Nice old apartment turned into rooms for rent. Very helpful and friendly host. Close on foot to train station and port, so one can use ferry or train to reach 5Terre. Location is in the center of La Spezia with plenty of various restaurant offers. Hint - leave the Main Street and search for smaller restaurants where the locals go for dinner. ;)

Great location, comfortable bed, ac worked great, and the staff was very responsive and flexible when we had a small emergency and needed a late check out. Thank you, Hong!
Shower area was quite small and water pressure a bit on the weak side.

Nice location, close to the train station and city centre
Old furniture and the room from 3rd floor smells of cigarettes. Noisy from the neighbours bathroom
