Fantastic location, communication with staff was great. Comfortable and clean room
It was fine with me, but as others have mentioned, it can be confusing to find the front entrance the first time. Unfortunately I had train delays and arrived at 23h in the rain and it was hard to get the keys from the lockbox and get the door open in the rain

Good location very close to railway station - perfect base for Cinque Terre, clean, spacious room
Thin walls (noisy), old furniture, unwillingness for flexibility of the owner (I was supposed to arrive at 11 to drop the luggage but I arrived earlier as my flight landed earlier. I wrote on booking and WhatsApp and called the owner that I will arrive 1 hour earlier - in the end I anyways had to come at 11 and she was complaining that we should stick to what was agreed - I felt very uncomfortable)

The camera was nice and clean, big space.
The area and The street close to the building are a bit unclean (but that’s not responsibility of the staff of the inn)
