I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting La Spezia or planning a trip to Cinque Terre! The location is excellent—only about a 7-minute walk from the train station and also within easy walking distance of the downtown area. It was incredibly convenient for taking the train to explore Cinque Terre. Our host, Eva, was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She kindly allowed us to check in early and gave us great information about the area, including local attractions and things to see. The room was exceptionally clean—honestly, probably the cleanest room I’ve stayed in during my travels. Everything was well maintained, comfortable, and the amenities provided were exactly what we needed for our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Great location, outstanding cleanliness, and a fantastic host. Highly recommended!

Amazing room, great airco, very big and super clean. The owner is amazing giving tips making sure you have a great stay and staying connected to make all is good. Best stay ever !
