The hostess Bera was incredibly sweet and a great communicator. She met us when we arrived to show us the room and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay in La Spezia!

Perfect spot for a multi day base to explore the area.

The short walk from the train station makes the place perfect for a base to explore the area. The room is beautiful and so well appointed. There were so many thoughtful touches such as special toiletries and even a gift bag! There are not words enough to describe the kindness and helpfulness of our host. From the welcome and introduction to the features of the unit to offers for additional information for our visit to the area. “Going the extra mile” does not even come close for the assistance she provided to us when we hit a snag. Highly recommended!

The perfect base for our daily visits to the Cinque Terre area

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is excellent, only five minutes from the train station and about ten minutes’ walk to downtown. It was the perfect base for our daily visits to the Cinque Terre area. The apartment itself is completely new, modern, and beautifully renovated. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient. The hospitality was amazing, and we highly recommend this place.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole! Un enorme grazie a Bera per la straordinaria pulizia e l’attenzione al dettaglio. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, sempre disponibile e cordiale nel fornire informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. Molto apprezzata anche la disponibilità di snack, che è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Le camere sono accoglienti ed è tutto nuovo e di buon gusto, e il bagno davvero spazioso e comodo. Consigliatissimo!

Delizioso il soggiorno, bellissimi i luoghi

Ottima posizione in prossimità della stazione ferroviaria e quindi dei treni regionali per le Cinque Terre. Camera non grandissima ma completa di ogni comfort: cassaforte, macchinetta elettrica per il caffè completa di cialde, minibar con prosecco di benvenuto, biscotti e crostatine per la colazione, aria condizionata, TV a schermo piatto, bagno super con doccia a soffione e a telefono, materasso eccellente e così la biancheria, un romantico balconcino...cosa volere di più?? Tutto estremamente curato, infissi e sanitari nuovi di zecca, pulizia ovunque. La signo Bera ci ha fatto sentire coccolati....Dimenticavo: anche un delizioso regalino di benvenuto!

Aggiungerei uno specchio in camera e un paio di mensole nel bagno

Super séjour

Il est très bien placé. Très proche de la gare sans entendre les trains. À moins de 10 mn à pied du centre ville. Les chambres sont agréables et confortables. Bera reste disponible en cas de difficultés et tous les restaurants qu’elle nous a conseillés étaient excellents. Nous y avons passés 3 supers nuits. Excellent pour aller visiter les cinq terres. On peut laisser nos valises le jour du départ

Excellent séjour

Accueil très chaleureux de notre hôte. Bera est très disponible et aux petits soins. De nombreuses petites attentions et de bons conseils pour notre séjour. Bera s'assure que rien ne manque durant votre séjour : café, thé, biscuits, etc...La chambre est très propre, confortable, calme, proche de la gare et du centre ville. Un parking couvert situé à 50m est proposé en supplément. Tout était parfait. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Atrašanās vieta bija ļoti laba, vilciena stacija tuvu, dzelzceļa skaņa nav dzirdama. Saimniece mūs sagaidīja laikā un viss tika labi paskaidrots mums. Apartamenti mūs pat pārsteidza. Viss bija jauks,tīrs un svaigs. Viss bija iekārtots ļoti skaisti. Liels paldies.

Le centre de La Spezzia est à 5 mn, ville que nous avons très appréciée. Berra est une hôte exceptionnelle, accueillante, à notre disposition. Tout est parfait ; l’accueil que nous avons eu par Bera et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Les appartements sont magnifiquement décorés et très propres . Il ne manque rien pour passer un excellent séjour . La literie est confortable, la salle de bain grande et moderne. Tout y est ; thé , café, gâteaux, confitures, eaux fraîches et même des cadeaux de bienvenue 🤩 De plus, l’appartement est idéalement situé, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare de la Spezia pour voyager facilement vers les Cinque Terre ainsi que proche du port. Le stationnement privé et sécurisé proposé par Bera est un plus non négligeable. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.

Personale super accogliente e cordiale, fin dall'arrivo. Posizione ottima, vicino al centro di La Spezia ed alla stazione dei treni. Vicinissimo anche alle fermate dei Bus che vanno per le Cinque Terre e Lerici. Struttura appena rinnovata, molto pulita e funzionale, super consigliata!

Emplacement idéal pour profiter des 5 terres en train ou en bateau , confort et propreté

Le logement est parfait, refait à neuf et avec goût. Les équipements sont modernes et bien pensés. Le logement est très propre.L’accueil est très chaleureux, Bera était très disponible et réactive, elle nous donné de nombreux conseils pour profiter de notre séjour. Le logement est très bien situé à 3 min à pied de la gare . De nombreuses petites attentions nous attendaient à l’arrivée.

Un grand merci à Bera pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et la qualité de son hébergement😍 L’appartement est très bien rénové, très confortable et idéalement situé, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare de la Spezia pour voyager facilement vers les Cinque Terre. Le stationnement privé proposé par Bera est également un atout supplémentaire vue la complexité du stationnement dans la rue. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la vie et l’attractivité de la Spezia qui mérite aussi le détour et propose de très bonnes adresses🤩. On recommande cet appartement sans hésiter !!

Rommet med balkong var så så flott. Utrolig rent ! Rensete rommet på min 3,5 uker rundtur i nord-Italia. God seng! Liten søt velkomstgave var det å❣️

Súper espacioso, muy lindo decorado y muy comodo/funcional. Excelentes amenties, pensado hasta el mas mínimo detalle 🫶🏼. La mejor ubicación para conocer Cinque TERRE, a pasos de la estación de trenes. Bera y Paolo han sido los mejores anfitriones, muy dispuestos a ayudar, pendientes y serviciales.
