We were welcomed with a smile from beginning to end. Bera made us feel right at home. She thoughtfully suggested some lovely places to visit, restaurants, and towns. She was always so attentive to our needs. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you again, Bera, and see you soon. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely choose her again without hesitation. 😘

The accommodation is very conveniently located near the Central Station, where you can catch the trains to the Cinque Terre. It consists of two air-conditioned rooms and a bathroom. There were two of us and the whole space was for us. It would also be comfortable for a family of four. Everything is recently renovated, often and modernly furnished. A parking garage is available nearby for an additional fee and prior reservation. The owner, Bera, is exceptional. Kind, ready to answer all questions, concerned that her guests feel comfortable and safe. She welcomed us and showed us the place. I dare say that I felt Bera as a friend. Thank you Bera. I am happy to recommend this accommodation.

Soggiorno impeccabile, abbiamo utilizzato questa struttura come base per visitare le Cinque terre e la scelta è stata ottima. Distante solo 350mt dalla stazione e nonostante ciò, camera completamente insonorizzata. Ad appena 1km dal centro di La Spezia perfetto per poter visitare anche la città. Struttura moderna, pulita e ben curata. Bera una host super gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio privato custodito a scarsi 100mt dalla struttura, sicuro e accessibile H24. Tutto perfetto!
