I recommend it.

The apartment is in a very convenient location. It's close to the train station and the port, where everyone departs for Cinque Terre and Porto Venere. You'll feel like a local. The room has everything you need for a relaxing stay. It was quiet throughout my stay. Maria is always available to help you with any questions. Morning coffee and a croissant at a nearby café are a nice bonus.

The host was so sweet and accommodating. This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting cinque terre! Offered free breakfast every morning at a nearby cafe and a very short walk to the train station.

Shower had an interesting smell but the place was very clean.

I had a good stay at La Spezia inn, its located less than 10 minute walk to the train station. The room was simple and clean with air-conditioning. It was a good base to explore cinque terre.

Great location!

Very good location, a few minutes walk from La Spezia central station, also lots of shops, markets, cafeterias and pharmacies. The room is small but clean and well equipped and the kitchenette is helpful.

The property is in a second floor and there is no elevator so it’s not very friendly for heavy suitcases but it’s manageable. The air conditioning is a bit old.

Bittersweet stay that could have been great.

The location was excellent. It was very easily accessible to the train station, the shopping district, the ferry port. It was very well kept, and clean.

We are a group of family members. My husband and I along with his 3 sisters and one’s husband. On our second night one of our family got sick, so the other family member that was sharing a room with her didn’t want to get sick. My sister in law had gone to visit her son and grandson who happened to be in La Spezia at the same time, and it was after 2:00 am when she returned to find her sister sick. There were two roll away beds in the hallway, so she pulled one into her other sisters room. The next morning when we checked out our host sent me a message chastising me for using the bed and linens from the hallway closet without asking, and advised that I needed to pay an additional 15 euros for using the bed. Moral of the story bother the host no matter what time!!!

We liked the location, close to train station (5minute walk with luggage) and shopping area, supermarket 50m down the road, laundromat nearby as well. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Maria was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Lovely room close to La Spezia Train Station

The room was very convenient for our visit to Cinque Terre. Located a few minutes away from the Train station, and close to many restaurants and supermarket. The host gave us breakfast coupons to redeem on a bar nearby which was a nice gesture and the perfect start of our day. Totally recommend!

Pleasant stay

Good stay, owners were very friendly. Great location right by the centre and near the train station. Also got vouchers for a free coffee and croissant at a local cafe which was nice.

The single bedroom was right by the entrance so you could hear people coming in and out at times.

breakfast is on a cafe shop, so why you don't go to buy you a coffee yourself ?

air-condition is 22C lowest, and Italy is hot! no bottle of water ( WC water drinkable ), a small door to access the "hotel" ( it's actually a resident zone...)

The location is really good. 5 mins away from trainstation and the center, with a lot of good restaurants. Furthermore a farmacy and a supermarket is around the corner. The hosts were helpfully suggesting places to eat and activities to do and also quickly available on the phone for any inquiry.

The entrance area to the rooms is quite rustical which however is not a problem at all.

Cleanliness, location, and room facility are just really great! I dont know about the beds though, it seems like in many hotels in Italy do not have a very soft bed rather slightly hard. So maybe it was just me who are used to soft beds

Really cosy, clean and convenient. It is really close to train station and in the Center of the town so it a a really good base camp to explore La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Breakfast is included (croissant and cappuccino in a close and nice bar) Very knowledgeable owner

The entrance of the hotel is via a communal open air garage and it’s not really pretty or comfortable. You hear the noises of a close restaurant. But the interior of the hotel itself is really nice. Check out time at 10 am, which seems really early (we usually stay in hotels which let you stay until 12) but it was not a major problem for us (they offered to keep our baggage)

Good location to discover the Cinque Terre

The Spezia Inn is very well located down a little alley way close to the station (really easy to discover the Cinque Terre) and also close to the shops and restaurants. The Spezia inn is not the most charming but it is clean and calm. Maria and Marco are really nice and helpful. I recommend.

Everything lovely, except there was a slight noise at night from the streets. But it's great value for money and an excellent option if you want to explore Cinque Terre as it's a 5 mins walk from the train station

Perfect stay

Our hosts, Maria and Marco were very welcoming and helpful. This establishment is very well located, 300m from the train Station, which is very convenient to reach the Cinque-Terre easily. We appreciated the confort of our room : it was equipped with a little fridge, air condition and a large bathroom. To put it in a word, we had a great stay and highly recommand « La Spezia Inn ».

Best place to stay to visit 5 Terre

Location was excellent and convenient within 5 minutes from La Spezia train station and literally one minute from the downtown pedestrian area. The property was small but very clean and had all the necessities we needed. The area was very quite and very safe. The hosts Marco and Maria were very gracious and helping. They communicated with us in good English and offered us 3 free vouchers to get 2 croissant and coffee at a nearby coffee shop. We certainly recommend this place based on our 5 nights experience in June 2021. It is not the Ritz of course but if you are looking for an affordable and clean place to stay La Spezia Inn is an excellent choice.
