Very comfortable near the station

Quiet location, easy walk from the station. Lots of cafes and eating options nearby, close to Piazza Garibaldi for bus to Portovenere. Roomy, very comfortable bed, and the fridge, kettle and plates were appreciated. Everything we needed for the short stay.

Very complicated arrangement of keys etc. for accessing the apartment and the lift, even with all the information and videos.....but, luckily, the owner was responsive on the phone.

Great location!! It was easy to locate the property using google maps. The beds were comfortable. The coffee was great! Having the cute balcony for fresh air and to dry clothes and enjoy breakfast was a great touch. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Very good place to stay with your family or friends in la Spezia city centre

Very clean good size room with balcony and lift in a building. excellent location in a city centre with shops restaurants supermarkets and everything you may need close to you. The station is only few minutes away by walk.Excellent friendly host✨✨✨

Sometimes can be a bit noisy from the outside as it is in a city centre but the road where the building is located is not a main road so there aren’t many cars passing by.

This apartment is a very clean and comfortable place to stay for a few days. It’s very convenient for the station, so it makes a great base for visiting Cinque Terres. Najada and Natasha are excellent hosts and provided us with fantastic restaurant recommendations. We would love to come back!

A lovely stay in La Spezia

The location was excellent, right in the middle of La Spezia. The room was very clean and well sized. The bathroom similarly was very clean and well equipped. The coffee machine was a lovely, unique touch. The bottles of water, coffee pods, and biscuits were also appreciated. The owners were very nice. Room was cleaned every day, and was a comfortable sleep.

We only spent one night here, but we were very pleased with our stay. The room was lovely and clean. The location was perfect, as it is close to borg the city centre and the train station. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting La Spezia.

Excellent location for visiting the Cinque Terre as the train station is a leisurely 5 minutes walk away. The host has been extremely helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place for travellers who want a base for repeat trips to Cinque Terre.

The property was clean, and well located.

Single beds were very small and uncomfortable, and other guests could be heard in the foyer. Additionally, while consistent with other accommodation in La Spezia at the time, the room was overpriced (as was all accommodation at that time). Staff were excellent though.

Natasha and her niece were amazing hosts. So attentive to every question we had and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. The room was spotless every day and it was a perfect size for me and my two teen daughters. The WiFi worked well and my work calls were seamless. The guestroom is a 4 minute walk to the train and 1 min away from local restaurants. We found an amazing place to eat breakfast and dinner nearby called 'Ciao, Baby' between the guestroom and the train. Delicious food (the best we had in our entire visit of Cinque Terre). La Spezia is the perfect place to stay if you don't want to stay in Cinque Terre itself. We were back and forth on the train several times a day - easy. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you!

Great stay in La Spezia. Perfect location for Cinque Terre

Location was excellent, so close to the train station and restaurants. Hosts were so kind. Went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Noticed that we had freshened some clothes and gave us a washing line to dry them. Gave us new water everyday and small nibbles. Air con was perfect. Shower was powerful. Building looks traditional but the rooms are very modern.

A little bit loud at night time because of the central location.

Awesome place! Literaly 5 mins to the train station for Cinque Terre! Natasha was super friendly and helped us with everything! Even with the parking at the area! Extra clean and freshly reinovated and also provides coffee and some snacks which is great for the start of the day!

Overall, our stay at Alba Rooms was fantastic. The owner was great and very accommodating ! She was warm, friendly, and made our stay wonderful. The location was convenient to the train station and nearby restaurants. Rooms are clean and look exactly like the pictures. Overall, highly recommended and would stay again.

Beyond our expectations!!

This is the BEST place to stay in La Spezia. The hosts are simply incredible, the communication is great, the rooms are beautiful and clean. It’s right at the center of the city, close to shops and restaurants, and the price is unbeatable. Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic staff! There was a country-wide train strike the day of our arrival, which we didn't know about. The staff contacted us before and advised just in case, so we were able to change our plans and organise a bus. We are so grateful! They even organised an early check in which was much appreciated. The room was immaculately clean. They also cleaned during the stay while we were out, even mopping the floors during our stay, so you can be sure of cleanliness here! Free daily bottles of water and cookies. Perfect location 5min walk from the train station (to easily visit cinque terre), also the tram lines to get to the flixbus stop outside the city. The staff were full of tips and suggestions and were very kind. Located on the 3rd floor - There is a very small lift which snuggly fit both of us and our bags. Lots of incredible restaurants within 5mins walk.

The best accommodation for your holiday at La Spezia!

Alba rooms was the best way to start our holiday in La spezia!The host was wonderful, very sweet and polite, we had our room cleaned every day with complimentary water, cookies and coffe for every single day of our stay!The room was super modern and well decorated, bed very comfy and the location right where everything happens in this town!I will definitely stay there again and again!!
