Todo muy nuevo y limpio.La ubicación muy buena y el personal muy agradable. Todo ha sido muy fácil.

El sonido de los trenes. Se oían perfectamente y mi pareja no descansó muy bien por ese motivo. Aún así la habitación está genial, muy nuevo todo, muy limpio, nos hacían la habitación a diario y nos dejaron muestras de champú y gel. Television smart TV y aire acondicionado perfecto.

Tout !!! Propre , personnel au taquet : ils changent les draps chaque jour et tout est remis en ordre. Le fait que la salle de bain soit séparée ne pose pas de souci !

Vraiment bcp de bruit à cause des trains .. cela réveille très tôt

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Room in La Spezia. The first thing that impressed me was the exceptional cleanliness of both the room and the entire property. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The location is perfect—only about 3 minutes from La Spezia Centrale train station and just a short walk from the pedestrian area, restaurants, shops, and the city center. It was incredibly convenient for visiting Cinque Terre and exploring the city. The room felt new, modern, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. I also appreciated the daily housekeeping service, which kept the room fresh and tidy throughout my stay. The hosts were extremely welcoming, kind, and professional. Communication was excellent from the moment of booking until check-out. They were always available, responsive, and happy to help with any questions or recommendations. Overall, Sunrise Room offers an excellent combination of cleanliness, comfort, location, and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting La Spezia.
