The most perfect stay with the kindest hosts ❤️

We loved the owners of the property they made us feel so special and at home! They were constantly at hand to ask questions and brought us extra coffee and sugar and even gave us a gift on arrival. The place is clean and new, we couldn’t have had a better stay and would recommend to everyone!

Un gioiellino moderno: Eccellente per famiglie e viaggiatori in treno

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia al B&B Toc Toc per le notti di Capodanno. Come Local Guide (livello quasi 8), le mie valutazioni sono sempre proporzionate alla categoria di appartenenza: in questo caso, come Guest House, la struttura merita il massimo dei voti perché eccelle in ogni aspetto del suo segmento. 🏠 Gli interni: Una sorpresa inaspettata Non lasciatevi condizionare dall'esterno: la palazzina è un tipico edificio anni '60/'70 che può ingannare, ma una volta entrati al Toc Toc l'atmosfera cambia radicalmente. Gli spazi sono stati ristrutturati con un gusto moderno e arredi di ottima fattura. Tutto è curato, pulitissimo e molto accogliente. 🚗 Il plus del parcheggio (Fondamentale!) A La Spezia il parcheggio è un problema noto. La struttura offre un posto auto all'interno della corte privata a 20€ a notte. È un prezzo assolutamente onesto. Qui l'auto è al sicuro e "sotto casa", un dettaglio che da solo vale il soggiorno per chi arriva in macchina. 🚶 Posizione strategica La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole dimenticarsi l'auto: 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, ideale per chi vuole visitare le Cinque Terre in treno. 15 minuti a piedi dall'inizio del centro, permettendo di godersi la città senza stress. 🥂 Accoglienza e Gestione Sebbene la colazione non sia prevista, l'attenzione dei proprietari è stata squisita. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di spumante per brindare al nuovo anno e un cestino di dolci che mia figlia ha apprezzato tantissimo. Anche se non ci siamo incontrati di persona, il supporto via telefono e messaggio è stato costante, gentile e molto preciso. In conclusione: Una soluzione moderna e tattica per visitare La Spezia e dintorni. Lo consiglio vivamente!

W tak czystym obiekcie juz dawno nie byłam . Wszystko nowe , sterylne , bardzo wygodne łóżko. Do dworca piechotą można dojść w ok 10 min . Sklepy bardzo blisko . Zostałyśmy odebrane z dworca po przyjeździe co było bardzo miłą niespodzianką . Nocowałam w pokoju z balkonem, który polecam .

Super plek als uitvalbasis voor Cinque Terre bezoek

We zochten een uitvalbasis voor ons bezoek aan Cinque Terre, met daarbij parkeergelegenheid. Toc Toc was hiervoor ideaal. Het was slechts 10 min. lopen van het station en we konden de auto bij het complex parkeren (a €20 per dag). We zijn ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen. Er lag zelfs een welkomsbriefje in het Nederlands met een klein kado eraan vast. De kamer was echt brandschoon en nog heel erg nieuw, dus alles ziet er keurig uit. We hadden de kamer met balkom wat wel lekker is om daar bijvoorbeeld te ontbijten. De COOP is vlakbij en restaurant Da Caran, slechts enkele minuten lopen vanaf de kamer, is top voor je diner.

Het kan wat gehorig zijn i.v.m. de omliggende appartementen, maar daar weinig last van gehad verder.

Trygt og godt sted. Meget venlige og imødekommende værter, der kun ønsker alt det bedste for ens ophold.

Den store imødekommenhed fra Mari og Daniele var helt fantastisk. Større venlighed og varm velkomst er i en liga for sig selv. Der var en personlig hilsen på dansk og en velkomstgave til minde om vores ophold. Flot istandsat værelse med luksuriøst badeværelse. Alt er PERFEKT.

Der er intet at sætte en finger på. Alt er godt.

På utflykt till Cinque terre

Vi hyrde ett rum med fyra bäddplatser varav två var en bäddsoffa. Det räckte för oss (familj med två äldre tonåringar). Perfekt för två nätters övernattningar där vi besökkte Cinque Terre med tåg. Badrummet var stort och fräscht. Bilen stod utmärkt på den privata parkeringen (20€/natt). Det var tyst så man sov bra. Värden var mycket välkomnande.

Möjligen erbjuder boendet lite lite plats om man stannar många nätter och vill hänga på rummet.

Apartament jak z bajki, cudowni właściciele! <3

To był mój długo oczekiwany pobyt wakacyjny w La Spezia. Czułem się tam prawie jak w bajce. Klimat miasta malowniczy. Toc Toc Guest House to miejsce stworzone przez Mari Grazię i Daniele. Bardzo gościnnych, uczynnych ludzi. Apartament wywarł na mnie wielkie wrażenie. Małe detale jak np. prezent powitalny i list w moim języku sprawił, że czułem się wyjątkowo! Ale nie tylko to! Wspaniały kontakt z Mari Grazią przez What's up bardzo mnie urzekł. To była rozmowa prawie jak z przyjacielem! Mari zawsze chciała mi jak najlepiej pomóc we wszystkim. Nawet poradziła mi małą miejscowość z plażą - Bonassola gdzie bardzo odpocząłem :) W pokoju miałem urocze światła nocne, genialne łóżko dwuosobowe, kanapę, lodówkę, która bardzo mi się przydała! Klimatyzacja i prysznic był wspaniały. Duże lustro i okienko na widok z moim balkonem. Idealna szafa z wieszakami i wieloma półkami. Wielki pokój. Kod do drzwi z moją datą urodzin <3 Standard jak w 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu :) Stolik na balkonie miał niesamowity styl! Miło było usiąść na zewnątrz rano i wieczorem gdy było chłodniej. Jako pasjonat muzyki wieczorem oglądałem TV - Radio Italia i kilka innych programów muzycznych. Pilot od tv zabezpieczony w wygodnym pokrowcu. Zdjęcia pokrywały się ze stanem faktycznym. Obok wiele sklepów. Cudowna Pizzeria Mansaniello, kawiarnie, Małe sklepy z owocami. Coop- duży sklep typu market. Ok 10 min pieszo do dworca kolejowego. Ok 25 min do portu. Dla mnie było super bo dużo zwiedziłem pięknych uliczek! PS. Przemili włoscy sąsiedzi, którzy zagadują :) Zdecydowanie wrócę tam jeżeli będę mieć możliwość. Polecam wszystkim Toc Toc i ich właścicieli z sercem na dłoni :) Już tęsknię za La Spezia!

Super séjour, rien à redire !

Le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant. Vraiment exceptionnel ! Chambre très propre, très spacieuse et à un super charme. Beaucoup d’équipements. La chambre était impeccable.

Le seul point négatif, ce sont les travaux dans les étages au dessus de nous. Cependant, nous prenons en compte le fait que l’hôtel n’y était pour rien. C’est la faute à pas de chance.
