Great location, clean room , smooth check-in, but noisy nights and limited lift access.

The property’s location was fantastic, right in the heart of La Spezia, with easy access to the train station and plenty of restaurants and cafes just a stone’s throw away. We arrived early and spent some time exploring the town while waiting for check-in instructions. True to their word, we received a WhatsApp message at exactly 3 PM with clear directions on how to collect the keys. The entry process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was comfortable and well-equipped for a holiday stay. The balcony was a lovely touch, offering a pleasant view of the lively streets below. The bathroom was compact but functional, and the shower worked well. Overall, the property had everything we needed for a short, enjoyable stay in a very convenient location. The neutral rating for staff experience is owing to the fact that i haven't met any of the staff throughout the process and communication was via booking.com and initial check-in instruction via WhatsApp

While the room was generally comfortable, it would have benefited from air conditioning. Even in late October, it was warm enough that we had to keep the balcony doors open for ventilation. Unfortunately, this let in quite a bit of street noise, shops and bars stayed open past midnight, and each night we were disturbed by loud conversations, occasional arguments, and general noise from the nearby square until around 1 a.m., after which it finally quieted down. Another point to note: the lift only operates upwards and requires a key, which works from the ground to the second floor but not in reverse. This could pose a challenge for guests with mobility issues who may need assistance descending.

Fair price for a short stay

Location is really practical - close to the train station and the center of the city, no stairs in the way. The room was also pleasant in general, it looks like the pictures and it's kind of new.

The check-in experience was awful due to the staff’s lack of organization. We almost ended up without a room because they got confused. Also, the room is right above the restaurants, which gives the building a really bad smell of fried food and makes it quite noisy.

Great spot to access Cinque Terre. Room wasn’t huge but suited us just fine as we were out most of the day. Although, right above the town - noise was never an issue. Would recommend. A great option for $$.

So hard and tiring to check-in. Ac didn’t work and staff unreachable. It was super hot and noisy since we had to open the windows for air. Unnecessary design for the bed got me wounded.

The approach. Too many keys to get inside the property. The keys for the lift takes a lot of time to operate. The owner didn’t respond when asked for WiFi. There’s no free WiFi, please note. The building is not nice. There’s no light in the stairs. It’s very dark and dingy.

駅から近く便利であった。部屋も静かで快適。シャワールームも広くて使いやすかった。スタッフも親切でフレンドリーだった。リピートもありだと思う。

貴重品用の金庫の扉が閉まったまま開かない状態で使用できなかった。前の宿泊者が閉めたのかどうか不明。特に不便は感じなかったが使えると良かったと思う。エアコンが使用できない状態になった。（2日目にネットで調べたところ電気的なショートを起こしているのではないかと思われたが、それほど寒くなかったのでこちらも特に問題なかった。

Чудове розташування апартаментів—5 хв пішки до залізничного вокзалу, 10 хв до центру міста, 3 хв до супермаркету. Приватна парковка всередині комплексу, хороший сніданок, дуже ввічливий персонал і великі, чисті апартаменти з усіма зручностями. Є можливість на кухні приготувати вечерю. Дякуємо за гостинність і надання всіх умов.

Il punto a favore va alla pulizia e all’ordine interno della camera. Poi considero la struttura una posizione strategica perché vicina alla Stazione Ferroviaria e al Centro di La Spezia.

Il personale del tutto assente ma presente solo su Whatsapp quindi virtualmente e la cosa quindi non è di gradimento. La stanza completamente fredda e il riscaldamento era presente solo in bagno. Altro punto a sfavore è determinato dal fatto che la signora proprietaria ha ben pensato di chattare su whatsapp e indicare solo le chiavi di accesso alla struttura e puntualizzare sul check out quando invece ancora eravamo arrivati al primo giorno. La presenza è stata solo della signora delle pulizie del resto la proprietaria completamente assente sia al check in che al check out.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte zu dritt im Familienzimmer. Das Hotel befindet sich laut Google Maps an einer anderen Stelle wie es tatsächlich ist, wir konnten erstmal 10 Minuten suchen. 🔴 Das Zimmer war im 2 Stock, Aufzug funktionierte bei uns trotz Schlüssel nicht. 🔴 Wir haben nie eine Mitarbeiterin gesehen, in meinen Augen darf sich das nicht Hotel nennen. 🔴 Betten sind unbequem, die Zimmer klein und eng. 🔴 Auf den Bildern sind alles viel freundlicher aus aber inzwischen ist alles runtergekommen. 🔴 WLAN ist schlecht und man lässt es am besten aus. Die Zimmer werden „gereinigt“, Betten gemacht, Müll geleert, etwas aufgeräumt. 🔴 Wir konnten nicht ins Hotel, bevor wir das Geld für den Late Check-In bezahlt haben, geht gar nicht. Bitte vermeiden Sie dieses Hotel und suchen Sie sich ein anderes.

