easiest place to stay near Train station at a perfect place to leave the luggage this place is clean, the host is very kind and approachable.. he even guided us what and where should we begin to travel. they even have a maps and recommendation for first time travelers like us

The host contacted me in advance on my arrival and allowed early check-in since the room was not occupied which was very helpful. The room is comfortable for 3 adults. nearby train station which is very ideal for visiting Cinque Terre. We bought a day pass train. We went Cinque Terre early morning back room rest in the afternoon and went over again in the evening to catch the sunset. Very strategic location. Host responded and rectified issues promptly. Good air-con for hot weather and water pressure is high for good shower. My family enjoyed the stay.

The location is perfect - very close to the station and in the downtown of La Spezia. The host was very nice and friendly, he was super kind. The cleaning lady as well, she was cleaning our room every day. The beds were very comfortable, the room was large enough for two adults and a child.

The bathroom could be cleaned better. The floor was also not very clean. You can think about leavening some slippers for guests as the floor is tiled and very cold. Good thing we had it with us.

Room was spacious. Nice building.

Location wasn’t the best. One or two dubious characters knocking around on the street.
