La distancia está ok. 25 mins a pie, pero está en altura, por lo que si no tenes ese dato la ida a pie puede ser cuesta arriba.

Tout était parfait. L emplacement. La propreté le petit déjeuner copieux et varié Et surtout l accueil amical et très professionnel du personnel, particulièrement Angela aux petits soins pour nous. Sans oublier Jean Marie et ses collègues tous adorables. Nous recommandons cet établissement

A la réservation il est possible d'emmener son animal de compagnie mais il n'est précisé nul part que cela coûte 15€ par nuit 😕

Nicht ganz erholsamer Aufenthalt

Schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen. Gutes Badezimmer. Parkplätze neben dem Hotel. La Spezia als Stadt: wundervoll. Altstadt und Hafenpromenade nicht weit weg. Frühstück zwar nicht außergewöhnlich, aber in Ordnung.

Inexistente Lärmisolierung zu den Nachbarzimmern. Erste Nacht: Geplapper bis spät. Zweite Nacht: Deutscher mit starkem Husten nebenan (ja, man kann die Sprache im Nachbarzimmer erkennen). Hotel war nicht ausgebucht. Warum muss man dann alle Gäste so nah zusammen legen? Ich hatte vorher um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten.

Hotel très basique...

C'était le seul hotel disponible à notre arrivée dans la ville, hors B&B. Personnel de "hall de gare". 25 mn à pied de la gare pour les Cinq Terre. Des groupes de jeunes touristes américains bruillants... petit dejeuner basique, sans grand choix. Pour ce tarif, c'est une vrai deception.

The beakfast was below average. Less choice and the scramble eggs was not fresh. But the staff was kind.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man ist zu Fuß in ca. 10min direkt am Hafen von La Spezia. ⛵️🛳️🛟 Zudem war die Unterkunft sehr sehr sauber, unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, wir haben frische Handtücher etc. bekommen und es wurden teilweise sogar unsere Sachen sortiert. 🧹 Auch bei Frühstück war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei 🍎🍇🥐

Zimmer zu klein, kein Kleiderkasten vorhanden, Bett für zwei Personen zu klein, Beim Frühstück nur eine Sorte Schinken und eine Sorte Käse keine Auswahl, bei Mehlspeisen größere Auswahl, am Sonntag nur ein Mitarbeiter für das gesamt Früh- stücksbuffet zu ständig, schlechte Lage vom Hotel und keine Parkplätze für Hotelgäste, 12 Abstellplätze vor dem Hotel werden größtenteils von Italienern benutz, da keine Parkgebührt für diese anfällt. Großer Platz in der Nähe ist mit Kette abgesperrt, dort könnten 20-30 Auto parken

Perfekt für einen Zwischenstopp und Preis-Leistung super!

Die Unterkunft hatte eine ruhige, aber trotzdem zentrale Lage mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend für 1 Nacht. Die Dachterasse war sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war lecker, frisch und es gab viel Auswahl.

Die Parkplätze sind sehr begrenzt und man brauch viel Glück, um einen so bekommen. Sonst alles top

Very good location, 20 min walk to train station, even closer to the harbour. We liked the room - spacious bathroom, very comfortable beds. Super clean. Breakfast is ok, but you're in Italy so the food is great everywhere ;) we could leave our luggage on early arrival. Also, nice roof terrace. I'd choose the same hotel next time.

During the whole first day we had constant issues with room key - it worked for one use only, we were loosing electricity and it was very annoying. Also, the staff at the reception is not very helpful - we asked for additional blankets and had to remind them the next day, we asked if we can get breakfast box or a croissant due to early flight, they didn't know... eventually everything was sorted, but we needed to remind at the reception, wait, go back and forth with the keys etc. I think these are small things that should be taken care of before I give a 10.

Le camere non sono insonorizzate. Senti attraverso la porta il rumore in corridoio ed attraverso il muro il parlare normale dell'altro ospite. Colazione a parte la focaccia davvero misera.

la posizione è ottima per la vicinanza al centro e al porto, la camera l'ho trovata pulita e il bagno abbastanza ampio

non mi è piaciuto la colazione, la camera per niente insonorizzata, non ho dormito praticamente niente, le pareti che confinano che le altre camere sembrano essere stati fatti di carta, forse dovevo specificare che volevo un camera silenziosa ma non mi sembrava doverlo specificare visto il prezzo che si paga; almeno il sonno dovrebbe essere garantito.

Basic accomodation - we slept, ate breakfast and moved on.

We stayed here for just one night during our transfer from Milan to Cinque Terre. Checking in and out was fast. Breakfast was OK, but quite basic. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English.

As our purpose was basically just to sleep well and move on, it was a little annoying that the sound proofing of rooms was somewhat poor: We could easily follow the discussion in the next room. If going to Cinque Terre, I would recommend trying to book a place directly in any of the villages, not take the crowded train from La Spezia.
