Highly reccomend. Great place and the views were exceptional.

Breakfast was EXCELENT and exceeded our expectations. From well made scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, pastries to unlimited espresso, capuchino and fresh juices and fruit. Modern amenities. Rooms very clean and beautiful panoramic ocean views. Especially from roof top.

A bit far to walk from the train station but minutes by cab.

Great location, clean rooms but the breakfast was poor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The beakfast was below average. Less choice and the scramble eggs was not fresh. But the staff was kind.

A pleasant stay

Very good location, 20 min walk to train station, even closer to the harbour. We liked the room - spacious bathroom, very comfortable beds. Super clean. Breakfast is ok, but you're in Italy so the food is great everywhere ;) we could leave our luggage on early arrival. Also, nice roof terrace. I'd choose the same hotel next time.

During the whole first day we had constant issues with room key - it worked for one use only, we were loosing electricity and it was very annoying. Also, the staff at the reception is not very helpful - we asked for additional blankets and had to remind them the next day, we asked if we can get breakfast box or a croissant due to early flight, they didn't know... eventually everything was sorted, but we needed to remind at the reception, wait, go back and forth with the keys etc. I think these are small things that should be taken care of before I give a 10.

Basic accomodation - we slept, ate breakfast and moved on.

We stayed here for just one night during our transfer from Milan to Cinque Terre. Checking in and out was fast. Breakfast was OK, but quite basic. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English.

As our purpose was basically just to sleep well and move on, it was a little annoying that the sound proofing of rooms was somewhat poor: We could easily follow the discussion in the next room. If going to Cinque Terre, I would recommend trying to book a place directly in any of the villages, not take the crowded train from La Spezia.

The room was really to small to have the main bed and the child bed, we could barely walk on the room, and the roomin general is old fashion as well as the toilet.

The location is great if you don’t carry too much luggage.

The elevator didn’t work sometimes. They have a very old air conditioning system that takes a lot of time to start and makes noises. Some of the staff are very welcoming but others borderline rude

Terrace, staff was exceptional and friendly Appertivo 6-8 pm was nice and well priced at €15 on terrace and breakfast and restaurant food was fantastic

Our room 401 had a musty smell. We opened window. Was better. Graffiti on the wall on our drive up to hotel would be better if cleaned up. Need to get menus with pricing at the restaurant or even a chalk board listing the menu items of the day with prices. Important to also give bill at the end of meal to items including amount spent on Appertivo- so client knows what’s being billed to their room.

Loved the rooms here, clean spacious and comfy!

Great breakfast! Little bit of a hike from train station especially coming from there at night time. Loved the room great size for 3 of us big beds and very clean everything we needed.

Just wish it was closer to train station but that’s okay.

Friendly staff, quiet area, startlingly convoluted road to access the property and even more convoluted method to access

It was close to my family who were staying at NH down the road. Hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Old building, strange circulation - to access the elevator, one needed to enter through a labyrinthine lobby space. Bed, furniture and bathroom reminded me of a scene from a care home for old people.

Very big modern room, lots of space - additional sofa and table with chairs. Sink available in room. Funny round bed, comfy. AC working well. Huge bathroom and shower. Everything was clean. Breakfeast was tasty. Room was well soundproofed, we did not hear anyone else.

Go to breakfeast early, two times we did not see anyone add more food to what was emptied or it was being done slowly. A Little too much Italian sweet style of breakfeast. Parking available only the street outside hotel. Walking distance to restaurants fine, to train staition - more far away and it is not straight forward path.

it was not where I thought due to a google maps glitch. some areas of the hotel were oddly decorated and rather dated. the breakfast was not good. reception staff really pleasant and polite but others less so.

The Room is too little for three beds, we were hardly squeezing into it frfom the front door. While the bathroom is spacious, the breakfast is very good, staff is very nice and it is very clean
