Perfect location

The location is perfect - very close to the station and in the downtown of La Spezia. The host was very nice and friendly, he was super kind. The cleaning lady as well, she was cleaning our room every day. The beds were very comfortable, the room was large enough for two adults and a child.

The bathroom could be cleaned better. The floor was also not very clean. You can think about leavening some slippers for guests as the floor is tiled and very cold. Good thing we had it with us.

Good location

Location is perfect, just 2 --3 minutes from the train station. The host welcomed us outside the apartment and told us all the details. Good communication via whatsapp. A bottle of water and many snacks are provided in the room.

Amazing location and nice room

I enjoyed my stay. It was peaceful and well connected to the main station and loads of restaurants and shops. The host's tips about La Spezia, where to go and local businesses were useful. The room was spacious, with everything you need and more. Lovely treats for guests, and a nice clean bathroom. Great!

Could be a bit cleaner, as it still had some hairs on the floor. Personal preference, but the mattress was too soft for me.

An amazing property, location and host

Everything! Beautiful room with small sofa and desk. Plenty of space for storing your things, very spacious. Lovely bathroom and great shower. Lift up to the first floor. GREAT air con - no issues in the heatwave whatsoever. Amazing location in La Spezia, very near to the train station and lots of bars and restaurants near. Amazing breakfast set up - you get a card for two nearby cafes, very unique, we enjoyed. Excellent host - extremely friendly, helpful, talked us through a map and gave suggestions, perfect communication via Whatsapp and gave us great recommendations. La Spezia is the perfect location if travelling to the five towns as it is much cheaper than the towns and good nightlife. Couldn’t recommend the property more.

Exceptional

Beautiful room, very comfortable and clean perfect for our weekend gateway! The building with the rooms has an old time charm and the owner, Gianluca is a wonderful host, friendly and helpful. We could easily communicate with him and he went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, even allowed us to check in late. We also loved the small attention in the room, like the Mulino Bianco biscuits and croissants. Pastries and cappuccino were perfect at the 2 coffee shops where we had our included breakfast. Big advantage is also the convenient location: 5 min from train 🚉 connection to Cinque Terre , Pisa, Genova; we could easily walk to dinner on the pedestrian street behind the building and shop souvenirs, visit the Port. Definitely a must go if you are looking for an unforgettable time in La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Thank you Gianluca 😊

We came in for a day but ended up staying another one, this place is a gem in beautiful la spezia.

Fantastic informative service by Gianluca. Very fresh and tidy room with nice bathroom. Central location but quiet and comfortable. Coffe machine just outside room. Breakfast at a nearby cozy café (focaccia+good coffe+juice).
