Location and Lina was great!
The TV had an annoying banner flipping from side to side with no easy way to get rid of. I’m pretty savvy with remotes and TV options/settings and spent some time on it, couldn’t get it eliminated. Bed was a bit firm, seems to be more typical in our experience in Italy.

Lovely stay
Property was clean, easy to check in and out, great location and accessible. There was parking near by but it was paid.
Could have more signage and offer free parking.

Excellent!
The apartment is fully furnished. You will find everything you need. Very clean. Confortable. Very close to La Spezia Centrale train station, downtown, markets. Cinque Terre is easily reachable and price is not that high.
Everything went perfectly. Only a remark: watch out your head when entering the building if you are tall... the door is not that high :)
