Our flat was facing the main street, so might be a bit noisy, however that settles during the night.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful room......

We loved our stay! Everything was perfect. Our host Eva was very attentive and thoughtful. The room is finished to very high standard, exceptionally clean and included everything we needed for a very relaxing stay.The location is very central, in a very quiet, safe area with everything within walking distance.

Amazing experience overall — highly recommended!

Eva greeted me upon arrival, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. She cleaned the room every day, refreshed the coffee corner, left me pastry and biscuits, and even provided me with an extra blanket upon request. The communication was perfect. I also appreciated the proximity of the accommodation to the train station. I liked it so much that I ended up extending my stay by three more nights!

Amazing, and highly recommend!!

The location was excellent, 7 minute easy walk to train station, plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Our room was perfect, clean, comfortable and all the extra amenities were greatly appreciated. Eva our host was amazing. She greeted us upon arrival, provided us with lots of recommendations, chatted us daily and actually came to say goodbye on departure day. Top notch ☺️

“Eva is a super host! Very attentive and proactive, she did her best to keep us informed about local tips. She cleaned the room every day and even replenished water and coffee. The apartment is well located, just a 7-minute walk from the train station. Highly recommended!

On our arrival the lift was not working, which was uncomfortable with the luggage we brought. However, the owner is very friendly and helped us with bringing the luggage up and helped at the checkout again though it was early.

Clean, functional rooms, exceptional, and prompt service!

The rooms were impeccably clean! Great attention to details. Fantastic layout and very functional. The bathrooms were spotless & beautiful. Great water pressure! The AC worked perfectly and quickly! Well stocked for coffee and a quick morning snack. The daily water bottles was very much appreciated. Eva was incredible, responsive, and went above and beyond! She should have properties worldwide! She made our trip to this region of Italy unforgettable!

Great stay in La Spezia!

We had an amazing stay in Elegant Rooms at La Spezia! It is very close to the train station and super convenient! For us it was great to just be able to hop on the train pretty fast every morning to visit the Cinque Terre. The room is great, lot of space for suitcases and everything is very clean! You get a few things for breakfast and coffee in the room, which is pretty nice if you want to have breakfast before you leave for the day. The AC was amazing, we were there during a heat wave and didn’t feel it at all in the room. The staff is very kind and helpful, and they sent us a lot of information about local things to do! Thanks a lot for everything!

First of all, the location of the house is close to the train station and the port, and it is furnished with beautiful, high-quality items. Now, getting to the main point — Eva is truly an incredible host. Thanks to her recommendations, we discovered a beautiful beach, and her gesture of offering us wine and biscuits as a treat made us very happy. Every day around noon, she would clean the room and refresh the coffee, water and biscuits. With her communication, hospitality, kindness, and golden heart, Eva is — and I say this again — the best host I have ever had in my booking history. If you’re coming to La Spezia, don’t even think twice — stay in this house. This is not an advertisement; it’s simply the truth.

Perfect apartment in a perfect quiet location

the location was perfect for the station and 2 minutes from the main street full of shops and restaurants. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. Although there was no breakfast, the host Eva made sure we had breakfast type snacks and muffins everyday and free bottles of water . Nothing was too much trouble and she even went shopping especially to get breakfast teabags and checked in on us by text to make sure we were happy

Fantastic accommodation with great host

Location was great, around 5 minute walk from the train station and within walking distance of most attractions. The room felt brand new. It was spacious and clean with modern facilities. Bathroom in particular was fantastic with plenty of room and a great shower. Eva was a great host attending to our every need including during check in, helping with our luggage and arranging a taxi on our departure as well as providing helpful suggestions about local attractions (including possible trains to Cinque Terre during a national train strike one day during our stay). I would stay again and have no hesitation is recommending Elegant Rooms to anyone travelling to La Spezia

We had a fabulous time, excellent property and amazing host.

The property was exceptional, spotless and modern. The bed was so comfortable. Location was perfect just one street back from shops and restaurants but very quiet. A few minutes walk to the train station. Eva was an incredible host, she checked in on us everyday and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and lots of information on places to see. We would highly recommend this property.

