Beautiful apartment, extremely comfortable. Daily cleaning service. Eva, the host was lovely and very helpful. A very short walk from the train station. Fantastic location if you plan to do day trips to Cinque Terre.

We had a really lovely stay at EVA affittacamere. The place felt very cozy, comfortable, and welcoming from the very beginning.
The room was very clean and well maintained, and everything was arranged nicely. The bed was comfortable, and overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
Everything was easy and smooth, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back again.

The property was spotlessly clean. A fantastic location in the heart of La Spezia and a short walk from the train station. Eva was a wonderful host and gave me tips on restaurants, where to go and how to get there. She popped by every day to ensure the room was spotless and snacks replenished. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful bathroom with plenty of hot water.Would highly recommend .
