Location is the best. Kettle with tray is nice. Fridge is good.
Found hairs in shower room and toilet bowl. Towels smelled. Room is too cold, heater was off automatically, have to manually on it outside the room. Quite troublesome. Shampoo and shower cream provided are useless! Couldn’t open the cap at all. Just for display? No view from room 🫩

Della struttura mi è piaciuta molto la
posizione essendo in centro ed è possibile andare ovunque che sia con treno o bus, la camera stupenda molto pulita ordinata e accogliente, ringrazio il proprietario per i rinfreschi nel frigo e i dolci all’entrata, sono stati apprezzati.
Ci tornerò sicuramente, grazie mille.
A dire la verità mi è piaciuto tutto non ci sono cose negative.

Stanza moderna, calda, pulita e accogliente in un palazzo al primo piano nel centro di La Spezia, vicinissima alla stazione, in ottima posizione per raggiungere le Cinque Terre o altre destinazioni nei dintorni