Very nice and kind host. The accommodation was perfectly located to reach the city quickly or restaurants. Also very close to the train/bus to go to coastal villages. The apartment was very nice and fresh. Will definitely book again if I go back.

- Eva, the host, is super sweet...she really cares about you and wants you to have a great time - she helps with recommendations where to eat, where to go out, train connections, informations, everything - we could leave the place later and also leave our luggage after the checkout - all the time great easy and fast communication with the host - theres a fridge with water and some sweets, glases, coffee machine, towels, shampoo, informations about La Spezia & Cinque Terre - the place is really close to the central station and very close to the center, perfect location - the rooms are super new, everything still smells new - great wifi connection - beautiful bed, beautiful balcony, very clean toilette...we didnt want to leave

Een absolute aanrader!

De communicatie met de host was geweldig. Ze was altijd bereikbaar en zeer behulpzaam. Ook de kamer overtrof onze verwachtingen. Deze was heel ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De accomodatie ligt op vijf minuten lopen van het treinstation en met twee stappen sta je in de grote winkelstraat.

Beste Wahl in La Spezia, sehr sauber

Sehr schönes Zimmer und Bad. Top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und modern. Man spürt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wurde und genau bedacht ist, was ein Hotelzimmer wirklich braucht. Alles war vorhanden. Mehrere Handtücher, Badeutensilien, Kaffee, Snacks usw. Die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Ca. 100m zu der Strasse mit den Restaurants und Geschäfter. Da es in einer Nebenstrasse liegt, haben wir keinen Lärm verspührt. Eva als Gastgeberin war eine grosse Hilfe. Sie hat unsere Ankunftszeit abgefragt und war pünktlich da, damit wir gleich ins Zimmer konnten. Check in schnell und unkompliziert. Für Tipps kan man sich jeder Zeit bei ihr melden. Vielen Dank dafür. :)

Der perfekte Kurzurlaub!

Die Lage der Unterkunft in Bahnhofs näher, aber auch am Stadtzentrum hat uns super gefallen. Eva, die Vermieterin war sehr hilfreich und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und die Unterkunft selbst war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir sind auch super flexibel in die Cinque Terre gefahren, allerdings hat es uns in La Spezia etwas besser gefallen, da der Touristenstrom nicht so groß war.

Super accomodatie en super gastvrouw

De kamer was prachtig! Heel ruim en met veel smaak ingericht. De badkamer was fantastisch mooi, met een super heerlijke douche. Er was geen ontbijt, maar de gastvrouw vulde iedere dag een assortiment van confituur, toast, water, koekjes,koffiepads enz... bij. Koffieapparaat, waterkoker, servies, bestek ....was aanwezig, je kan dus perfect een eigen ontbijt voorzien. Voor wie graag wat meer heeft, er zijn verschillende voedingswinkels op wandelafstand. De grote winkelstraat ook met ontbijtgelegenheden en restaurants ligt op nog geen 5min lopen van het appartement. Het treinstation la Spezia ligt op 10min, van waaruit o.a. de Cinque Terre trein vertrekt. De gastvrouw Eva is uitzonderlijk behulpzaam, ze voorziet je van alle mogelijke info maar bovenal houdt ze het appartement super clean ! Voor hygiëne is het meer dan 10 op 10 !

Eva est une superbe hôtesse. Elle a été disponible tout au long de notre séjour. La chambre était splendide, il ne manquait absolument rien. L’emplacement est top, à 7mn de la gare donc parfait pour visiter les alentours. Nous reviendrons ici sans hésiter

Maravilhosa

Foi tudo perfeito, não esperava ser um quarto tão acolhedor, tudo limpíssimo e cuidadosamente arrumado. Eva nos recepcionou com o mais caloroso e simpático atendimento, nos explicou tudo sobre a acomodação e os lugares para visitarmos, enfim, sentimos como se estivéssemos na nossa própria casa.
