About 10 mins walk from La Spezia Centrale and easy to find, nice big rooms and clean too. Location was good in the heart of the city.

Very nice studio in La Spezia near the train station. Nicely partitioned sleeping accommodations. Great kitchen area fully equipped. Grocery store next door. Very appreciated lift to 4th floor. Ask for a copy of the magnetic card and door codes to avoid waking up your spouse or friend if you go out late.

We booked the Deluxe Room # 1. One small double bed and sofa bed, (ask them to set it) with many pillows but not really comfortable and a small functioning bathroom. Great coffee around the corner at Caffe Garabaldi. There is one plastic card for the room, one key for access to the rooms on the 4th floor and one front door key - all on one key ring. The door card also operates the power to the room so that when you go out to bring back a morning coffee, you wife is left in darkness until you return. Regretfully I behaved badly and removed the corridor and front door key leaving the room in place allowing my wife to at least read (or dry her hair after a shower). My advice is to trade up to the Junior suite or book in to a 4 star hotel if you're used to a modest level of comfort. Check in was fine, if you're arriving by train turn left out of the station, walk 200m downhill til you reach the crossing with lights. Walk across and after 100m turn left to approach Garabaldi Plaza in 200m. You can find your way to Via Napoli from there easily (another 100m)

The room was spacious and conveniently located, but the property could really use a cosmetic refresh — chipped paint, worn finishes, and some dated details make it feel a bit tired. It’s also very difficult to find parking nearby, so I’d recommend booking parking in advance. There are no designated spots for drop-off, which makes unloading luggage quite challenging. Overall, functional for a short stay, but not the most comfortable arrival experience.

The rooms are nice in terms of having a little kitchen area and even a washer. The rooms are all contained in one little area, so downside is you can hear someone coming in and out that main door so it’s a little loud. Also it can be a be difficult to find as the rooms are in a different location, 2 different keys, open 3 different doors etc. overall decent stay

Check in was smooth and the staff were very friendly. There is no room service but plenty of space for 3 people to hang towels. The bar fridge was very small which made it a little difficult to keep drinks refrigerated on hot days. The hotel is close to La Spezia Centrale which made it super easy to get to the Cinque Terre. Also lots of food options and super markets nearby.

My husband and I stayed here for one night and found the staff very charming and helpful. Very conveniently located near the train station. The room was cute though a bit small, but we ultimately had everything we needed and easily found an amazing restaurant nearby. Would recommend for an easy/quick stay.

The property is only good for a person who is mobile. There is a small elevator for one person however if you’re claustrophobic it may not well suited. When you open the unit you have 4 independent rooms with own bathroom. It’s relatively quiet. Location was good and near the train station. Lots of dining options. I didn’t like how four adults were crammed into a room and there was only coffee for one night. I spent 2 nights there. I think it’s good for 2 people who are mobile. The staff are super - great communication. I would stay there again if it was with 1 person.

This was not what we expected at all. I thought this was near 5 Terre and within walking distance to the beaches. This was not the case at all. Beach access is via train and not convenient when travelling with a family. The unit itself was fine, the area outside was not nice. Maybe this was my own fault, however if you are booking here with the expectation that it is near 5 Terre, let this be your warning to find somewhere else.

Loved my stay here for 3 nights. It was extremely clean and spacious along with close proximity to La Spezia Centrale. Made it easy to hop on are off the trains to Cinque Terre everyday. Plenty of diving options literally around the corner and the room was easy to check in to and get for resting in between adventures. Will definitely come back. Thank you 😊

Property was very nice with easy access and also a lot for luggage. AC worked great and there was a good sized shower. Great location close to the main promenade with plenty of dining options and also close to the train station. Also parking was very convenient at the train station as we had a large 9 seater mini-van.

The team at the Via Napoli reception were super friendly and the comms in advance was really good. I was in a hurry when I arrived and they had my room ready and the instructions for the 2 minute walk were great. Good feature is a lift. One slight issue with the in-room safe and they were with me within minutes to replace the battery. 10 minute walk to station and the 5Terre express
