It was very cute and clean. Host gave great recommendations and was very helpful.

We liked that it was near the train station but the neighborhood after dark was a little sketchy. Still felt safe with the locked entrances to our room.

Perfect for a short stay - everything I needed!!

Easy walk to the station for train and easy walk to main shopping area .. comfy bed, amazing shower, had windows opening onto a little outdoor space at the rear of property

Everything just right!

Everything was just right. Location, ease of checking in and out. The host helped us in deciding on some of the things we wanted to do, suggesting restaurant and other local tips. We couldn’t have a better experience. One thing that is always an important thing for me is PILLOW… and usually I bring my own wherever I go… here the pillows were just right not too hard and high :)

This is something totally personal. For my back and neck problems I need a harder bed, so this was a bit soft for me, but my friend was happy with the bed.

Great location, parking around, get a card from the tobacconist opposite. Patrizia was excellent and very helpful although her recomendation to dine at the Carpe Diam restaurant was a bit of a disaster for us.

The shower room/WC is quite small so the bidet was ''surplus to requirements'' Maybe remove at the next renovation?

Superb

The room was perfect, the aircon worked magically and goodness do not get me started on that bed. Both my partner and I dont think we ever experience such a good nights sleep. If we could fit it in our suitcase we would have tried to take it home with us! The comfiest mattress! The location is absolutely ideal! It is about a 5-7 minute walk from the train station (depending on how face you walk) 15 minutes walk to the centre with the most delicious restaurant choices and about a 20-5 minute walk to the harbour where you get the ferry. Patrizia was wonderfully helpful throughout our whole stay. We will definitely be back!

Everything is great. Location, facilities and wifi. Amazing coffee and tea amenities and toiletries. Patrizia is a great hostess, she is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She can give recommendation about places to eat great local food and about plans in La Spezia and Cinqueterre.

Excellent home like place for short stay

You would have home feelings when you enter the building, at the reception and in the room, It is close to the La Spezia Centrale station with walking distance of about 7 minutes, We came later in the evening and a very nice lady staff are waiting for us for the registration. She very nicely explained information for our stay and for traveling to Cinque Terre. The boat tour she recommended was really enjoyable. Room is in a comfortable size, with a clean bathroom.

Bathroom is a little small but it/s clean with all stuffs you need including hair dryer..

Lovely B&B

Very welcoming host, clean and comfortable room with a generous breakfast/snack bar! Very close to La Spezia station and a short walk away (about 10 mins) from the centre with lots of shops and restaurants.

A little noisy at night on the Friday I was there but this is out of the hosts control (general street/bar noise) - otherwise a great place as a base to travel Cinque Terre!

Exceptional

Very nice and comfortable place in perfect walking distance from the train station, the historic center and supermarket. I traveled alone and stayed 5 nights instead of 3 because I felt very save and at home. The breakfast is typically italian but extended with fresh fruit. In my booking I asked for vegan options and had them all there (rice milk, vegan croissants and yoghurt) which was great! Patrizia is taking very good care of her guests, giving great trip advice and making sure you feel at home. The room was in a very good condition, clean and was kept that way all of my stay. Even though it’s close to town and my room was facing a backyard with other houses it was as very quiet specially during the night. If I had to come to La Spezia again I would definitely decide for this accommodation!

Everything was perfect. Patrizia helped us a lot during our stay giving us tips to visit the city and the cinque terres. Room very clean and with a lot of space.
