Very central, clean, We had 2 rooms connected, private bath room, with air conditioning. very close to the train station and the historical center. Staff was very friendly. Checkin very easy.

Jolie chambre, avec des toilettes privatives, et une machine à laver (qui est indispensable après une journée de plage).
Un balcon avec une vue imprenable sur la ville.
A 5min à pied de la gare Spezia Centrale.

Very close to the train station (5 min), close to the city center, port area and parking station, and very important: daily cleaning.
Some street noise during the day but it's normal when you choose the city center, for us the location of the apartment was more important.
