La camera è il bagno
I 148 scalini da salire a piedi per arrivare alla camera che menzionano solamente nella mail di check in con le istruzioni della struttura al momento dell’arrivo

The apartment was quite large & clean. Pretty straightforward and easy check-in instructions. Yes there are about 100 stairs to reach the property but they really aren’t so bad (they are wide stairs). Plus most hotels will require stairs in La Spezia. Once you drop your luggage you can walk more freely and the stairs are not so bad.
This is in a good location as it is only about a 10 minute walk to the train station & the main strip for restaurants and shopping.
As I read in other comments, there is a smell that comes from the bathroom. It did not bother us too much however, you can simply just open the window and close the bathroom door - the smell will disappear after this!

Proximity to the train station.
No Wi-Fi at the room for my phone to connect to. There were no tea bags or coffee sachets at the room. The room was up about 120 steps which was not apparent at the time of booking and no lift. I was expected to dispose of trash in the public bins.

La climatisation fonctionne et c’est agréable d’entrer dans un appartement frais quand il fait 30 degrés en extérieur. La gare de trains est très proche et les bus également disponibles à proximité. Le centre historique est à 10 minutes à pied.
Il y a 82 marches à monter avant d’arriver devant la première porte et ensuite trois étages à monter pour arriver à la chambre. Un détail très important après avoir marché toute la journée aux cinque terre et quand il fait 30 degrés.
La terrasse sur la photo est un rooftop commun qui ne dispose pas de transats. Uniquement tables et chaises. La chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée au sol à notre arrivée, nos pieds étaient sales après la douche et il n’y avait pas de balai pour le faire nous mêmes. Nécessaire également après une journée à la plage. Nous sommes restées une semaine complète et les essuies ont été changés après 5 jours sur place…