Buona camera in ottima posizione

Posizione ottima. A due passi dalla stazione, dal centro e comoda per raggiungere gli imbarchi. Camera pulita e in ordine. Letto abbastanza comodo. Personale disponibile.

Interno del palazzo sicuramente da rivedere, all'ingresso nel sottoscala c'era un deposito di qualcosa che emanava cattivo odore. Struttura non adatta ai disabili poiché per accedere all'ascensore è necessario fare alcuni scalini. Per quanto riguarda la camera rivedrei un po' la cura dei dettagli (all'arrivo, in bagno le asciugamani non erano sufficienti per due persone ed era presente solo un rotolo di carta già abbondantemente usato, problemi risolti chiedendo alla signora delle pulizie di integrare il necessario il giorno successivo). Il bagno è piccolo e tra il WC e il lavandino c'è poco spazio per le gambe. Geniale l'idea di trasformare parte della finestra del bagno in specchio (anche se non l'ho aperta per controllare se la privacy fosse mantenuta...mi sono fidato). La finestra della camera è sulla via principale e sotto ci sono due locali abbastanza frequentati pertanto non può restare aperta per via del rumore, ma con la finestra chiusa e l'aria condizionata accesa il rumore è praticamente impercettibile e si riesce a dormire tranquillamente. Opinabile la scelta di far pagare un supplemento per il check-in dopo le 20.

Logement hyper calme et confortable àproximité de la gare

La proximité avec la gare !! Et la localisation tout court hyper central avec plein de restaurants au pied de l'immeuble. Voyage familial donc logement numéro 3 composé de deux chambres, chacune avec une literie très très confortable. La chambre enfant donnait sur une arrière-cour très calme et même celle des adultes était extrêmement calme en donnant sur une rue passante. J'ai apprécié la bouilloire, les tasses , les sachets de thé et le frigo à disposition.

Peut-être juste noter tout le checking s'effectue dans un autre endroit à proximité des chambres et le personnel est à la limite du serviable.. une fois la clé récupérée le logement est chouette

Struttura semplice, ma comodissima per visitare la zona. A 5 minuti dalla stazione. La camera era semplice, ma pulita! Nonostante sia nella via centrale , chiuse le finestre non si sentiva nulla!

L’unico neo, ma questo non dipende dalla struttura, è l’odore di cucina che si sente nelle scale del palazzo.

Ideale Unterkunft für Cinque Terre und Pisa zu besuchen.

Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber ausreichend. Das Einchecken funktionierte sehr gut. Sehr hilfreich war das nahe gelegenes Depot für den Koffer, da wir früher mit dem Zug ankamen und den Koffer nicht stundenlang mit uns durch die Stadt tragen wollten. Die Cinque Terre Dörfer sind leicht und schnell mit dem Zug zu erreichen, Tipp - sehr früh losfahren, da sind noch weniger Menschen unterwegs. Wir machten auch einen Tagesausflug nach Pisa, was mit einer dreiviertel Stunde Fahrtzeit mit dem Zug gut erreichbar und sehenswert ist. Ein Ausflug mit dem Bus nach Portovenere ist empfehlenswert.

Lüften ist nicht ganz zu empfehlen wenn die Pizzaria geöffnet hat, wegen dem Geruch.

Das Checkin wurde zeitlich verschoben und ich bekam die Anweisung, vorher an 3 verschiedenen Adressen in der Stadt vorbeizugehen. Eine davon eine Hinterhof Garage, die geschlossen ist. Betreiber reagiert nicht auf Anrufe. Unter dreckig und heruntergekommen.
