New and very well equipped. So many lovely extras. Very close to train station.
Several hundred metres from parking garage if you have a car and several flights of stairs in old building. (Very modern fitout of room though) Do not recommend if mobility an issue - but lovely host carried one of our heavy bags.

The room was very comfortable and clean and even had some extra treats waiting for us (coffee, prosecco, gift bags)! Also a good location close to the train station. The hostess Bera was incredibly sweet and a great communicator. She met us when we arrived to show us the room and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay in La Spezia!

Ottima posizione in prossimità della stazione ferroviaria e quindi dei treni regionali per le Cinque Terre.
Camera non grandissima ma completa di ogni comfort: cassaforte, macchinetta elettrica per il caffè completa di cialde, minibar con prosecco di benvenuto, biscotti e crostatine per la colazione, aria condizionata, TV a schermo piatto, bagno super con doccia a soffione e a telefono, materasso eccellente e così la biancheria, un romantico balconcino...cosa volere di più?? Tutto estremamente curato, infissi e sanitari nuovi di zecca, pulizia ovunque. La signo Bera ci ha fatto sentire coccolati....Dimenticavo: anche un delizioso regalino di benvenuto!
Aggiungerei uno specchio in camera e un paio di mensole nel bagno
