The location was great keeping in mind its really close to the station. We had some troubles getting inside the hotel as no one was there and the main door to the building was locked. Luckily we ran into a staff who let us in. I think it would be great if there are instructions provided via chat on how to enter the hotel.

The room looked bigger in the pictures. However it was decent and comfortable so we don't have complaints.

Posizione ottima, a due passi dal centro e dalla stazione. La camera pulitissima, accogliente e luminosa, era fedele alle foto e dalla finestra s'intravedevano le montagne. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato un piccolo vassoio con tè, caffè e biscotti in omaggio. La donna che ci ha scortate in camera è stata molto carina, e il signor Hong è stato sempre disponibile tramite telefono o whatsapp per qualsiasi dubbio o info. Dopo il check-out abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli senza limite d'orario. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Complimenti a tutti!

La decoración y la limpieza. Estaba todo impoluto, muy cómodo y muy recomendable para visitar la Spezia y alrededores. Los detalles del agua, café y galletitas. Y que te hicieran la habitación un día sí y un día no.

Lo difícil que es aparcar una furgoneta pero eso no es culpa del hotel. Por decir algo, la tapa del inodoro estaba medio suelta y se movía cada vez que te sentabas.

In der Beschreibung steht es sei ein Hotel. Es ist aber Air B&B. Also Zimmer in einer Wohnung mit eigenem Bad. Lift vorhanden aber alles im Treppenhaus sehr schmudelig. Zu teuer für das gebotene.

Veldig fint rom med balkong, rent og god plass. Veldig god frokost på Dolci magie. Vi valgte den frokost plassen alle 3 dagene vi var der. Vi kunne velge focaccia brød med fyll og 2 forskjellige croissanter per pers. Cappuccino og juice. Veldig luksuriøs frokost (anbefales sterk!)

Hadde ikke lest oss opp skikkelig så var litt tungvint å sjekke inn når vi ankom, (husk å sjekke inn via linken på forhånd før du ankommer)

Die Ausstattung und der Balkon waren sehr nett und alles gepflegt sauber, der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch dass wir die Klima selbst steuern konnten war nachts von vorteil.

Frühstück war extern und wir mussten Produkte dazu kaufen obwohl bei Booking frühstück inkludiert stand

Virkelig god beliggenhed lige midt i byen og ved stationen. God kommunikation og hjælpsomhed for udlejer. Ok med udstyr i køkkenet. Inc. Olie, salat og peber. Samt sæbe.

Dårlige senge. Kunne være i tvivl om sikkerhed ved evt. brand. Ikke nogen altan, selvom det så ud på billedet. De 40 Euro til parkering skulle betales kontant puls penge til turistskat. Virker mistænkeligt.

Ça n’a rien avoir avec soi-disant Opéra Rooms And suites , c’est tout simplement deux chambres mansardés ou deux chambres sous combles , étouffante avec une chaleur insupportable avec un système de climatisation défectueux , ascenseur jusqu’au 4 étage et puis continuez jusqu’à l’étage 5 à pied …et la liste est longue des défauts de ce séjour …

Family time in La Spezia

The property is located near La Spezia Station and a few minutes away from shopping and dining. There is an elevator to go up to the apartment. We stayed for 1 night on the 3 rd floor for 7 people. The apartment is specious, nice and clean, with amenities like washer, dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, etc. We loved the location and the host is very responsive.

The bed is firm, I wish they could add a quilt or blanket for guests in each room.The apartment we stayed in needs some attention, as flooring needs repair and you can feel each time you walk over it.

Perfect Location

Such a fantastic location, easy walk to everything in town but still a block away from all the loud action. It was clean. The aesthetic was beautiful. Would absolutely stay there again, and probably for longer. Also, the balcony was the cherry on top.

La petite chambre est propre et fonctionnel , l’immeuble très bien situé .

