Ubicación, cama cómoda y desayuno
nada en concreto que no me enviaran la info antes porque tuve que reclamar cuando llegué y estaba delante del edificio

Le confort de la chambre ainsi que la proximité de la gare et du centre sont très appréciables.
Le petit déjeuner est correct, et la présence d’un réfrigérateur dans la chambre est un vrai plus.
Le tapi de la chambre est pas très propre.

Posizione ottima , vicino alla stazione dove passano diversi treni per girare le 5 terre e vicino al centro di La Spezia dove si trova tutto, da servizi a ristorazione;
Colazione buona in un bar vicino , con incluso una brioche/ focaccia/ caffetteria + un succo ;

Quartiere tranquillo
Scarsa igiene , in un nostro cassetto c’erano dei fazzoletti utilizzati dall’ospite precedente;
Il lavandino del bagno aveva una grossa perdita , per cui abbiamo dovuto chiudere l’acqua calda , e per l’intero soggiorno abbiamo utilizzato solo quella fredda ;
La porta della camera rimaneva aperta , nonostante fosse ad apertura codificata , quindi sarebbe potuto entrare chiunque spingendo la porta ;
Il parcheggio e drastico da trovare in zona , e quelli a pagamento sono h 24, quindi cari.
