The only thing which I found problematic was the working of air conditioner. We put it on hot regime and actually it did the work but unfortunately somehow the person behind of it only got cold weather and the other part of the room got the hot weather.

Very good accommodation

Excellent accommodation with a perfect location. The beds and the entire room were very comfortable.

The only point that could be improved is the daily cleaning of the bathroom, as no one came during our stay to take care of it. Apart from that, everything was perfect — I would definitely return and highly recommend this place.

Perfect stay for visiting Cinque Terre

Just 5 minute walk from station, can leave luggage if arrive early, nearby restaurants closing late so can still grab some food after a long day at cinque terre. Room is spacious and clean.

Very accommodating, clean, comfortable!

We stayed here to visit La Spezia and Cinque Terre. The room is in a great location; just a block away from the center of the town. Close to plenty of places to eat, a few grocery stores, and shops. About a ten minute walk to/from the train station - perfect for our plans to visit Cinque Terre. The host was extremely accommodating! We were able to check in a bit early which was very helpful after a long day of travel. We needed a code to get the keys to enter the building and the door to the apartments. There are two flights of stairs to the rooms. There is a lift, but it doesn’t stop on the first floor where the rooms are located. We booked the room with a private bathroom and balcony. Inside the room, there is a door to separate the bedroom from the hall/ bathroom which was nice to dampen noise in the hallway outside the room. There wasn’t much noise from the hall at all - just coming/going from the other two rooms. The room was comfortable, we were able to wash some of our clothes and hang them out on the balcony to dry. Fresh towels, coffee and biscuits were provided in the room. We were allowed to leave our luggage for a few hours when we checked out so we could do a few more things around town before leaving. Check out time (10:00 am) is very prompt as the property is fairly popular :)

Central to La Spezia and good value

Good location - Very central, close to train and close to shops and restaurants just around the corner. Very good black out curtains. Quite impressive sound proofing for how noisy it is outside. Was quite quiet. Internet was fast. Good water pressure and nice shower. Owners are very friendly and are helpful. Easy to contact via what's app or booking dot com. FYI - To get in, use the lockbox outside the building with the code the owners provide. THEN enter into the common room with the outside keys to find your specific key card to your specific room and keys to building. THEN return the OTHER keys from the outside lockbox back after and then keep your room card + key until you check out. Was a little confusing from text message but then figured it out.

Beds are a bit small if you are over 6ft tall. Also not the most comfortable but I am being picky.

Perfect accommodation and lovely host.

We loved the decor and the fact that it was so close to the station. We were able to leave our bags when we arrived early allowing us to explore the Cinque Terre. The host was very warm and friendly. Excellent value for money.

Very nice for a short stay in La Spezia

Very clean and staff was very nice and prompt with communication.

The bathroom was nice, but had to go across the hall to get to it. Not a huge deal, just not as convenient as it being located within my room.

Only downfall is that there’s no lift to the room which is located on first floor. It was ok for us but it could be a problem for some.

We recommend to stay here

The apartment is in a nice area. Close to the city centre and the best close to the train station. It was an easy check in. Inside the flat there are three rented appartments. Two has 1 room, one has 2 rooms. We took 2 rooms and 1 room. All were fine, sound proof is good. Each room has its own table, fridge, kettle. And they have provided us with cookies, small cakes, coffee, tea.

No persons on the site. So you need to check in by yourself, but thats not a problem. Parking is free only on Sunday. The closest free parking is around 8min walk. But its close. No shareded kitchen. We wanted to make some breakfast, so we had to do it on our small tables and we had to buy our own plastic plates.

The location was perfect. Very short walk from La Spezia train station and the centre of town. The rooms were very clean and we were allowed to check in early. Everything was very well maintained and the linen and towels were fresh and crisp.

The room was spacious, multiple beds, tv, wifi, coffee and snacks for breakfast and the staff were very nice and helpful. They also clean the room every day. We had a very chill and beautiful vacation, thank you and i highly recommend Titi Rooms

Titi Rooms

The location is central to all amenities shops bars restaurants etc The train station is a 10 minute walk.The apartment is clean airy and comfortable and comes with air conditioning.

The apartment block was listed as having a lift but it was not accessible to us at all, so when arriving with luggage, there were lots of steps to climb, which we didn't expect. On arrival, there was no-one to let us in, despite atriving at the time we said we would. We had to wait out on the street for at least half an hour to be let in. When we went in there was washing on the line on our balcony. This was for the apartment managers to do communal laundry. We expected to be the only ones using the apartment for the duration of the stay, but one of the members of staff turned up the next day with a huge bag of laundry, exoecting to use the washing machine that was in our apartment! We had already taken the other laundry off the line and folded it up. We were on holiday and we were not working in a launderette. She went away when I explained that this was not acceptable , especially when we had no safe in the apartment to look away our belongings. We also had to pay cash on arrival and no card payment was allowed. The member of staff went with us to the bank to draw out the money. We felt that this was very primitive and not very safe.

Recently refurbished rooms, comfortable, in a perfect location for La Spezia and the Cinque Terra.

Paying cash in hand is a little awkward, most would prefer to pay by credit card. I appreciated the promptness and flexibility when i extended my stay and when i lost the keys. To knock on the door unexpectedly, at 9pm to collect cash is very unprofessional, however.

Ambiente pulito, ordinato e profumato. Arredi, infissi , TV, bagno tutti nuovissimi, trovate anche le bottigliette di acqua in frigo, estrema disponibilità della proprietaria! Complimenti!! Torneremo sicuramente!!

Buena relación precio, calidad e instalaciones.

La ubicación cerca de la estación facilita mucho la llegada a los distintos pueblos. Destaco que el anfitrion nos permitió ingresar antes, lo cual nos permitió visitar ese mismo Cinque Terre. La habitación era comoda y amplia, se realizó la limpieza diariamente.

El baño estaba fuera de la habitación.
