La propreté, le logement était très propre et très classe, puis petit déjeuner sur la terrasse
L’emplacement, il faut monter des marches pour accéder au logement donc ne pas avoir beaucoup de bagages à transporter. De plus il n’y a pas de parking attenant au logement. Nous avons dû nous garer dans un parking de la gare où il y a un risque de braquage. Il faut compter 20 € pour même pas 24 heures.

The apartment was quite large & clean. Pretty straightforward and easy check-in instructions. Yes there are about 100 stairs to reach the property but they really aren’t so bad (they are wide stairs). Plus most hotels will require stairs in La Spezia. Once you drop your luggage you can walk more freely and the stairs are not so bad.
This is in a good location as it is only about a 10 minute walk to the train station & the main strip for restaurants and shopping.
As I read in other comments, there is a smell that comes from the bathroom. It did not bother us too much however, you can simply just open the window and close the bathroom door - the smell will disappear after this!

Proximity to the train station.
No Wi-Fi at the room for my phone to connect to. There were no tea bags or coffee sachets at the room. The room was up about 120 steps which was not apparent at the time of booking and no lift. I was expected to dispose of trash in the public bins.

La posizione è perfetta, comoda alla stazione e al centro. Peccato per il parcheggio che anche quello per i turisti non è vicinissimo.
Bisognerebbe puntare di più sulla pulizia.
