There was no parking lot, you need to find a parking space on the street, which may be a few blocks away.

Good spot to use as a base for exploring Cinque Terre

Great value for money and good access to La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. Hosts responsive when it counted.

Messy & Disorganised Check in.

Facilities were excellent and location was amazing…only a 10 minute walk to the station.

AWFUL check in process. We were left outside the apartment block, waiting to check in for ages. It was all very disorganised & messy. I rang the phone number outside the apartment block & the girl either kept declining the call or when she did answer, she was not being helpful or attentive. We were finally met by a man who took us inside to the apartment block. He was rushing around & appeared very stressed. This delayed check in meant that we missed our evening train into Cinque Terre, which was something which we were both reallly looking forward towards. Our awful check in experience, definitely tainted the experience staying at the apartment. Whilst the facilities were great & clean, the whole check in process is very disorganised

Perfect!

Amazing! Excellent location, you can walk to the train station. There are bakeries and restaurants nearby, and the value for money is great. The staff is also very friendly! Thank you for everything!!! If we come back to Cinque Terre, this will definitely be our place again. 😍

DO NOT GO !

2 nights. 2 rooms. 1st one, dirty towels (poop stains on towels, see picture), shower’s water was going from extremely hot to freezing all the time. No WiFi. I contacted the staff they offered us to change room which we accepted. 2nd room was half the size, A/C was noisier than an aircraft, WiFi still didn’t work, I had to reboot 3 times the rooter but still didn’t work. I told the manager about that, she said I was too dumb to type in the password. Lastly, weird noises came out of the sink ALL NIGHT, with water and dirty stuff, I unfortunately can’t post the video as we can only share pictures here. To finish, neighboorhood is really dirty and unsecure, you feel like in India or Pakistan. RUN AWAY

Very close to La Spezia central station which is very important for Cinque Terre travel. Less than 10 minutes walk. Clean and comfortable. Good host. Overall, value for money. Highly recommended.

Cheap and Convenient- not comfortable at all

it’s location being central and free parking around the area.

1- shower not hot, 2- Central heating not working, 3- Wi-Fi almost not working, 4- Shower door came off ( I fixed it) not worth the money

Disappointing stay

The hot tub right in the room, but it was not clean enough

- Absolutely no sound proof. We were waking up constantly: neighbour’s door, tea cattle that was used by someone, vacuum cleaner, something falls down from the neighbour upstairs.. and we are not sensitive sleepers, it was just very loud. - The hot tub was in a very bad condition.. Red marks from someone’s nail polish, the leather pillow for head fells down, there is not enough hot water to fill it in, and the most important when we arrived it had some hair and black fluff in it… so to use it, I found a disinfection in the kitchen and cleaned it by myself. - At night the heating is turned off and it is cold in the room. - Not enough light in the room. - No plates, forks, spoons or basic knife. Just a cattle and coffee machine (without coffee). - When we booked spontaneously, we were waiting for booking confirmation for almost 2 hours. My messages were read but not replied. I was calling and I was told to wait for the reply in the messenger. We were driving in a road and not sure if we can check in. Made me really worried. - It is stated that the place has a parking, however it is just a parking in the road, where in the evening all places are taken. We spent 15 minutes just driving around and trying to find a spot. You cannot be sure if you will find a place for your car

Very poor

They claim there is a parking- which is in the street in a very busy and unsafe neighborhood. no way to park- it took me 45‘. we informed the time of our arrival and the lady with the keys came one hour later. Wi-Fi was very poor. there are 3 rooms in one apartment, so you better lock the door - we had an unwanted visitor.

Room is okay but fairly overpriced. Bad customer service.

I expected to have a bed to sleep on for few days and I got it so the minimum expectations were met. I liked the AC and minibar. Location was good and the place was clean.

Customer service could have worked better. We had to call them to give us the key and when a person came to give it to us after 15min of waiting, she was a bit rude and didn’t even try to communicate with us bcuz she only spoke italian. There was some weird hassle about the city tax bcuz we weren’t told to bring it in cash in advance. They were flexible though and we got the key with an agreement that we leave the city tax in cash in the room when we check out.

The location is very good, but I would not recommend this place. It is overpriced.

The best thing for this apartment is the location, it is around 10 minutes walk from the train station and the parking in the surrounding areas is free (marked in white color).

The room is very small for the price paid. It seems the price only relies on the location. In addition, the AC condition was very old and not properly working (not cooling down the room enough).
