmowy 12 minut spacerem, obok obiektach sportowych (przy porcie). Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości.

Perfekt boende nära tågstationen

Boendet passade oss perfekt eftersom det ligger väldigt nära stationen och underlättar alla resor till övriga orter på Cinque Terre. Finns te och kaffe på rummet. Supertrevliga Stefania (värdinnan) gav tips på andra sevärdheter. Bra beskrivning av läget mm kom på Whats up. Bra luftkonditionering. Nära till frukoststället.

Lite lyhört till grannarna. Frukosten är enbart /te/ juice och croissant, men går att köpa till en focaccia med ost o grönsaker för 2 Euro.

A Stefania foi extremamente receptiviva conosco, inclusive nos ajudando em relação a outros pontos a explorar na região. O quarto sempre limpo e bem cuidado, e o tamanho do tb agradou bastante. As janelas são vedadas, portanto não havia ruídos da rua. E a localização é ótima, muito próximo ao trem!

Em alguns momentos, é possivel ouvir barulho do outro quarto, mas nada que atrapalhasse.
