La posizione ottima molto vicina alla stazione, al centro di La Spezia e vicina al porto. Host molto disponibile via messaggio per informazioni. Checkin rapido via WhatsApp.
Biancheria da letto e bagno un po' datata

Room conditions and location.
I didn't like the way they communicated instructions (checking in) those are supposed to be submitted before and not make the customer call once in front of the door. Minor maintenance matters: Shower drain was clogged, and WC electric roller blind not working.

Great stay overall! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bathroom was equally clean and well-maintained. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to both the train station and the city center, making getting around super easy. A special shoutout to the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful when we ran into a quick issue with the air conditioning. Highly recommended!

- The size of the room - How check-in and check-out were easy - Location
- Bed linen was not that clean (was it used before?!!) - Room was not that clean - An absolute clean place is what drives a 10 score
