Arrived late from Florence and had to crash over night before taking train to Cinque Terre. Mary was the most convenient

Exceptionally convenient when you are coming La Spezia by train, especially late in the evening. Hotel is literally across the street from the tunnel from the train platforms. Friendly staff, easy communication (English), and simple check-in. Short walk to town and shopping area with good restaurants.

We chose the location for convenience, not for luxury. Room was clean and practical, even if nothing fancy. Basic & functional - for a good price. We liked it and good fit for what we needed.

Great hotel opposite to La Spezia Train Station.

The facilities are clean and comfort. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned but very well maintained. The hotel owners and staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great if you travel by train as it is located opposite to La Spezia train station. Elevator from train station is available and just walk across the street to the hotel.

La ubicacion frente de la estacion de tren insuperable, la limpieza de la habitación muy bien, pequeña pero cumplia mis requisitos, solo iba a descansar.

Location opposite station was great and very close to restaurants and easy walk down to the port.Very friendly,homely and clean..nice comfortable lounge. Staff very nice and helpful. Good cold buffet breakfast for 10€..plenty of pastries etc and there was also toast. Room and bed comfortable with AC and safe

Shower on small side and pressure not great but room was very clean and bed comfortable. No kettle or fridge but did say that in room description so not a complaint

La posizione ottimale.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che c'erano dei lavori proprio davanti all'ingresso della struttura e che quindi non ci si poteva fermare nemmeno per scaricare i bagagli, e che non siano stati comunicati questi disagi nonostante avessimo chiamato prima di effettuare la prenotazione. Ci siamo dovuti fare ben 100 metri con passeggino e bagagli vari.A mio parere scorretto nei confronti del cliente.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, enfrente de la estación de tren

La mayoría elegimos LaSpezia como "campo base" para la visita a Cinque Terre. Nosotros llegamos tarde de Florencia y Pisa, por lo que lo mejor que puedo destacar de este hotel, y eso se vio reflejado en la alegría en las caras de mi familia después del cansancio acumulado del día, es la cercanía a la estación de tren. El cartel del hotel se ve desde el andén dentro de la estación. El hotel está bajando unas escaleras y cruzando una calle. Las habitaciones son algo antiguas pero muy limpias y amplias. El personal muy atento, nos avisaron de una especie de verbena con fuegos artificiales que coincidió con nuestra noche en el hotel. Además, nos permitieron dejar las mochilas después del check out, para poder visitar Cinque Terre sin peso. Aconsejo este hotel, sin duda.

Mi aspettavo che un hotel *** vicino alla stazione non fosse meraviglioso, questo era angosciante.

Il personale dell'Hotel era disponibile e cortese. La stanza era pulita e l'aria condizionata funzionante. La biancheria del letto era pulita. Gli asciugamani mi sono stati cambiati ogni giorno.

Le dimensioni della stanza singola erano veramente ridotte, il bagno non ne parliamo. L'arredamento sembrava ispirato ai vagoni letto degli Intercity notte degli anni 80. C'era un vago odore di sigaretta nonostante la camera fosse pulita. I sanitari erano vecchi, il lavandino crepato. L'ascensore non funzionava.

La posizione: è proprio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria di La Spezia Centrale (c’è un ascensore nel piazzale della stazione che porta a livello strada di Via Fiume, di fronte all’Hotel) e a due passi dalla zona pedonale. La cortesia e la chiarezza di informazioni dello staff. L’aria condizionata in camera.

È leggermente rumoroso (ma sopportabile) proprio perché è sulla strada/piazza.

Delusione

Siamo rimasti molto delusi dal soggiorno all’Hotel Mary. Avevamo scelto questa struttura principalmente per la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto in loco, un’esigenza che avevamo esplicitamente comunicato fin da subito. Ci era stata garantita la disponibilità del parcheggio, ma solo successivamente – e senza alcuna scusa – ci è stato detto che non era più disponibile. La comunicazione è arrivata proprio quando non era più possibile cancellare la prenotazione senza penali. Come alternativa ci è stato suggerito un parcheggio a pagamento a circa 15 minuti a piedi dall’hotel. Se fossimo stati informati tempestivamente, avremmo potuto organizzarci diversamente. Purtroppo, garantire un servizio per noi essenziale per poi ritirarlo in questo modo ci è sembrato poco professionale, se non addirittura una prassi consolidata. Un vero peccato.

Lugar. Justo al lado de la estacion de tren. Limpieza y cama comoda. Personal muy amable y atento. TV inteligente para ver Netflix o Amazon con tu cuenta.

Instalaciones antiguas pero funcionales (baño). Al lado de una calle ruidosa. Almuerzo poco variado si no quieres comer dulce: tostadas con embutidos, cereales y dulces varios. Imagino que si pusieran pizza o foccacia tendrian que estar todo el dia haciendo pizzas y foccacias =)

Tutto sommato è andato bene, visitati due Musei (Trasporti ed Amedeo Lia)!

Camera essenziale ma comoda e discretamente silenziosa con clima. Vista la posizione vicina alla stazione comodo ed irrinunciabile il parcheggio in box chiuso (oltre 5' di cammino dalla struttura). Colazione ben assortita. Temperatura acqua doccia non eccessiva e facilmente regolabile.

Box doccia di dimensioni minimali, sprovvisto anche di un ripiano interno per le bustine di shampoo.

Good place to stay if exploring cinque terre

Close proximity to the station if you are staying here to explore cinque terre. Very nice staff (the young lady), very informative. I didn’t have breakfast there but the typical Italian breakfast I think is cheaper than outside. Good water pressure. Lots of tables in the room. There is a mini safe.

There is a slight unpleasant smell in the room. It’s also a very small room though I am alone so it was ok. The water one time also tasted weird when I was brushing my teeth. Elevator is very tight and only one although I didn’t have any problem when I was staying there.

Emplacement idéal pour la visite des 5 terres, situé face à la gare permettant ainsi de sauter directement dans le train pour la visite des villages De plus il est situé très proche de la rue principale où vous pourrez dîner sans soucis Ce n’est pas un palace mais il fait le job 😉 ATTENTION : demander une chambre cote cours ! Le personnel est sympa et accueillant
