We thought the facility was clean, and well kept. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was very convenient. Very close to nearby restaurants and the train station. When we messaged the host, the host was very helpful and responded quickly.

The elevator was a bit small. (Not really something that you can change). Just a bit hard to use with a stroller and children. Other than that, it was great.

Very nice room with modern equipment and comfortable bed. It is located in the city and close to station for access to Cinque Terre by train tour. The host provides you all details to access the rooms on due time and also good advice for dinner and visits. Private parking is available close by. Very good quality/cost experience.

It was a lovely stay and good value for money perfect for visiting cinque terre.

It’s a good location for the station and the town. The beds were super comfy. The breakfast was great you had a choice of four cafes to try which we liked. They were helpful letting us leave our luggage until our train departure time.

The room was not soundproof we could hear the kettle and the shower in the next room but I don’t suppose there is much they can do about that.

Our Perfect Place in La Spezia

LOCATION - Excellent. Close to the train station (walkable with a carry-on or light luggage), near plenty of excellent dining options and grocery stores (to pick up a light breakfast, snacks, or drinks). Shopping is available nearby if that's your thing. ROOM - Easy self-access from a central, not-too-busy street using a code; apartment-like, charming, clean. The space is smallish but cozy, quiet, and comfortable. COMMUNICATION - Clear before, during, and after our stay, even though we didn't encounter anyone in person This stay is best for independent travelers who do not expect to rely on in-person service.

The location was great keeping in mind its really close to the station. We had some troubles getting inside the hotel as no one was there and the main door to the building was locked. Luckily we ran into a staff who let us in. I think it would be great if there are instructions provided via chat on how to enter the hotel.

The room looked bigger in the pictures. However it was decent and comfortable so we don't have complaints.

Family time in La Spezia

The property is located near La Spezia Station and a few minutes away from shopping and dining. There is an elevator to go up to the apartment. We stayed for 1 night on the 3 rd floor for 7 people. The apartment is specious, nice and clean, with amenities like washer, dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, etc. We loved the location and the host is very responsive.

The bed is firm, I wish they could add a quilt or blanket for guests in each room.The apartment we stayed in needs some attention, as flooring needs repair and you can feel each time you walk over it.

Perfect Location

Such a fantastic location, easy walk to everything in town but still a block away from all the loud action. It was clean. The aesthetic was beautiful. Would absolutely stay there again, and probably for longer. Also, the balcony was the cherry on top.

Wish we could have gotten the check in information a little bit sooner.

Good location

We stayed in this apartment during our visit to La Spezia and overall had a good experience. The location is excellent – very central and convenient for exploring both the city and Cinque Terre. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Some items are new and modern, which is great, but there are also parts of the apartment that would benefit from renovation.

Although it's on the third floor and has new windows, it can still be noisy in the evenings due to traffic. Cleanliness is an issue – the sofa had dust and feathers on it, and the bathroom was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. With improved cleaning and some updates, this place could be an excellent choice.

The bed was not comfortable, really too soft. The room is smakk, especially bathroom Breakfast is not in the building, but outside in a bar. but this was not mentionned. I was looking for breakfast room and finally decided to send an SMS to ask.

Location is good, next to station. Useful to go to 5terre. You have decent utilities

Pillow really hard, mattres wasn't that good. My back hurts even now. It can also be a bit noise, I woke up lots of time during the night from the outside noise but it's OK for a few nights

Good room and location. Just not used to living in this type of buildings.

Location is good, and room is big. A short walk to the train station and one block from the main La Spezia square, where all the food and shopping is.

It's a bit of a scary building, as nobody is around. But I guess this is how these rooms are in these types of buildings. Lifts are small, and quite dark and eerie. Would not want to stay there by myself as you do not see anybody at all.

Gorgeous apartment, great location, lovely people

The property is large and very comfortable. We were a group of seven and found the space well fitted to accommodate all of us while still offering a sense of both intimacy and room to breathe even in the common areas. The location is very convenient within walking distance from the main railway station, and next to the main pedestrian street. The property was very clean providing toiletries and a fully equipped kitchen. The owner/staff were very welcoming, kind and offered plenty of useful recommendations.

Nothing about the property that we disliked. The only small inconvenience were the upstairs neighbours who tended to be quite loud; however, it only happened twice during our 4-night stay and they stopped soon after midnight.

Great location but very noisy.

Close to the train station and amenities. Very easy to walk everywhere. Spacious apartment with high ceilings and 2 washrooms. Full kitchen with coffee pods and fridge. The host was helpful for checking in.

Very noisy with lots of ambulance sirens throughout the day and night. Nice balcony but you can’t sit there because of the street traffic. The apartment is very spacious but doesn’t feel cosy. Living room is empty with only a couch and a tv. Feels a bit cold.

I like the space and the coffee machine. Makes me have nice hot coffee in winter, the room is clean and big enough for me. It is near the train station and in the another side of the street and you can easily find food there which is convenient. I had a great stay there.

Remember ask the staff how to get in the building and get the password. Otherwise you might wait outside.

Your Smooth Stay in La Spezia

The location is amazing, the self check-in was very easy and the room was incredibly clean.

Our bed was kind of sagged in the middle and there were some very noisy neighbours on the floor above which made sleeping a little harder but still we liked the property very much.

this apartment was perfect for our family stay. it is conveniently located close to the train station and has plenty of shopping centers and stores near by. the rooms were clean and very comfortable and our host was extremely helpful and nice. this is my 5th time in this city and by far the best experience because of this lovely, affordable accommodation. 10/10 will be returning :)

I don’t recommend it if you have a family with you

The location is a bit tricky. You will be staying in core centre but at the same time the crowd is not what you want around where you stay, especially when your family is with you.

1. The pics you see are not the same for all rooms. Our rooms were very basic and non luxurious at all. 2. The bed is not comfy at at all. The mattress is of cheap quality and if you have back pain, its not for you. 3. Wifi was extremely weak in our room 4. There is no elevator on the ground floor. You have to go up 10 stairs to reach the elevator. 5. Be careful when you book the triple beds room. The owner will still want to charge you an additional 25 euros per night if you want it installed (for a kid below 11 yrs old) 6. Parking in the area is a disaster. Make sure you plan your parking place in advance 7. This is not a hotel. There is no reception or room service 8. Interaction with the owner or manager was not pleasant. He used the word ‘dishonest’ with me several times and has no etiquette in communications.

Maybe it is just me, but The Bed was insanely Soft making it very difficult to sleep. In my case I was unable to sleep for enough hours despite being very tired afrer cinque terre sightseeing. Beside that - everything OK

The staff was very rude and had a very bad attitude because we mentioned that the bed is smaller then we expected. She was very aggressive with us asking for passports because we did not manage to do the online check in.

The first disappointing accommodation for us

The room was pleasantly large and the location was good.

- The private pitches were full, so no parking spot for us. - WLAN did not work - Air-conditioning at first either, getting to work by a trick later - 2 insects found in an otherwise clean bed - Asked to leave by the cleaner before check-out time - Sparse furnishings without an for us recognisable art gallery