Ce n’est pas un hôtel, ce sont des chambres dans un immeuble où habitent des locaux. Nous nous attendions à un service de réception en arrivant alors que tout fonctionne en autonomie via whats’app. Ce n’est pas un problème quand on est prévenu mais là ce n’était pas le cas. L’hôte est réactif par message mais nous aurions préféré recevoir toutes les infos avant d’arriver devant la porte et ne pas se retrouver devant sans accompagnement. Rien de grave mais à prendre en compte pour ne pas être surpris. Pensez à répondre au message via booking aussi car nous avions réserver un parking via message sur booking et le message n’a pas été pris en compte donc nous avons dû garer avec difficulté dans la rue.

Good location

We stayed in this apartment during our visit to La Spezia and overall had a good experience. The location is excellent – very central and convenient for exploring both the city and Cinque Terre. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Some items are new and modern, which is great, but there are also parts of the apartment that would benefit from renovation.

Although it's on the third floor and has new windows, it can still be noisy in the evenings due to traffic. Cleanliness is an issue – the sofa had dust and feathers on it, and the bathroom was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. With improved cleaning and some updates, this place could be an excellent choice.

Tolle Wandergegend, aber eher außerhalb der Saison, jetzt drängen sich Millionen durchs Land........

Die zentrale Lage war ideal, man kommt in 10 min zur Bahnstation und in 15- 20 min an die Hafenseite. Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, Bad hat gepasst. Dass der Lift funktionierte war für den Koffertransport in den 3. Stock wichtig. Das Management war uns sehr behilflich, das Reinigungsteam sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Das Parken in La Spezia ist nicht ganz einfach und ohne Tücken, da es 3verschiedenfarbige (weiß, blau und gelb) Zonen gibt und noch Zeitbeschränkungen bei diesen Zonen angegeben sind. Das Frühstück gab es leider nicht im Haus und wir haben nur eine der zahlreich dazu angegebenen Bars gefunden, eine Bar hatte die Zusammenarbeit mit LÒpera abgebrochen. Die Gegend ist atemberaubend, der Trubel an Touristen aber auch.....

Goed verblijf met goede service op een toplocatie in La Spezia!

De locatie is geweldig. Midden in het centrum, overal dichtbij en alles op loopafstand, heel fijn. Het gebouw waarin de kamers zitten is robuust met heerlijk koel marmer.

Ik had moeite om te achterhalen waar ik moest zijn in het grote gebouw, niet wetende dat achter een voordeur van L'Opera Rooms & Suite meerdere appartementen zijn. In de begeleidende tekst staan geen huisnummers en dat was verwarrend. Maar dat lag wellicht aan mij ;)

Good room and location. Just not used to living in this type of buildings.

Location is good, and room is big. A short walk to the train station and one block from the main La Spezia square, where all the food and shopping is.

It's a bit of a scary building, as nobody is around. But I guess this is how these rooms are in these types of buildings. Lifts are small, and quite dark and eerie. Would not want to stay there by myself as you do not see anybody at all.

Gorgeous apartment, great location, lovely people

The property is large and very comfortable. We were a group of seven and found the space well fitted to accommodate all of us while still offering a sense of both intimacy and room to breathe even in the common areas. The location is very convenient within walking distance from the main railway station, and next to the main pedestrian street. The property was very clean providing toiletries and a fully equipped kitchen. The owner/staff were very welcoming, kind and offered plenty of useful recommendations.

Nothing about the property that we disliked. The only small inconvenience were the upstairs neighbours who tended to be quite loud; however, it only happened twice during our 4-night stay and they stopped soon after midnight.

Stanza in pieno centro, posizione ottima, camera bella e pulita..ma è troppo rumoroso causa strada... cuscini uno diverso dall'altro ( uno dei quali molto rigido ), televisione non si vedeva un canale. E in più l'aria condizionata non era possibile accenderla causa mancanza telecomando. La motivazione da parte del proprietario, che ancora era troppo fresco per fornire aria condizionata, quando su booking è presente aria climatizzata tutto l'anno.
